Un lotissement 3400 pieds carrés avec quatre chambres à coucher, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain, avec vue panoramique sur l'océan depuis le pont avant et un salon et Terrain de golf / montagnes depuis le pont arriÚre spacieux. EntiÚrement meublé et décoré avec goût dans chaque chambre. Plan d'étage ouvert avec des couleurs neutres et élégance confortable tout au long de ses nombreuses améliorations.

La chambre principale a vue imprenable sur l'océan, lit king size, avec salle de bains attenante et étonnant avec cabine de douche et deux grand jacuzzi baignoire pour deux personnes. Elle comprend une télévision à écran plat avec cùble et d'un bureau avec accÚs au cùble et Internet Wifi.

Bonus suite avec deux lits queen size et futon avec salle de bains attenante luxueux et une vue sur le golf et les montagnes environnantes de.

Main room-chaussée d'hÎtes dispose d'un lit queen size et salle de bains attenante pleine taille élégante. AccÚs à pont arriÚre avec vue sur le golf et les montagnes environnantes de. Pont a une grande table avec des chaises et grand barbecue.

Chambre en bas (de la salle d'osier) dispose d'un lit queen size et est décoré avec tous les meubles en osier, et joint salle de bain complÚte taille. L'accÚs à la terrasse arriÚre.

Une cuisine gastronomique Ă©quipĂ©e d'un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur Sub Zero et Wolf poĂȘle se jette dans la salle Ă  manger et le salon. Le salon dispose Ă©galement d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat avec cĂąble. Le salon et la salle Ă  manger arbore une vue inĂ©galĂ©e sur l'ocĂ©an depuis la pointe de la pĂ©ninsule de Washington pour Tillamook Head. Un petit pont vous permettra de visualiser les couchers de soleil incroyables tout en dĂ©gustant un verre de vin et un cocktail de crabe frais.

Wonderful House

Ideal beach house

We stayed 5 nights in August. Couldn’t be happier with the property and owner. The location is ideal immediately adjacent to the beach. The beach was perfect for our kids with gentle waves and soft sand for playing. We played in the waves each day and finished the day with a fire on the beach.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Everyone loved the huge condo home, 4 bedrooms and a private bath for each family member. The parking was excellent and chairs for the beach were a plus! Quick jaunt across the street to the lovely beach and very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen probably has more equipment than people have in their own homes. A big win for our family!

Host is very responsive. Note that there is no BBQ available during non-peak times due to the weather. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed that all bedrooms had their own bathroom. The double queen is upstairs with the King Master. There is a Queen on the main floor just outside the kitchen and the other Queen is downstairs. Clean for the most part. Note that Master has closet that is inaccessible so you cannot hang your clothing. There is also no pantry so we had to keep all our food on the bar and on the counters. Good view. Patio facing the beach is only big enough for maybe one chair. Beach access is pretty easy and not busy in November when we traveled. Quiet neighborhood. Traffic noise a bit loud from the King master. Jetted run in King suite was really nice but hard to get in and out of. The bathroom was nice and large. I have more feedback for the owner.

Pictures don’t do it Justice!

This home was absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed every second! The fact that you can just walk right across the street and be at the beach made it over the top. They provided boogie boards and sand toys and I thought that was just so thoughtful. We will be coming back! What a great rental!

Perfect place to stay!

Several reasons we booked here every year but the main one's are: 1. The view! Big picture window from the main living area and the master. 2. 4 bedroom 4 bathrooms! Hard to find and great for all of us gals getting ready on a girls weekend! 3. Location. Close to downtown Seaside but far enough to feel like you're in a different city-love the quiet and cove! 4. Back deck off bathroom with a large dining table and view of the golf course.

Feels like home

The view of the beach from this house is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond to our inquiries. We even got to see a pair of bald eagles that were nearby in a tree.

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as the accommodations were perfect for our family getaway, and the townhouse was exceptionally clean. The only drawbacks were the wine frig did not cool down (but perhaps we didn't know how to operate it?), and looking at the power lines from the living room ocean view. But other than that, we would definitely stay again.

This beach house is amazing and exceeded our expectations. There were 6 adults and 1 child and we were all very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, large refrigerator and we appreciated the bathroom in each bedroom. Of course the views from the front bay window are breathtaking and ease to the beach a piece of cake. Would definitely stay here again.

'A Dream Come True'

My husband passed away in February of this year from brain cancer. His favorite holiday was the 4th of July and we wanted to honor and celebrate him at our favorite beach in Seaside, Oregon. Wow what a show. We hadn't experienced fireworks at the beach before, it was incredible. This beach house was more than any of us could have expected. The view of the ocean is right outside the living room window as well as the master bedroom. We loved cooking in the well equip kitchen with ocean views. The back of the house has pine trees and green mountain scenery. Gorgeous! 3 Bicycles were available for riding, which was great. They have a deck of cards and challenging jigsaw puzzles. We mastered 3 of them. It's everything you want in a beach house. In the evenings we would have a fire on the beach with classic S'mores. There's just nothing like it. We will definitely be returning next year. This will be our new tradition.

So close to the Beach! Worth every penny!

Our family of 9 had an awesome stay at this beautiful Beach home! The view as you walk into the Great Room is breathtaking with the same view in the upstairs master. All the bathrooms is a plus with views of the ocean from the large tile, three head shower in the master. The kitchen is huge and the subzero is wonderful! The guys loved sitting in the recliner and staring at the view and being so close to the beach, you can run back to the house for anything. It was always nice and quiet at our end while down by Broadway it was busy (binoculars). We never even went into town and we were there 5 days! We used the barbecue and did all our own cooking. We did go into Cannon the last day which is so close 10 min to do a little shopping. There is a trail up the street going South which we walked for a bit and according to my trail app it goes into Cannon at Ecola State Park 12 miles round trip. Jogged every day up the street past the quaint and beautiful beach homes and back on the beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, the home was super clean with lots of games. The temp was 94 one day but the house never got hot! My husband sat on the bench out front to put on his shoes and because it had been out in the weather for so long it cracked. Tom was super gracious about it and we received our full damage deposit! Lots of beach chairs and even a kite in the garage. We had two 4.5 year olds and we played in the water and felt very safe at this location. Only request: binoculars My parents brought some and we used them a lot! We used the DVD once in the Great room for the kids. The beds super comfy stated by all....I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud in the master including the pillows. Great stereo system with built in speakers but need a jack to play spotify from your phone or device no bluetooth. There is one surprise in the Great room which we will not reveal you will have to rent to find out.

Fantastic location and view!

We stayed here with my entire family (range 5-67). The house was in the perfect location with beautiful views. It was fully stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, bikes and great kitchen. Would recommend bringing fans, as they were not at house and upstairs gets very hot. Lots of extra blankets and towels were available! Tom was great to work with and we hope to stay here again next year. Highly recommend!
