Luxury Multi-Family Ocean Block Home in Dewey

*Please Note: We rent for full weeks only Sat-Sat during the summer. Also we do not allow pets.

Our Dewey Beach luxury home located on the ocean block will truly take you away. It is available to rent during the summer season for full weeks only.

Our three story home will accommodate multi-families with six bedrooms, five and a half baths, a modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Visitors will find the two tastefully decorated living rooms to be most impressive with comfortable seating on plush sofas, dazzling hardwood floors, 10 foot ceilings, large screen television, a pool table, and two large decks. Amenities... there are many! A large master bedroom attached to a private deck, with a footed soaking tub and large tiled shower. One oversized bedroom with two queen beds and a twin futon. A bedroom with a full bed and private bathroom. Two bedrooms with two twin beds each. One bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom. Six bathrooms (five full and one half). two outside showers.

Our home provides, a full-service modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, two dishwashers, one full refrigerator, one mini refrigerator, ice maker, and cooking utensils. There is also a phone, three cable televisions, two washers, two dryers, and a gas grill (BBQ).

We have a three car garage and driveway parking for three additional cars.

No Smoking or Pets.

What a wonderful house! Beautiful space in a great location, with everything you could ask for - huge kitchen, family hangout spaces inside and on the decks, chairs & every beach toy you could imagine (including some nice skimboards). So much space and so well kept. We had a wonderful week with 3 families and would love to come back again!

Amazing Location and House!

This house was the in the perfect location in Dewey at a fair price. It had everything already in the house that you could ask for a beach vacation. We will definitely be keeping the house in mind next time we travel to Dewey/ Rehobeth.

The whole rental experience was a breeze. Owners were quick to respond via VRBO messenger and text. House has an open Key West vibe. Plenty of room for a large family, but also provided space to escape and have some privacy. This was the first rental we’ve had where we didn’t need to purchase a weekly parking pass because the garages and driveway offered room for multiple cars- a definite plus!

Outstanding property for large family or friend gathering.

We have enjoyed having our family with us at this wonderful house for the last seven or eight years. The owners use it themselves and therefore maintain the house very well. Hence we try to treat it as if it were our own with the expectation that it will be just as nice for us next year. The owners are very nice people who go the extra mile to assure their tenants are totally satisfied. We highly recommend staying here if you will care for the house as well as we do........and you do not try to rent it the week we do. You really will enjoy spending a week(or more) at this wonderfully spacious and comfortable beach house.
