Bienvenue sur Happy Acres! Cette cabine belle et bien entretenu se trouve sur une colline surplombant une belle riviĂšre qui cascades dans un Ă©tang! Les terrains environnants sont amĂ©nagĂ©s avec des plantes indigĂšnes et il ya beaucoup d'endroits pour vous asseoir et profiter de l'environnement. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est entourĂ©e par une forĂȘt de vieux arbres Ă  feuilles caduques de croissance - il affichera la couleur de chute spectaculaire que vous puissiez profiter de votre vĂ©randa.
La chambre principale est à l'étage principal avec une salle de bains privative. A l'étage, deux chambres confortables avec un lit queen size et plein qui partagent une salle de bain complÚte. Couchage supplémentaire sur le lit de jour gigogne dans la mezzanine.
Les accents de bois et une partie du mobilier et des planchers ont été faites à partir d'arbres qui poussaient sur la propriété!
La propriété est adjacente à la Conservation du patrimoine Watson-Cooper. Ce projet vise à étendre de Table Rock dans SC travers Head, Dupont et Gorges parc d'état de Ceaser. Beaucoup de place pour explorer, faire du vélo et de la randonnée. Profitez de patauger dans l'étang ou simplement se détendre dans le swing à proximité. Pas besoin de quitter la propriété - abondance de la faune et un cadre magnifique pour apprécier.
Mais quand vous ĂȘtes prĂȘt Ă  explorer la rĂ©gion, vous verrez que nous sommes au centre de grandes choses Ă  faire! Dupont State Forest avec ses magnifiques chutes d'eau, cheval, vĂ©lo et de randonnĂ©e est juste en bas de la route. Brevard est seulement environ 7 miles avec commerces, artisanat et d'excellents restaurants! Allez l'autre sens et profiter de la journĂ©e Ă  Hendersonville. D'autres parcs dans les environs comprennent ForĂȘt nationale de Pisgah, Gorges State Park et la tĂȘte de CĂ©sar - toute la randonnĂ©e voulez avec beaucoup de cascades et donne sur vous. AccĂ©der Ă  la Blue Ridge Parkway et prendre dans un paysage spectaculaire. Soyez sĂ»r d'aller et de voir la place jolie chapelle pendant que vous ĂȘtes ici - Ă  quelques miles sur la route. We had a wonderful and relaxing Thanksgiving at this beautiful home! The setting was quiet and private, and the sound of the stream and waterfall was perfect for porch-sitting. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a delicious Thanksgiving meal. We absolutely would stay again!

The place is comfortable and very private. The completely wooded property is beautiful. The kitchen is nicely set up with anything you could want for fixing meals. There's lots of seating for larger families. Bedrooms are separated for privacy. It has all of the comforts of home.

This was our second long weekend at this totally private home in the woods. The home is well cared for and has all of the comforts of home. The kitchen has everything you would need to fix meals or you can eat at a variety of restaurants in Brevard about 10 miles away. There are lots of trails and waterfalls within a 15-30 minute drive. The owner is great with communication. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience and will definitely be back.

Property was clean and comfortable. Easily accessible to Dupont(Hooker Falls/Triple Falls)and Brevard, about a 20 minute drive to either one. We were thankful to have a place we could also bring our dog. Our boys loved exploring the water feature on the property. We wish we would have booked another night!

Wonderful winter retreat

Fantastic stay!

Happy Acres is a wonderful property with all the amenities you need and is located in the most beautiful setting. It's so peaceful and we enjoyed both porches in the mornings and evenings. The stream with the little waterfall in the "backyard" added just the relaxation we were looking for. Everything about this stay went smooth and we would definitely stay here again, if we come back to this area.

Great location for chasing waterfalls!

The house was plenty big enough for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. The kids loved playing in the creek below and exploring around the property! The adults loved sitting on the back porch and listening to the sound of the small waterfall. The location was excellent for visiting waterfalls and swimming holes. We came back each day and cooked dinner (the kitchen was fully stocked with pans and utensils!) and made a fire in the fire pit! We made many great memories for our family at this house. The Owner was a great communicator.

House is on 8 acres with waterfall. Very beautiful and private We escape our town which has lots of fireworks There are a few there but not to the extent where we live

Beyond our expectations

Everything was great! We really appreciated all the kitchen appliances, seasonings, grills, and the fire pit. Listing and features were as described. Great location for hiking trails and waterfalls. We had a wonderful family vacation and will book again!

This property is secluded and quiet. It is a mountain property surrounded by trees. The house is a great place to gather with family because it has an open living space. The bedrooms, however, are all quite private. The 2.5 bathrooms are clean and well placed. We turned the dining room into a game room and we really enjoyed the space. The porches offer fantastic views and a lot more space. We also enjoyed the firepit and fire wood. The house is only ten miles from Brevard, but it feels isolated. We enjoyed the location. It was close to many beautiful parks.The driveway is long and hilly. Our van handled it fine, but a low profile vehicle like a Chrysler 300 ot Tesla might struggle. Also, this property is not really setup for anyone with mobility issues. It is hilly and has many steps.This property gifted us a week of peace and relaxation. What a gift.

Enjoy unlimited access to pristine park area previously unavailable for public use.
