SituĂ© dans le cƓur de la vieille Greenwood, notre maison a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment achevĂ©e et meublĂ©e. La maison comprend 4 chambres, 3 salle de bain complĂšte et 2 salles de bains et demie. La maison dispose de hauts plafonds. Armoires et les portes sont tous cerise et la maison a un sentiment trĂšs rustique. Planchers de bois franc dans toutes les zones communes. Comptoirs en granit et appareils haut de gamme. Salon comprend une cheminĂ©e massive. La maison peut accueillir 10. Les deux maĂźtres ont des lits king size et les deux chambres ont lits jumeaux extra long sur un lit queen. La maison est idĂ©ale pour un usage familial multi. Cour arriĂšre comporte Ă  la fois un gaz et charbon Barbecue, table dressĂ©e et chaises longues. Un endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre.

Unbeatable Luxury stay

Wonderful, thoughtfully, outfitted, fully stocked stay. You can tell this is a family’s actual home they spend time in and care for, so the entire context of your time in this home is just wonderful. No skimping on salt and pepper or paper towels, this place is completely dialed in. We had everything we needed to enjoy a fantastic stay in the mountains. Love this home!

Beautiful home but needs maintenance badly

This house is beautiful but was very very dirty and poorly maintained. Stone missing in front steps at entry (kind of dangerous), sinks plugged and upstairs shower head did not work, BBQ nonfunctional and extremely dirty, ovens very very dirty, wore socks to go in Master bedroom because carpet was so soiled. They have no one on site to take care of any issues. We swept and blew out the garage so we could actually walk through it without tracking in more dirt. No AC, so upstairs is hot hot hot when it is warm outside, even though we opened windows at night and ran fans, and closed everything up during the day. Construction next door so noise started right at 7am.(with windows open) We loved the location, could ride bikes or walk to rec center. Safe for kids to ride their bikes around the neighborhood. Pool is awesome for kids, adult lap pool is awesome if you want a swim workout!! I wish we could stay there again, but would need to know that more than a few things are taken care of first. Very very expensive to have to deal with so many issues!! For that price, you should expect it to be in tip top shape.

Beautiful house !

Judy was wonderful to communicate with through our stay. House was beautiful and really well taken care of from the kitchen to games to bedrooms. Can’t say enough kind things about the property. Looking forward to another stay soon.

Great Old Greenwood home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Old Greenwood. The home is beautiful and much larger and prettier than the pictures show. There was plenty of room for our family to hang out in the game room, living room area, dining area and kitchen. The patio furniture can also accommodate a large number of people. the owner was very responsive to our questions. We didn't cook there but the kitchen seemed to have every convenience you could hope for. The only negative would be that the hot water didn't come on until a sensor was tripped in the MBR and then it didn't stay on very long.

Lovely home in Old Greenwood

This home is beautiful. Layout is perfect for large gatherings and the outside patio is peaceful and perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. Would highly recommend.

Excellent home - photos do not do it justice

Our large group had a wonderful stay at Judy’s! The house is very spacious, clean, and well-stocked, not to mention in a gorgeous neighborhood. Judy was very responsive whenever we needed to reach out. We will definitely be back!

Great all around stay

Judy was a wonderful host. House is bigger and nicer than the pictures show. Stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Old Greenwood amenities (gym, pool, tennis, golf, game room, etc) are great. Walking distance to all of those as well. The only thing I didn’t love was the hum of traffic from 80 when sitting on the deck. I’m the only one that noticed, and its not unique to the house, just a note in case that matters to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It's a very large home with lots of room for friends and family. It's spacious, comfortable, lots of amenities and is perfect for any getaway. We would definitely rent this property again!

Spacious Beautiful House near Skiing

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. It looks better in person, the pictures are poorly lit. Very spacious, plenty of room for family to gather together in the common spaces and eat together and for kids to play. Well stocked kitchen. Close to ski resorts. The host, Judy, was great at communicating and providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

Great in every way!

We and another family enjoyed Thanksgiving week here and it was excellent. Plenty of private (for remote school and work) and shared space, well-equipped kitchen. Location offers lots of great trails from the property. We cooked, ate, biked and walked, did puzzles and played games. Will come back!

Stunning Tahoe Property!

The cabin was even more spectacular in person. The place is HUGE, fully stocked and well cared for. The multiple fireplaces were wonderful to have and the stove is a professional grade Viking. We made the majority of our meals at the rental. Location is great. Very quiet but close to Truckee, Northstar and not very far from Incline Village. We traveled during Covid so we were very careful about using the minimum of space needed to reduce end-of-stay cleaning. We didn't plan on watching tv while we wound up enjoying winding down at the end of the day with watching a show or a movie. High speed internet worked great in case you need to work remotely. Fantastic stay, hope to return.

Great times in Old Greenwood

This is a very special house in old Greenwood. It has all the amenities that you could want nearby. We enjoyed the home and the yard and everything that Old Greenwood can provide within a few block radius of the property. Come here to have a fantastic time, and rest assured that the owner has taken great care of the home.

Chilling in Old Greenwood

Excellent local, spacious home. We enjoyed our stay, we’re out and about everyday, nice to come home to a well appointed kitchen and bbq. Enough space for us.

We have both enjoyed spending time in the Truckee area and really liked this location. The house was completed in 2007 but had never been lived in. We have enjoyed putting the finishing touches to this house and furnishing it. We hope you enjoy staying at this house has much as we do
