Situé sur 1/4 acre, situé à trois miles au nord de Todos Santos et 1/4 mile à pied de la plage dans le quartier recherché de Las Tunas / Las Playitas. Casa del Mar

The house is fabulous! The outdoor living space is enormous, and varied for different times of day. We spend more time outdoor than indoor. the outdoor living and kitchen was great. The firepit was lovely for watching the stars at night. And you can see and hear the ocean from the swimming pool (actually, from everywhere!). the house is slightly outside of town. There are a few houses around, but it is very very quiet. It is a lovely place to convene with nature and escape the hustle and bustle.

The property was excellent in that it had the right accommodation for our family of 6 plus our 2 year old grandson . (Not ideal for little ones as the plantation (cactus) steps and steep edges were present so full supervision was required, however we were advised of that on booking) . The place had all the modern conveniences including water filtration . However would be nice to have a dishwasher as we did entertain a lot. Nice quiet area with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean 
 pool area stunning . Only suggestion I would make other than a dishwasher is to make sure you have some form of transportation as a little out of town and Ubers are not allowed. If we come back we will stay again . Thank you

The home is incredible

The view is even better than the pictures. The home is very nicely updated and the decor is impressive. The home has great outdoor space with the pool and also great sitting areas with the fire pit for the evenings. Quick walk to the beach and a very quick drive into town. Just book this you will not be disappointed. Also the owner and property manager Eddie were a pleasure to deal with.

Another Amazing Stay @ Casa Del Mar

This house is so perfect in every way. The owners and Property Manager take such great care of it and are so helpful and friendly. Their art (The owners are Artists)is so beautiful! The location is the BEST! The whales come in very close to shore because there is a steep drop off and they come in to clean themselves. We learned this from a nice woman that lives nearby. We walked over to see the Baby Turtles being released into ocean. Went swimming with Seals in the Sea of Cortez ...super cool and beautiful! The food is so good! Went on great hikes walks on the beach. What a perfect Girls week!! Hope to be back very soon! Have no hesitations about renting this house!

4 year anniversary in Todo Santos

We loved the property and the view. Having the path to the beach was great! The entire setting was lovely. I thought I read it was 3 baths, maybe 2.5 but wasn't aware of the Jack and Jill. Having the pool bath helped. It all worked out and we had a very enjoyable stay! Thanks!

A touch of class in the wild

My family and I stayed here while in town for our cousin's wedding. The property was even nicer than the pictures! Everything was top of the line. The one thing that you can't really get a feel for in the listing is the size. It was larger than we expected. The place is located just north of town in a neighborhood of similar high quality homes but still feels remote and private. Direct access to the beach was nice as was all of the wildlife, mostly exotic birds, in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked the house for us plus 2 other couples and had thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was so cozy and beautiful. Great for entertaining.. we honestly didn’t need to leave because we had everything there we could want. Amazing sunset views!

Epic trip to Todos Santos

The property was stunning!! Heriberto was there to greet us and answer any questions and was great to communicate with. Each corner of this house was lovely, I feel we used it to its fullest! I did a lot of running in and around Todos Santos and it was so fun! We ate at restaurants nearby my favorite being Shakti Bowl with live music! I loved the location, not right in downtown but just a few minutes away. Each day we walked to the beach for sunset, just incredible, I can't wait to come back!

Amazing!

This house and location are perfection! What a special place. The house is gorgeous and well laid out. The kitchen has everything you would ever need. We stayed in Pescadero last trip and this location is way better. I love that there are a few restaurants and grocery stores near by. My friend and I took a couple of Spin classes at “Salt Fitness “ walking distance from house. Hiking trails nearby, so close to TS downtown. Eddie was awesome and responsive. Booked my next trip for my 60th birthday next year. Oh and the WHALES! Unbelievable! Thank you for a fabulous trip!

Exceptional!

We spent two glorious weeks at Casa del Mar early January with our college age daughter and my sister. The house and surrounding grounds exceeded our expectations. We felt like we had our own personal resort! Just beautiful! It was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own spaces and there were plenty of other areas to gather as well. We really appreciated all of the thoughtful details throughout the house. The kitchen was very well-stocked, including an espresso machine. Our daughter loved being the household barista! The outdoor spaces were lovely with several areas to hang out and enjoy the incredible view. Loved the rooftop fire pit! We spent most of our days at the casa enjoying the pool, taking long walks on the beach, and whale watching. Eddie, the property mgr was extremely kind and helpful during our stay. The owners, David & Shelly, went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our time at the house. The Casa del Mar is definitely a very special place!

Fabulous Home!

Absolutely gorgeous home, very clean and even more beautiful in person. The outdoor area is amazing, it's like your own private resort. Communication was great with the owner and property manager. Highly recommend!

Weekend wedding

We stayed here with adult family for a wedding nearby and the location was perfect. The property was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our time on the patio watching the beautiful beach sunsets. The property manager was great as well and we really appreciated the recommendations they gave for local cuisine. Overall an excellent stay and would highly recommend for a family vacation!

Perfect family spot!

Casa Del Mar was a perfect place for our family Christmas trip. David and Eddie were both extremely responsive and kind. We enjoyed all of the beautiful outdoor living spaces including the new main bedroom deck and rooftop gas fireplace. The sunsets were spectacular! The indoor spaces were equally comfortable and inviting. We did a lot of cooking and loved the well-stocked kitchen, gas grill, and wood fired pizza oven. The house has an unobstructed and broad view of the ocean and we spotted whales multiple times a day. Amazing! Be sure to catch the turtle release each night just a short walk up the beach. Also amazing!

Casa Del Mar enjoys the single best location on the coast north of Todos Santos. The view is magnificent at all times of the day, and the sunset is especially beautiful. The house is designed to work with the land, affording lots of comfortable communal spaces, yet ample privacy. The pool area is perfect for barbecues, or just quiet reading and relaxation. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use. The owner and caretaker were responsive and helpful. We loved this home and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved out stay at Casa Del Mar. Was greeted by Amy for a quick tour. Heriberto made sure we had everything we needed. One bedroom in main home and two with shared bathroom below. Well maintained and appointed home. We will come again. Wish the pool was heated, my only negative, but otherwise this home is perfect!! Thank you for another wonderful stay in Todos Santos.

If you have never been to Todos Santos think of what Los Angeles may have looked like 150 years ago. It's a special place. Property Manager and Owner provided great communication and were incredibly responsive to any of our questions. The home is beautiful. It's tranquil and quiet and luxurious. You need to travel on a dirt road to get in and out of the home - not a big deal but you may want to get a decent car. the house is close to downtown and there is a convenience store in walking distance. Highly Recommended!

Spectacular oasis

The house is stunningly beautiful! Very well equipped with very attention paid to detail.The kitchen is very well epuiped with top of the line cookware. The beds are all very comfortable, the master bedroom is awesome! The landscaping/design is beautiful. The outdoor area and pool have stunning views, with outdoor kitchen and plenty of gathering areas. There is a game room with pool table, chess and numerous other games. Overall just a wonderful vacation home! Would definitely revisit!
