Ce condo est tout au sujet de l'emplacement. Vous êtes juste sur la plage avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan à chaque fenêtre et porte.
Le condo est au dernier étage (4e) et il y a un ascenseur ainsi qu'un accès par escalier.
Le Holiday Inn est juste à côté. Profitez de leur bar Tiki pour des boissons et des plats légers directement sur le pont.
Plusieurs soirées sur le pont, ils ont de la musique acoustique en direct que vous pouvez également apprécier. Vous pouvez l'entendre depuis le balcon du condo, mais ce n'est pas trop fort. Il y a un espace de stationnement réservé sous le bâtiment et un parking privé supplémentaire sur le côté sud du bâtiment ainsi que plusieurs places de parking sur le côté nord du bâtiment entre le Holiday Inn et notre bâtiment.

Ce condo n'est pas loué à une personne de moins de 25 ans. Veuillez indiquer l'âge des invités lors de votre demande. Merci beaucoup

Wonderful property and location

The property was clean and in a fantastic location. Very comfortable for our family of five. Our host was very accommodating, check in and check out was a breeze. We would love to stay here again.

Best of the Beach

We loved Elizabeth’s condo the location could not be beat, steps to the beach with a great view of the ocean. Elizabeth was great with communication and even gave us some extra time on either end of our reservation. Both bedrooms were big with 2 actual queen beds in the front one. Would absolutely stay here again.

Home away from Home

It’s easy to overlook any minor flaws when cleanliness, attention to detail and location/view top of the list of what you want in a getaway. This condo offers comfort, thoughtful amenities and ease for getting on the beach. We would love to return, and the owner is great with communication.

Absolutely amazing!

What an awesome trip! My two daughters (6&7) and I took a weekend getaway and had a blast. The condo is amazing and in such a great location! We loved being right on the beach and enjoyed being able to have quick walks to great food options. Looking forward to being able to return! A++++++

Anniversary trip

We loved the location. The views were amazing. That’s really what we chose this location for. Super clean. Beds need some help- we saw this in some other reviews and brought a new mattress topper that helped a good bit. We would consider staying again. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at your lovely place.

Great location with a great view of ocean

Great location if you are looking to hit the beach everyday. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. The condo is clean but some of the amenities are outdated. Make sure you pack basic essentials like - trash bags., TP. PT, bath towels, sheets, hand soap.

Perfect location

Couldn’t be happier with this property. Super clean and a perfect location right on the beach. My kids (8 and 5) loved it. Beach toys, chairs, umbrella all included for use in the condo. Umbrella was broke but still perfectly functional. Easy check in / check out process. Balcony was perfect and we spent majority of time out there when not at the beach. Easy walk to restaurants. Overall it was a perfect long weekend getaway.

Spectacular place!

We had a wonderful experience, even though hurricane Ian influenced the weather. We laughed, ate and watched movies. Such a relaxing and inviting place to stay.

This was the perfect place for my husband and me. The owner's detailed instructions and overview made everything go smoothly. So very, very thoughtful! The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were perfect as we cooked in almost every night. Beautiful location and beautiful condo! Loved the balcony and the full ocean view. Loved waking up to sunrises on the ocean. Can't say enough wonderful things about our stay and this condo. Many thanks to the owner for sharing this delightful piece of paradise.

Great location, Easy access, nice amenities and reasonably priced. The condo is a bit "dated" but that is easily overlooked due to location and view. My only ding would be.... the dryer did have some issues drying clothes.

Perfect Spot

This was our second visit to the condo this year, and it just gets better! The spot is perfect, beach access is unbeatable and you're just far enough from the madness to be able to enjoy yourself. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed.

Best location ever. Ocean Front, corner unit with beautiful view of beach and ocean on 2 sides. Living room and master bedroom overlook the ocean. Three blocks from Rt 90. Far enough away from boardwalk to be in a quiet, family friendly environment; but close enough to bike to boardwalk or drive there in 10-15 minutes. Very wide beaches. Never an issue finding with a place on the beach to set up/spread out. Overlooks Holiday Inn Tiki Bar / Light fare food Snack Bar and pool. Weekly, live, acoustical music at the Holiday Inn pool/Tiki Bar area. Mellow rock music. Can hear from condo balcony, but not too loud to interfere with conversation. Reserved parking space under the building. Just the best place ever.
