Plongez dans le bain Ă  remous sous les Ă©toiles aprĂšs une longue journĂ©e de randonnĂ©e, de shopping ou de divertissement. Lorsque vous ne vous relaxez pas, vous pouvez jouer au billard ou au baby-foot dans la salle de jeux du loft. We were checked on when we checked in and after we checked out. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning and we even got to see a bear up by the pool on our last night! Beautiful and Spacious, the perfect getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I chose this venue for our honeymoon. What we got was way more than expected. The Cabin was spacious, clean and had a nice layout. Two balconies to see the view. The hot tub in the upstairs bathroom worked perfectly for those nights we needed a soak. The master bedroom had a large king size bed that was a good quality. No issues with any of the appliances, accepts the out door jacuzzi. The jacuzzi, unfortunately, failed to warm up to temperature. The jets worked. I hope that gets fixed! Other than that it was a wonderful 6 day stay that we would consider in the future. Let me not forget the customer service and professional staff that did a great job communicating at all times. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Close to everything with a view

We loved this cabin, the views can be seen from every room in the cabin, everything was comfortable. It’s only 15 min from everything in pigeon forge or Gatlinburg but at night is far enough away that is quiet. I loved the view from this place and all the amenities like pool table, hot tub, and foosball were excellent. Will for sure stay again!

A Great Vacation with one major flaw.

However, I went through their welcome book and read that the thermostat was blocked from going lower than 70 degrees. The temperature was 86+ my entire stay and it was miserable at night. I cannot sleep in hot weather and it made the nights miserable. I feel like that this should be a disclaimer as soon as you try to book, I would have booked elsewhere. The last night we left at 2am because I didn't want to go through another miserable night. The reason for the thermostat being locked is the unit can freeze. However, I don't think that should be a guest's concern.
