This cottage is ideally located, efficient and very stylish. It has everything you need to take full advantage of St. Andrews and we enjoyed our stay very much. The outdoor space is a lovely added benefit. Communication with the host was seamless. My only caveat to prior reviews is that some may find the third bedroom too small for two adults as the bed is tucked under a slanted ceiling. Otherwise, it suited our needs perfectly and I would rent it again.

The property was in a perfect location for us as we were staying in St Andrew's for a wedding in St Salvatore's Chapel which is just across the street. The owners have furnished the house to a high standard and we appreciated all the artwork and personal touches. It is cosy and compact and the owners have done a great job at taking advantage of all the space available. We are a family of 5 so the layout was ideal for us - my husband & I on the first floor with adjacent shower room, with our teenagers on the top floor in 2 bedrooms sharing another shower room. The showers were excellent and there was plenty of hot water. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was very clean, kitchen was so well stocked with all the equipment you need and some! Lovely little private courtyard, which I imagine will be a big bonus in the warmer months. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very well heated and had a constant hot water supply. We had a very comfortable family stay in this apartment and would certainly return.

We had a wonderful time in St. Andrews. The townhouse was great! Everything was as advertised - great location right in the heart of downtown and the house was in great shape and very comfortable for the four of us. I would also say that Linda was extremely responsive both leading up to and through the stay. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great St. Andrews experience.

The property was exactly as listed, more than enough space for a group of 6 (3 couples) and in a superb location right in the middle of the town. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting St. Andrews!

This home has everything that you need for a stay in Saint Andrews and truly could not have a better location. It's within walking distance to everything that you need. Linda was a wonderful host and always available if we needed anything. I cannot recommend this place enough!
