Fantastique vue sur l'océan penthouse de ce condo studio à Kahana. Le Royal Kahana # 1202 est décoré dans un thÚme tropical, il fait des vacances reposantes pour un couple ou une famille de trois personnes. La cuisine et la salle de bain (pas de baignoire) ont été rénovées avec de nouveaux appareils électroménagers et accessoires, dont une laveuse / sécheuse. Profitez de la piscine en bord de mer ou faites une longue promenade le long de la route de façade. La station est à distance de marche du petit parc de la plage (Pohaku Park) pour regarder les tortues de mer et les surfeurs, les restaurants, le marché des fermiers et les magasins, situé au centre sur le cÎté ouest de Maui. Nous offrons une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans notre condo.

** Veuillez noter que la piscine et la terrasse de la piscine seront fermées du 23 septembre au 20 octobre 2019 pour rénovation. **

7 - 14 oct. 2018: «trĂšs bien situĂ© pour les commoditĂ©s: plages et vie nocturne sur Front Street (ou la vie de jour ha ha!) Vue sur l'ocĂ©an et parfois sur la plage! Un grand frigo nous a aidĂ©s Ă  limiter les dĂ©penses de repas au dĂźner et Ă©tait une maison temporaire confortable et parfaite en bord de mer pour notre lune de miel. Nous nous sommes rĂ©veillĂ©s avec des vues sur l'Ăźle voisine de Lanai et les vagues de l'ocĂ©an et nous nous sommes endormis en Ă©coutant les vagues venir Ă  la magie d'un voyage avec le confort de la maison aussi. Le personnel du complexe lui-mĂȘme Ă©tait incroyablement serviable, sympathique et accueillant aussi! ” ~ Aly D.

Amazing views and everything we needed

The view off the balcony is by far the best part of the unit. It is a studio, so not very large, the pictures make it look a little bigger but it was perfect for my girlfriend and I. Washer and dryer were great, bathroom is nice and kitchen has what we needed - coffeemaker, toaster, blender and some supplies although we did not cook any meals. There is NO beach due to erosion and the pool cabana is under construction (which we never used, as of 4.14.18) the parking spots are extremely small and difficult finding a spot after 10pm just FYI. Overall we had a great time, world class beaches all around. Maui brewing right across the street. Incredible views and you can hear the water from the balcony.

The view was not as great as pictured, there is a building below and this view was very zoomed in to crop that out.... there was an infestation of cockroaches and we were only informed of some cockroaches an hour prior to check in time, so we proceeded to continue to head to our booking and check it out. (We booked 3 months in advanced) upon arrival we found out only one elevator was in working condition, there was no a/c, or hot water from the front desk of the facility (not the host). Then pur door lock mechanism was broke, i called the host and was told someone would be there to fix it in 15 minutes and i had to call again after 30 minutes and finally had someone show up about 45 mins after the 1st call. We checked out the room for the cockroaches we were informed about and only saw 2, so we continued with the booking. They fixed the lock on the door and we went back to the front desk to ensure they knew we were parking there and that we didn't need a parking pass. The parking was not free as advertised/stated in VRBO so we paid for that and left for dinner. When we got back the roaches were worse as the night went on with anywhere to babies to full grown adults. I was upset that there were no other accommodations offered for our stay and/or that VRBO/host did not help pay for the last minute hotel/condo change. If we knew we would've picked elsewhere and had paid the same or cheaper but due to last minute change the week of valentine's week it was more.

Not our usual vacation with Chase’N’ Rainbows

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was nice, the views from the lanai were great. The first day everything was fine, but on the second day I put some laundry in the dryer,and the lint trap shot the filter out. We called and they sent an electrician out. He fixed it, but a couple days later I put laundry in and it blew the circuit breaker again. We didn’t have power again. My husband thought it could be something major, so we went without power for the rest of our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great vacation in an amazing condo! We were there a week and we really enjoyed the condo, pool and outdoor grill. We cooked pool side several nights in our stay. It is a far walk from the parking however, there were carts that were available when we needed to carry a lot of things. I am looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not happy about no A/C. Had to leave doors and windows open for breeze then listened to obnoxious motorists with loud vehicles roar by below. Unit was smaller than expected. No remote control for the TV. No beach!!!!

Great view, needs updating

Let me begin by saying the views are absolutely amazing. That's the only thing good. On the bad side, kitchen needs top to bottom cleaning. Walls have old food stains, the sink leaks black water. We called and the lady said it's a cracked disposal. No one ever came to fix, the bathroom toilet leaks water, the shower glass is so dingy water stained, the shower drain is so slow. The ice maker trays are broken, the bed comforter is old. I say all these because as a vrbo owner manager I would have changed and fixed and walked the property to make sure things are perfect. Especially if you are asking for those type of rates. Even if you weren't I would.
