Asseyez-vous et profitez de la vue magnifique sur la montagne depuis toutes les fenĂȘtres de cette spacieuse maison de 3 400 pieds carrĂ©s construite en 2005 et mise Ă  jour en 2015 par le nouveau propriĂ©taire.

La maison comprend 5 chambres, 3 salles de bain complÚtes, 2 demi-bains et 2 espaces de vie. Admirez les couchers de soleil alpenglow depuis la terrasse de 360 pieds carrés qui enveloppe un porche couvert ou depuis les 2 terrasses et le bain à remous du niveau inférieur accessibles depuis la salle de jeux en bas.

DĂ©posez vos chaussures et vos vestes dans le placard d'entrĂ©e juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la porte d'entrĂ©e, puis entrez dans la grande salle oĂč la vue spectaculaire vous emmĂšne immĂ©diatement Ă  l'extĂ©rieur vers les belles montagnes qui peuvent ĂȘtre vues depuis toutes les fenĂȘtres de la maison. La grande salle a un plafond voĂ»tĂ© et un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert qui englobe les espaces cuisine, salle Ă  manger et salon. Un NOUVEAU foyer au gaz d'angle et un tĂ©lĂ©viseur HD Ă  Ă©cran plat de 55 pieds en font le lieu de rassemblement idĂ©al pour votre groupe.

La suite parentale est située au niveau principal de la maison et dispose d'un lit king-size, d'un lavabo double, d'une baignoire profonde et d'une douche. Une salle d'eau et la buanderie sont également situées au niveau principal.

En bas, une chambre avec lit king size et une chambre avec lits superposés sont reliées par une salle de bain complÚte. L'espace de vie au rez-de-chaussée comprend un téléviseur HD de 46 ', une table pour des puzzles et des jeux, un canapé pliant, une demi-salle de bain et un bar avec évier et mini-réfrigérateur.

L'étage entiÚrement rénové a deux chambres et une salle de bain complÚte qui ont été achevées à l'automne 2012. Une chambre contient un lit king et l'autre une reine et un lit de repos avec lit gigogne.

La maison a de la chaleur rayonnante dans le plancher partout; la grande salle a des planchers de cyprÚs australiens, toutes les salles de bains sont carrelées et les chambres et le salon inférieur ont de la moquette.

The home was so pretty, great location and had everything we needed. The beds are super comfortable and home had all amenities. Also Alpine management was so helpful and quick to respond if needed anything.

The property was nice. The main floor Master Bedroom was especially nice for me (stairs are a problem). Every body seemed to enjoy the property. The email I received before the stay indicated that 2 cars could go in the garage, which was not the case.

Perfect for a few families!

This is my group’s 2nd time staying at this property and it is perfect for a few families to fit comfortably. The free shuttle is a game changer, and makes getting to and from the slopes super easy. Hope to stay here again!

Another great stay!

This is my group’s 3rd year staying here and it was great as always! It’s been nice to have a familiar place to come to each year. We tend to max out the house with 15-16 adults and it doesn’t feel cramped even when we’re all hanging out!

Perfect Stay

Year 2 Ski Trip

Our group once again had a great weekend getaway for our 5th annual Crested Butte ski trip. We have a full house with 16 adults and cook most of our meals while there and have a great time with enough space!

Great Owners

When our group went to check-in, the house didn't have any heater or hot water in the middle of winter. While this was of course very frustrating, the owner/property management was super helpful and found us another property for our large group (16 people) for that night. When they realized that the original house wouldn't have the issues fixed the next day and the new property had other people checking in, they found us 2 separate houses in walking distance of each other to spend the remainder of the trip. While it was difficult and not ideal to move all of our stuff around to multiple properties during our vacation, we understand that it wasn't the owners fault and that they did everything they could to accommodate our large group.

Great time with friends

12 of us stayed here and had a great time! The place was very roomy yet cozy for us to enjoy time together. Crested butte had a nice shuttle service that picked us up from the driveway.

The house was adequate for a group of 10. The only issue was the downstairs bathroom which had a barely functioning shower. Also, the house is on a slope and it was difficult to get out of the driveway in ice and snow.

Great House

We do an annual ski trip to Crested Butte, and this house has probably been our favorite for lodging! Some issues initially getting checked-in, but the Property Managers and owners were quick to respond and help us out. Great location, and plenty of space for our large group to hang out, but not feel piled on top of each other. Definitely planning on returning!

Great house for a large family group!

This was a very nice house for our group of 10. We also had another family of 6 join for dinners. Things we especially liked: The heated garage with enough room for 2 large (Toyota Sequoia) vehicles with Thule ski racks! The main floor master bedroom and bath. The main floor kitchen and living room. (One of our members was on crutches, so the garage and main floor bedroom, bath, kitchen & living room was very helpful). The hot tube which was clean and warm! The kitchen was also laid out nice for cooking. There is a drop down from the road to the driveway and garage, but it was plowed twice while we were there, so it wasn't a problem. We had 2 cars in the garage and a third in the driveway. We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable

Six adults and 4 children ages 5-12 were very comfortable in this home. Lots of space for everyone. Plenty of kitchen items to cook just about anything. We would stay here again.

The perfect place!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was great for our group of 13 (one person slept on the couch on the main level.) Everything was clean, the house was stocked with everything we needed to cook, hang in the hot tub, and host a wonderful weekend with our people. The views were unbeatable and the location was great, and the parking was plenty for all 7-8 cars that we had. We loved it! Thank you so much to the wonderful owners for making the whole process simple and hosting a lovely home.

Beautiful!

We went to crested Butte for a mountain wedding. We had a lot of /VRBO’s and rooms booked at the lodge for guests. Everyone who came over said that we had the best house of any one. Clean, spacious
. and incredibly comfortable beds. The kind of house that you can tell the owners probably spend a lot of time in themselves, and have therefore added all of the amenities and household items needed for a comfortable stay. If I were the owner of the property, I would have a photographer go in and take more accurate pictures of the property. They just simply don’t do it justice! I passed by this house on VRBO several times when I was searching for a property. If the main photo is still a snowy house with large 43 in front when you are searching on VRBO, Just know that the house is 10X better in person. Communication with the property contact was also great. She was quick to respond and accommodated a special request that I had. I would definitely book again. I am 100% satisfied and happy with our decision to book this house for our stay.

Great property with spectacular view

This is a really nice property with tons of provided amennities. The view from this property is breathtaking. The family room is next to the dining room and next to the kitchen. It makes for a great gathering for large parties. The outside hot tub is a treat after a day of skiing. The property is a quick 5 min drive to Crested Butte Ski Resort. Be aware, the driveway is on a slope. If there is snow and ice, you will need 4 wheel drive or chains. On day we are to leave, we were hit with a snowstorm the night before. Kudos to the property management team, they came out, cleared out the snow and ice on the driveway, and helped get us on our way. The temperature while we were there was constantly in the low single digits. The house heating is fantastic. We never felt cold or draft inside the house. The owner also provided a weber gas grill for us. They normally do not leave the grill out during the snow seaaon, but was very accomodating when we asked. The only issue we had was that the garbage disposal was clogged and not working. This was reported on day one, but unforunately was not fixed. Other than that, everybody had a blast and we thoroughly enjoyed using this property.

Gorgeous property

Beautiful home nestled into the neighborhoods flanking Crested Butte resort. Plenty of room to spread out. The gas fireplace in the living room was perfect. Kitchen was well-equipped except for a missing colander and no baking sheet. We didn’t receive entry information prior to the trip so I called the property office on the drive up to CB (assumed it wasn’t being released until the 4pm check in time which came and went) and both codes I was given did not allow us to gain access to the house via the front door. Same for the garage code. Finally, after texting with the rental personnel, I received a garage code that worked. We were not able to successfully enter through the front door all week. But the garage allowed us access. The snow in the driveway did prevent us from leaving one of the days as the plow only came one of the days we had heavy snowfall (their rule is they have 24 hours to clear 6+ inches of snow). We are native New Yorkers used to driving in snow but we couldn’t find a shovel to clear out the driveway (buried under snow on the back porch from previous renters), so we walked to the resort that day. The views, ambience, hot tub and comfortable amenities made up for the few snafus and we were able to enjoy the house for the week.

The property was lovely! Beautiful area! If you are going in the winter, however, you need a 4 wheel drive to get out of the driveway I heavy snow. Stunning house and Stunning views!

Christmas in the mountains!

We had an awesome experience with these owners. They take great care of their property and great care of their visitors. The views are amazing and the memories will be forever remembered. We heard from several of those with us that this was their best vacation ever. We experienced all of Crested Butte and had a beautiful home every night to relax, cook, and play games in. We highly recommend this property. They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.
