La maison nordique dans la crique

Cette maison historique magnifiquement rénovée est située au-dessus de Surfer’s Cove, une étendue tranquille au sud de la plage principale de Seaside. Avec deux points d’accès à la plage à chaque extrémité du pâté de maisons, il est facile de s'y rendre et la maison offre une vue époustouflante sur l’océan. C’est également à quelques pas d’un café, d’un pub, du marché et du parcours de golf Seaside, et vous pouvez partir en randonnée jusqu’à Tillamook Head.

Vous adorerez le décor de surf animé du salon, la vue sur l'océan, les moquettes veloutées donnant sur la cheminée à gaz, le téléviseur à écran plat fixé au mur et le piano pour les invités musicaux. La jolie cuisine bleue entièrement équipée sert une table de pique-nique vernie amusante dans la salle à manger; une grande terrasse avec beaucoup de sièges et un gril à gaz peut prendre vos options de restauration en plein air.

Avec cinq chambres, vous pouvez inviter de nombreux invités, avec une chambre queen à l'étage principal pour un accès facile, une suite king avec vue sur l'océan et deux chambres queen à l'étage. Les enfants adoreront le lit superposé avec son échelle et son hublot intégrés, mais ils graviront également vers le niveau inférieur, qui comprend une pièce supplémentaire avec une kitchenette, une télévision, un baby-foot, des instruments électroniques, une collection de DVD, un système de jeu, vélo d'appartement et même un sauna sur pied!

There were constant issues with this home, there has been no real upkeep, and it needs a deep clean, there was mold and mildew, in the bathrooms that we used. The gas fire grill is rotten and rusted no propane tank, I had to go get one, they reimbursed me for it, the deck is rotting with holes that you could step in and get hurt, there's broken lamps, broken and torn curtain shears, the upstairs couch was shredded in one of the cushions. there was ants. Broken and duct taped blinds in some of the bedrooms , it was just sad. It was very disappointing and the pictures that they show on the website are old and don't represent the house now. the countertops were torn and worn. The house is old and beautiful and could be beautiful again if somebody gave it some real love. I came home exhausted and stressed because there was thrse constant issues that were having to be dealt with instead of a calm relaxing weekend. It greatly saddens me that this house that was probably just gorgeous , is now falling in disrepair , because of a lack of upkeep.

Thank you for staying with us and for the detailed feedback — I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations and caused stress instead of a relaxing weekend. We take these concerns seriously and here is what we are doing to address them: - We deep cleaned the shower mildew and are applying new caulking in there to keep any further mildew out. - We had pest control take care of the ants and we haven't seen activity since. We will continue to keep a close eye on this. - Our maintenance team is working on replacing the deck boards. - Maintenance is also going to repair or replace the torn cushion, curtains, blinds, and lamps. We appreciate the feedback as it is helping us prioritize immediate improvements.

Quick walk to the beach

My kids and I loved how close this house was to the beach. We were able to easily carry our boogie boards and other beach supplies to go have fun in the ocean!

Perfect house for family and pets

Lots of space for family to enjoy family get-together. Easy check in & out process. Well equipped with everything we need. Easy to reach property manager when we have a problem with electricity. Highly recommended!

Great place

This was a great place, lots of room. If you have a large family and need to cook meals bring your own pot and pan, cooking sheets and knifes. We struggled with meals because the kitchen was not well stocked. Then beds were comfy and sheets were clean. Overall it was a good place.

Last minute Bday weekend

Despite having an ant issue in the upstairs bathroom/bedroom causing our daughters to sleep elsewhere, several windows had a note saying not to open and a minor plumbing (bathroom) issue on the main floor, our stay was okay. The floor plan layout was nice, plenty of room. The beach access was quick and easy.

Great for a large family

Quiet end of town and beach. Very large home with plenty of room to spread out. Good amenities for teens, young adults. Close to beach. Had most everything needed for cooking. Couldn't find a cookie pan, and the toaster didn't work. Overall a good find.

Cove neighborhood

Location was perfect. Our only observation is a few things could be updated, for instance; the couch in the l/r has seen better days and it would be great if the screws on the d/r table could be cut off as one of our party scraped his leg on one. We did like the basement for foosball snd games as those who needed sleep could not hear us. Thank you.

Nice Family House

This home was easy and comfortable for our group. I think it’s important to note that the bathrooms are quite small for such a large home and while most of the bedrooms are on the second floor, there is only one very small bathroom up there for four bedrooms. The third bathroom is in the basement with no bedrooms on that level. The house had plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, etc. for everyone to be comfortable. Beach access is easy and the sound of the ocean is divine.

Unfortunately, we couldn't get into the house until 6:30. No explanation was given, just a text. Not sure what happened there. The house itself was lovely, and perfect for our entire family, 11 in all. We were disappointed in the deck, dirty and the tables were in very bad condition. Did not resemble the picture you see in the ad. If management is reading this, I do have a few things that would make the stay a little nicer. The hand soaps were pretty much empty. The showers REALLY need some sort of caddy to hold the shampoos, etc. The toaster didn't work. Other than those few things, like I said, the house was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, which was nice. I would stay here again.

Family from afar

Family from Utah, visiting old haunts. It was quiet and had plenty of room. One elderly person in our group fell off the first step on upstairs landing....should be marked better. Sugar ants became a problem even though we kept food picked up and surfaces clean. Didnt know we needed to buy dishwasher soap, could have used a baking sheet. They said they had board games and toys for kids, never found them. Overall was a great stay, nice house and all had fun.

Check in Frustration

Check in code didn’t work and no body answered the phone. Waited about 15-20 minutes then someone called me back and reset the code. Overall not too bad. He was very helpful and apologetic.
