Ne manquez pas ce joyau! UnitĂ© 1 chambre. En face de la plage et en face du complexe plus proche des pistes cyclables et de la passerelle vers la plage. Notre unitĂ© a 1 lit queen, 1 canapĂ©-lit queen. 4 couchages. Laveuse / sĂ©cheuse dans l'unitĂ©. 2 tĂ©lĂ©visions Ă  Ă©cran plat. 2 lecteurs DVD. CĂąble. Wifi gratuit. AC centrale. Cuisine complĂšte avec cafetiĂšre, grille-pain et micro-ondes. Cette unitĂ© est proche de la façade de la propriĂ©tĂ© oĂč il y a un accĂšs facile Ă  la plage et aux pistes cyclables. Belle vue sur la piscine depuis notre villa. Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorises. Linge fourni. SociĂ©tĂ© de gestion immobiliĂšre Ă  proximitĂ© pour l'enregistrement et l'appel. Cozy beach condo.

The condo was very cozy and clean. The beach access was just easy and the beach side bathrooms were very convenient. Highly recommend this property to couples or small families. We truly enjoyed our stay!!

Great Little place to stay close to the beach

Has a beautiful back porch scene with lots of palm trees and a pool. Staff was helpful during check in. Overall nice place to stay in Hilton Head

Relaxing stay

This nice suite is tucked away in a quiet community. Wonderful walking and bike paths close to a beach area with limited congestion. Great location!

This property is only a short walk to the beach (no more than 4-5 minutes and has all the amenities you need for the beach too! September a great time to visit HHI!

This one bedroom condo is one of the best we have stayed in! The space is a great size with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa, both very comfortable. The washer and dryer in the unit is essential for a beach stay! The kitchen is modern and well stocked. The deck is awesome complete with a large grill. A super bonus is the storage area that has beach essentials chairs, rolling cart etc! The beach is a five minute walk. Being on the second floor might not be good for people with mobility issues. The property is very quiet and peaceful and close to great dining and shopping. The price could not have been better! I am booking this for next year.

GREAT PLACE

This cozy little condo was perfect! It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The location was great, just a quick walk to the beach and to Coligney. Had to contact the host with a question and she replied quickly with a response. Will definately stay here again!

Wonderful stay. We loved that everything needed for the beach was included (chairs, blanket, umbrella, cooler, etc). Easy walk to the beach and Coligny shops. Would do it again.

Perfect Location

The location is awesome
 just a short walk to the beach on a private path. Nice deck near one of 2 salt water pools and to be in a busy area is was peaceful. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. We will make reservations here again. Ty & Karen

Location is everything

The property itself is nice, pleasant view, but the location is the real selling point. Across the street from the beach a short walk to the shops at Coligny and a short drive to virtually everything else. We enjoyed staying in, we enjoyed going out, we enjoyed both the pool and the beach. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely reserve this unit again.

Great Condo

Location was great. Condo was clean. Just far enough from Coligny area to walk but not be to close. Beach is a 3 min walk from front door. Rented bicycles and was able to go just about anywhere we needed. Great trip. Thanks.

Treetop Tropics

Full wall of tall windows gave us a view into the treetops - palms, curly live oaks with Spanish Moss, and lots of red-headed woodpeckers. A lovely bonus on top of the clean, comfy furnishings.

I recently stayed at this Vrbo and couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The condo was amazing - clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a fantastic layout that made it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't have been better either - just a stone's throw from the beach and other amenities. Perfect!

Talk about a perfect experience. The goal of this time away was relaxation and it was easy to do as the lodging had everything we needed and was close to the beach. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Love the quick response to all communications!

Played golf and rode bicycles

We had perfect weather. This place worked well for access to the beach and bike rentals about 30 minute walk. Had a great time cycling the beach and bike trails to South Beach Marina Village. We enjoyed live music at the Tiki Hut and Big Bamboo. We dined at Uncle Billy’s and Crazy Crab. We recommend all of these activities and restaurants. Bring your own cooking oil and condiments (not even salt and pepper here). We don’t rent many VRBOs so maybe this is typical or for safety; just alerting others so you aren’t surprised.

We purchased Seascape Villas because of its location. It is close to biking paths, the beach and because of the restroom facilities on the beach makes it convenient. It is also close to Sea pines, Harbourtown Lighthouse, Coligny Plaza, new Coligny Park and many restaurants.
