À quelques pas de la plage. Salon nouvellement meublĂ© avec des sols carrelĂ©s partout. 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complĂštes. Nos chambres sont dotĂ©es de sommiers Ă  ressorts et de matelas de qualitĂ© pour une bonne nuit de sommeil. La chambre principale a un lit king-size. Les chambres 2 et 3 ont des lits queen-size. Le canapĂ© sectionnel du salon peut Ă©galement ĂȘtre utilisĂ© comme lit. TV HD 55 ", cĂąble et internet wifi. Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec assiettes, verres, couverts, ustensiles de cuisine, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, grille-pain et cafetiĂšre. Machine Ă  laver et sĂšche-linge. L'unitĂ© au dernier Ă©tage est accessible par un ascenseur ou des escaliers.

Splendid condo for relaxing beach vacation!

Great location for my mother and I. Convenient to lots of great shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We loved the added bonus of Roku!

Great beach place

Great location in North OC! Easy walk to the beach, shops, etc. Loved loved loved the size of the balcony. We were a group of 6 and had additional family over for meals and we all fit comfortably.

Northern OC Condo

It was an adults only trip. We enjoyed our stay. All the beds and furniture were comfortable. This condo had a nice size deck where the 6 of us enjoyed hanging out.

Exactly as advertised!

The location near the beach was fantastic and made for easy walks back and forth. The outside deck on the property was very large in comparison to other buildings in the area and made it a really comfortable space to sit and relax, eat meals, etc. the property owner was very kind and responsive when I sent message in advance of our stay just to ensure everything was on track. No complaints!

Great location!

Right off our host was very helpful and shared all of the info we needed to make our stay a smooth one. The location was perfect for our needs, just a 2 min walk to the beach. The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The only thing to note was that the whole building had a musty smell so maybe previous water damage. Or it could be just the proximity to the ocean. No impact to the stat overall though, it was a great week!

Property manager was great to work with! We loved the big balcony and spacious living room and being able to walk to mini golf and Sunsations and some other places; did not love the entrance into one of the bedrooms or the window air-conditioning - everything felt damp. Only one bedroom had a mirror. But we had a great time despite those few things! Thanks.

Recommended: Very Good. A Nice place in an old building

I'd like to give it a 4.5 if that were possible. It's not quite an excellent 5 but very good. The owner has done a very nice job updating the condo. Finally a condo with decent beds. Newer spring mattresses that are not hot memory foam. Nicely updated kitchen and living area. Good appliances, Nice couch loveseat and TV. Nice deck. The drawbacks are mostly associated with it being an old building. The only elevator access is through a bedroom, but there are stairs on the other side. Window air conditioners are a little loud.

Great location can see the ocean from the balcony.

We enjoyed our week in this condo. Walked to Fenwick Island for breakfast. The road that runs along the beach made it so easy to get around. Very quiet bldg. The condo living room area was a nice size, the outside balcony is also a nice size.

Great location. Nicely decorated.

Well appointed, nicely decorated, roomy, vacation property. Our family was looking for a nice place close to the ocean with a balcony. This place was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and a full size coffee maker was ideal for AM coffee on the balcony. The washer/dryer did malfunction during our stay, but the laundromat was near and we managed just fine. Alex, the owner, was very communicative and kept us posted with updates on the repair and kept everything moving smoothly for us. Would highly recommend.

The perfect getaway.

This property was clean and well stocked. It is conveniently located near the beach and stores. And for just $3.00 you can get an all-day bus pass to go from 139th street to the Boardwalk. Great family or couples vacation.

Great value for location

This property is a great value for how close it is to the beach! Pros: Proximity to the beach Beach entrance is wheelchair accessible, which also helps for little kids and wheeled coolers and wagons Kitchen/family room area is open & spacious Kitchen has all appropriate basics Comfortable beds (even for someone like me who is pregnant and has back issues!) Large outdoor patio for dining Elevator access Very responsive owner - we had an issue with one of the AC units in one bedroom. We ended up not needing the bedroom, but the owner responded immediately to all texts and offered to send someone for repairs. Cons: The building is older and while the unit is clean, it could use some updating in the bathrooms to bring it up a notch in quality. Even though it wasn't particularly hot when we stayed, the AC units struggled to deal with the humidity and the unit felt muggy and damp inside.

Loved this condo unit. It fit our needs.

Nice property.. Met our needs, which are very basic, but important. Loved the extremely large balcony area, the ease in coming and going, and the layout of the condo.
