Guests at this vacation rental will enjoy the porches, as they provide large amounts of space for relaxing in the summer breezes or people watching. But the inside is equally as inviting, and offers space for everyone to relax. Immaculately cared for, the first floor of this rental home features four bedrooms. An inverted setup sees the spacious living areas, kitchen, and dining room on the second story, as well as a primary bedroom suite. There are two washers and dryers in this home, in addition to two living spaces! There is off-street parking for six cars. One flight of steps is required to access unit. This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $329.00.
