Dès que vous entrez dans les falaises 6302 et que vous voyez la vue imprenable sur l'océan, vous sentirez le stress fondre. Détendez-vous sur la véranda face à l'océan ou sur la véranda très privée de la chambre principale. Observez les baleines en migration (de novembre à avril) et profitez des ébats toute l'année de coqs, de Nene (oies hawaïennes), d'albatros, de cardinaux et d'autres oiseaux sur la ceinture verte sous le condo.

Ce condo 2Br / 2bath élégamment décoré comprend une cuisine et une salle de bain principale mises à jour, de la peinture fraîche, de nouveaux ventilateurs de plafond, 3 téléviseurs à écran plat et des lecteurs DVD Blu-Ray, un lecteur CD combiné, une radio AM & FM Band et compatible Bluetooth, des jumelles, un centre de divertissement et linge de maison Tommy Bahama de luxe. Laveuse / sécheuse, Smart TV permettent l'utilisation de vos abonnements de streaming (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un téléphone vers le continent sont également fournis.

La cuisine complète a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et les barbecues à gaz sont à quelques pas du condo. Allez pêcher en haute mer et faites griller vos prises pour le dîner. Il y a également 2 supermarchés bien approvisionnés à Princeville et Hanalei.

La chambre principale avec douche à l'italienne a une belle véranda très privée entourée d'arbres tropicaux habités par des oiseaux qui vous sérénitent chaque matin. Il y a une deuxième salle de bain dans le salon et deux lits queen dans le loft à l'étage. Un nouveau canapé-lit dans le salon offre une autre option de couchage. Très confortable pour 4-6 personnes.

Tous les conforts de la maison avec toutes les commodités d'une station de premier ordre: piscines, bains à remous, un putting green, des courts de tennis et de volley-ball et une aire de jeux pour les petits alevins. The Cliffs possède l'un des meilleurs directeurs d'activités / concierge qui peut répondre à tous vos besoins.

Vous n'avez jamais à quitter la station (sauf pour la nourriture!), mais il y a d'excellents magasins et restaurants à explorer à Princeville Centre et Hanalei. Allez un peu plus loin jusqu'à Kiluea ou les plages des rives nord / est. Nous fournissons tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer une excellente journée dans la baie de Hanalei, la plage d'Annini ou d'autres plages à une courte distance en voiture: parasol, chaises de sable, planches de bodyboard, tapis, serviettes, glacières, masques de plongée et autres jouets. Le golf est-il votre jeu? Le magnifique parcours de Makai est à 5 minutes.

Veuillez noter qu'il s'agit d'une unité au 3ème étage sans ascenseur et sans climatisation. Trois ventilateurs de plafond intérieurs, deux ventilateurs extérieurs sur les vérandas, des ventilateurs de sol ainsi que des alizés rafraîchissent notre hale.

The hosts had a beautiful floral arrangement and Kauai treats waiting for us. They were very thoughtful in their messages about their favorites on the island. Honestly, we have stayed at many different resorts in Kauai, but the view from the land of the ocean at The Cliffs is just breathtaking. The whales started breaching. I spent most of all my time when we were at the condo sitting there and taking in the view. They had many kitchen staples in fridge and cabinets-seasonings, sauces, salad dressing. The Cliffs pool is nicely segmented for families with young kids and adults with waterfalls and foliage so kids can play on one side while you float your worries away in peace on the other. A new plus for us on this stay at The Cliffs was food trucks! They had rotating food trucks that made eating out so easy and delicious. We truly loved our stay. Mahalo.

Our stay was amazing. When we checked in the guy at reception said we were in the best unit, to which i said, he probably says that to everyone. He was right! Top floor, out on the end with an unobstructed view and an ocean breeze that kept the place nice and cool. Unit was just as described and owners were amazing.

Great vacation stay

We had a great time at this condo in Princeville. The location was amazing - with great views of the ocean and lots of benches/chairs in the back to watch sunrise and sunsets. It never felt too hot with the glass doors open and fans running. We would definitely want to come back to this condo!

This was our 2nd time staying at Charlene and Roger’s unit and we always enjoy the fabulous accommodations and spectacular views from the lanai. It’s comfortable, clean and Charlene and Roger are excellent hosts who pay attention to details to ensure your stay is top notch. We feel the north shore is the best place to stay on the island in the summer time because there are the most beautiful beaches, hikes and the town of Hanalei is lovely. The property location is great with some beautiful ocean views and a nice breeze that’s almost constant. In addition the grounds around the area give plenty of space to feel like you’re not cramped. I walked quite extensively through Princeville and passed many other properties and was always appreciative when I returned to our location because of its view, quaintness, and proximity to some amazing snorkeling just off the cliff.We used the kitchen extensively and had just about everything that we needed.

Kauai the Garden Island

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Cliffs. The ocean view from the lanai is spectacular rain or shine!! The condo is welcoming, kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and the location is close to many great restaurants. The pool and hot tubs are lovely!!! The hosts are wonderful and communication was very helpful!!

Perfect Stay on the North Shore

The unit is exactly as described. Well maintained and very clean given the challenges that the tropics/proximity to the ocean create for keeping a clean/functioning place! The owner was fantastic and communicated quickly and frequently when needed. The property is great with tons of offerings, including a lovely set of pools and hot tubs. You won’t regret staying here!

The true meaning of Aloha

Charlene and Roger are the ultimate hosts. Their Hale/Condo is perfection. We are return guests and will return again and again as our funds will allow us. I cannot speak more highly about the hosts. Throughout the whole booking process, arrival, check out they were amazing communicators. We have not one negative things to say about the unit or the hosts. The Harpers have become Ohana to our family!

We are recently retired after careers in Robotics, Computer, Microwave, Communications, Network & IT Engineering (Roger) and Finance (Charlene). I have been to Oahu (3 times), Big Island (twice), and Maui (numerous times). While they each are beautiful in their own way, I began to see why Kauai was my Roger's favorite. It's name as the Garden Isle is well deserved and the lush verdant landscape comes at a price--frequent rain showers. The weather is never boring!

One day, we were driving around and, on a whim, stopped at an open house. We met our real estate agent AnnMarie Hamilton that day and started to dream of owning our own place. Over the next 2 years she sent us many listings and we realized that our dream was affordable if we went the vacation rental route. In December 2013, we bid on our beautiful ocean view condo, Cliffs 6302. On New Year's Day 2014, our offer was accepted--we flew over 2 weeks later to inspect the property and the view was so amazing, we got chills!

As Bloody Mary in the musical South Pacific so aptly sings: 'You've got to have a dream, if you don't have a dream, how you gonna have a dream come true?' From inception to realization, our condo in Kauai is our 'dream come true'. We love sharing our dream slice of paradise with our guests.

Our property at the Cliffs has it all: View, amenities, privacy, and spacious living space. No one above us and concrete building construction which really limits noise.

The property is gorgeously landscaped. The pools and hot tubs are newly constructed and there are tennis courts, volleyball courts, a playground for the kiddies, putting green, shuffleboard and pickle ball. Gas grills, oceanfront gazebo, picnic tables, and hammock complete the idyllic picture.
