Lakewood Haven - un chalet Adirondack récemment rénové.

Une escapade Adirondack sur un lac calme dans une ville endormie appelée Wells, NY. Un chalet récemment rénové entiÚrement équipé pour répondre à tous vos besoins. Une entrée véranda grillagée mÚne à la grande salle donnant sur le lac Algonquin. La grande salle contient une nouvelle cuisine entiÚrement équipée et un mobilier Adirondack unique, y compris une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces et un lecteur DVD. Il y a un foyer électrique pour les soirées fraßches et une unité murale au propane pour vous garder au chaud pendant les froides nuits d'hiver.
Il y a une terrasse privée hors de la grande salle et chambre. La chambre a un lit queen size et des lits bébé sont également disponibles pour une utilisation dans la grande salle avec un canapé-lit queen size. Le porche et la terrasse grillagés sont parfaits pour des dßners confortables ou l'observation des oiseaux au petit-déjeuner. Profitez d'un feu de camp et faites du smore dans votre foyer extérieur.
Situé à environ 30 minutes de Gore Mountain et à seulement 15 minutes d'Oak Mountain, vous pouvez profiter d'une journée de ski, de snowboard et de tubing tout en revenant à votre confortable cabine au bord du lac dans la soirée. Plusieurs pistes sont disponibles pour le ski de fond, et la Laponie est à une courte distance.
Avec tant de choses à voir et à faire, vous aurez sans aucun doute envie de revenir année aprÚs année.

The cabin was amazing. The view was spectacular. Just wish the bed was a queen size that’s about the only problem we had. We were hiking. It was great even though I’m disabled I found a way to do it. Hope to see you again.

Pictures don’t do it justice! Amazing weekend stay at this perfect lakeside cottage! It’s in a great location if you want a nice peaceful vacation (nearby towns are 20mins away; small convenience store and coffee place less than 2 mins away). Tom and Cookie greeted us when we arrived and even gave a little tour- very nice couple. Their house is right next to the cottage, but they were so respectful of our privacy, we didn’t see them very often. The lake was great to kayak on (they provide 2 single person kayaks), very calm and clear with nice scenery. Not a very busy lake which was great. The cottage itself was super clean, bed was comfy, equipped with essentials. Only thing is that the bedroom can get a little warm since the AC unit is in the living area. We opened the glass sliding door and slept with just the screen door and it was nice :) Would absolutely recommend and would love to come back!

Great stay

Everything was great! Tom and Cookie were the perfect hosts making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Tom even offered to help unload the car when we arrived. The cabin was pristine. It was comfortable and equipped anticipating any and all our needs. The outdoor areas made our quiet stay enjoyable. We definitely will be returning!

What a beautiful area to visit.

I can’t saying enough about this place. From the wonderful owners to the beautiful house to the gorgeous lake it was amazing. Me and my day enjoyed every minute of it. Despite having not so great weather we took full advantage of the fishing ( caught tons of fish ) to the kayaking to the walks around the area to just sitting toin the house and relaxing it was all worth it. Tom and cookie were amazing . We would definitely come back again. Ty tom and cookie

Wonderful autumn getaway!

Everything was perfect. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. The cottage was beautiful and organized well. It was spotless and clearly cared for. And the sunrises were simply amazing. I will make every effort to stay again. I can’t recommend this spot enough.

Wonderful Cozy Cabin

Our stay at this cozy cabin was absolutely delightful! The cabin itself was charming and comfortable, providing the perfect getaway. Adorable cottage on Lake Algonquin

We rented this cottage for our family to stay in while we celebrated Memorial Weekend with our friends who live up the road. The cottage exceeded our expectations. It was so clean and super cute. We would definitely come back again! The views are amazing from the back deck! It was also fully stocked with everything you could need for a weekend. Thank you again Tom and Cookie!

Most Adorable Cottage Ever

Lakewood Haven is the cleanest, most adorable cottage and we had a wonderful stay. Tom and Cookie are wonderful hosts, and the home has everything you could ask for. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stay at this delightful little house.

Perfect little cottage

Great place. Right on the lake, modern interior, a deck and screened in porch, kind and friendly hosts. Our stay was short but i would go back. Cons: its smooshed really close to other houses, and the shower had a few hairs from the guests before us (but there was a very fast turn around so the cleaning was probably quicker)

Perfect fit

It was all the above and more. We were right on the lake with big windows to watch the ducks and water. There was a path to the water. The neighbor hood was nice and quiet.The host were great inviting us to stay for the eclipse. Everything worked fine and we loved the cottage. Would like to build a little house on our property just like it

Beautiful Get-away

What a cute little serene cabin. Just the type of quiet getaway i needed. Everything you could possibly need was there from a Keurig with k-cups to firewood by the firepit. Super friendly hosts close by if you needed anything. I will definitely be back.

A fantastic time

WE brought our Grandson, Wyatt with us for his first trip to the Adirondacks and he had a ball. We loved the cottage and Wells. Our only gripe is that Wells is 2 hours from anything.

Cozy cottage on the lake

We had a great little family getaway. The house was perfect size for our family but wish there was a little more privacy. The hosts were very nice and easy to get a hold of if needed.

Tom and Cookie were great hosts. Nice cabin clean and fairly new construction.

Slight hiccup with the second payment process with VRBO plus their web site was down for a portion of the day to preventatives could help process nor could I finalize payment in line. It all worked out

Idyllic hideaway in the Adirondacks

This has to be one of the best rentals we’ve ever made. The cute little house was perfect for a couple who want a quiet getaway. It was perhaps the cleanest VRBO we’ve visited. The owners who live next door are really nice and welcoming, but, in the end, they leave you to your own peace and quiet. I would highly recommend this cottage.

We had a wonderful week staying at Lakewood Haven. The cottage was cozy and we loved the Adirondack decor. Everything we needed was provided and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Great place to relax.

There is a life guarded town beach within a short walking distance. There is some local grocery shopping in town and super markets within a 20 minute drive. We are located within 1 hour Lake George and 1:15 from Saratoga Race Track. The Adirondack Museum is located in Blue Mt. Lake 60 minutes away.
Whether it be swimming, hiking or just relaxing, you will find whatever you desire for your vacation needs.
