Perfect location for watching boats go by, walking to eat or going to winery’s. Super cute, well taken care of cottage. The owner and workers are super friendly and very accommodating. Can’t wait to go back.

Such a great stay! Very peaceful and super central on the Leelenau Peninsula so that you can easily visit all the cute towns. A lovely house, very cute. If you plan to work remotely, please note that the WiFi in the cottage wasn’t able to handle video calls, so we needed to use our hotspot from our phones instead.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was clean and cozy and easy to find. The location is great and within walking distance to many places - a big reason we choose the property. The fire pit was excellent and well stocked with wood.

Great place to stay in Leland, great location on the narrows.

We loved our stay - the property was right now the narrows with a large yard for the kids to run around. A lot of great places within walking distance for when you are not on the water. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Loved the cottage!

The cottage was in the perfect location for our trip to Leelanau. It had everything we needed for a delightful stay. We loved waking up to the water view and ending our day by the fire!

This was a great place to stay! Located right on the water in the narrows. It was really nice and cozy. We walked to most of the places in Lake Leelanau. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again

Treasured time together

Treasured time with friends in a cozy cottage, enjoyed calmness by the water and walks to store and restaurant. We even enjoyed a night by the fire. A wonderful time just wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect location! Beautiful place to stay!

This property was a perfect get away for the weekend! So many amenities and great communication with the owners! The cottage is less than 10 min from downtown Leland and perfect for a nice getaway! Everything was clean and ready for guests! I will definitely be back!

This property was adequate and in a lovely spot.Unfortunately, the oven did not work, which limited our cooking meals there.Also, we had an elderly parent with us, and the steps into cottage had no railing.The cottage would also benefit from extra blankets for the cooler weather.

Great Place/Awesome Location

My family of four (plus one small dog) loved this place! The location was ideal for us traveling to the Dunes, Glen Arbor, Traverse City and more! The place was big enough for the four of us and very clean. The town was super cute and you could walk to various restaurants to eat, coffee shop and grocery store. My kids loved that there was an ice cream place literally next door. We had a great time!

Adult retreat

Great place to stay. Accommodations were clean and well kept. Very quiet and private. Owners were on site and very respectful of our privacy. Across the water from the site is a wildlife sanctuary and you see lots of the wildlife it was very enjoyable. Also the location was centrally located to everything on Lake Leelanau and the northeastern side of Lake Michigan.

Good location but unsatisfactory stay

The location was great. Appreciated the setting. But We had to leave a night earlier because the inside was over 90 degrees and we could not sleep in the heat. It was also odd that a family camped out right outside of the window.

Hi you guys, sorry about the extreme heat and campers. We have a no tent policy, so that should’ve been addressed. We will work on improving temperature control and we are considering putting ac units in bedrooms. Come back and stay when we aren’t under an “extreme heat warning” and I’ll give you a free nights stay. Warm Regards, Hilary

Perfect location

We traveled as grandparents with three children 9 and under. The location was perfect. The kids loved having the large property to run around and play. Their favorite was fishing off the dock and walking to get ice cream every day. Sleeping was sufficient for the five of us. We did not need to try out the AC as it was a little chilly. One thing we missed was a washer and dryer. A small suggestion would be for somewhere to hang out wet towels to dry. Thank you Hilary!
