Le condo est un spacieux 700 pieds carrés avec cuisine design complÚte, salon, véranda, salle de bain et chambre à coucher, avec son matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme Serta iComfort king size. Vous apprécierez l'incroyable vue panoramique sur l'océan depuis le balcon dans vos chaises de patio inclinables et votre grande table à manger en bois massif. L'air central assure votre confort et une laveuse et sécheuse intégrée est pratique pour un séjour prolongé. Les améliorations apportées à ce condo comprennent un sol en carreaux avec des tapis d'appoint confortables. Le coin cuisine a été entiÚrement repensé avec un fini cerisier chaleureux, des armoires en bois massif et des comptoirs en granit, offrant beaucoup d'espace de rangement et de préparation des repas. Avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et une péninsule à concept ouvert, les espaces fonctionnels ont été réorientés, offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan pendant que vous préparez ou cuisinez vos repas. Une salle de bain contemporaine avec des blocs de verre incurvés, une douche personnalisée et un lavabo flottant en granit noir vous surprendra. Deux téléviseurs à écran plat, chacun avec un lecteur Blu-ray, complÚtent les mises à niveau haut de gamme de ce condo haut de gamme.

Notre retraite de vacances a été décorée par le maßtre photographe et graveur local Jerry Grigory. Amenant le magnifique environnement naturel d'Hawaï à l'intérieur, les images de Jerry capturent les paysages spectaculaires et la beauté mondialement connue des ßles.

nice room, Location and on the beach!

We stayed for 12 nights. Our second time at Sugar Beach resort. 1st time in this room. Love the location right on the beach. Room has everything needed. Included All kitchen household items and spices, Beach chairs, umbrellas. Dish soap and laundry supplies. We chose vthis place for the proximity of the beach. We walked a total of 70 miles on the beach. Building is Located where you can easily go north to Kaanapali and south to Kihei/Wailea area. We have stayed in Maui hotels before but much more enjoy the vrbo. Especially for comfort and cost savings. We do plan on coming back, hopefully to this room!

Sugar Beach Resort, a Piece of Paradise

This was a great vacation at a great location and great property. The only reason we have gave 4 of 5 on cleanliness was the area carpets were quite dirty and need a clean or replacing. Al was very responsive to our questions and requests and I would recommend this suite to anyone. We will be back!

Absolutely Fabulous

To say that this condo lived up to expectations would be an understatement. The place is clean, well laid out, with quality furnishings I might add... And the location could not be better. It feels like the owners went the extra yard and worked with a designer because the layout and quality of furnishings is absolutely perfect and harmonious. On arrival it was spotlessly clean and unlike so many other vacation rentals, stocked with enough supplies that we didn't need to run straight out to Target to buy supplies. : ) The kitchen is a gem. The cookware was of great quality and while I normally detest electric stoves, I found this one very easy to work with. Bed was comfy and clean, parking easy, washer/dryer was modern and capable, and oh yeah, the view!!! Just perfect. Also, as folks who normally stay in Kaanapali, we appreciated the central location of Kihei as it made getting anywhere on the island a snap. We'll be back!

Great condo with all amenities you will ever need. Very comfortable King bed. Beach chairs umbrella and cooler very useful. However 1 beach chair did have small tear in it. Would stay there again.

Incredible!

We so enjoyed listening to the ocean all day and all night. The sunsets from the lanai were gorgeous! The place was immaculately clean and so very well appointed with everything that we needed. Everything was in great running order and all the amenities that we needed had been thought about in advance. Nice quality towels and appointments. Theresa, the property manager, was so friendly and helpful. Al, the owner, had great communication and suggestions. If we return to Maui, this is our go-to place!

Great accommodations and management.

This was such a great place to stay. Amazing views, nice beach area, & pool area. The condo was clean and perfect for our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped if you plan on cooking while here. The coffee maker is drip and Kcups so you are good on whichever you like or buy. We also loved that there are beach chairs, towels, and a beach umbrella for you to use. We made a great decision choosing this condo and would do so again. Jenn & Scott

Lovely Maui Condo on Sugar Beach

This condo unit has many personal touches and evident love. Many many kitchen pots/utensils/tools. Nice appliances. Nice TV which allows mirroring for pictures. Full size stack washer/dryer. Good clothes storage in a full size dresser bureau and 2 end tables with drawer and shelves on both sides of the bed. Owners have provided gang plugs so electronic charging is more accessible. Wonderful view! The AC did not work our first night in July
which means it was kinda uncomfortable. Notified property manager for the owner, Theresa, who contacted Association office and mechanic arrived in less than an hour and fixed the unit. There are no seasonings, not even salt and pepper, but paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer soap are provided, as well as a small bottle of kitchen sink soap, along with some extra trash bags. Many nice details in a small space. Quite nice. Lots of WIND in this location
LOTS. Nice pool/hot tub area and nicely landscaped. Safeway a few miles away.

Very quaint

Great location, amazing and responsive host. We found ourselves hitting the road quite a bit to get to different areas of the island as there wasn’t as much to do around the condo. Wailea is where we probably spent most of our time and beach days. Fortunately, that was only 10-15 minutes so not that bad of a drive. Really though, we just wanted a nice, clean condo to be able to lay our heads at night with an affordable rate, so I definitely recommend Al’s place if you’re in a similar boat.

Cozy space for a great couples get-away!

The condo is beautiful and its location is great! It’s an easy drive to great beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and attractions, and the view of the ocean from the balcony is stunning. The space is perfect for a couple, even though the bathroom is small and not terribly private (the glass door allows for good light, but also limits privacy). It includes a full-size, fully supplied kitchen (just plan to buy all of your food, spices, and condiments, because nothing is provided), and there is a great, outdoor shared grilling area. The property’s sauna, pool, hot tub, and bar are fun as well, if you want to have a lazy, no-travel day. Overall, this place is well worth the price! Thank you!

The condo was exactly as described. The location is great. You're centrally located to go anywhere on the island. The view from the lanai was beautiful. You could see whales from here. Highly recommend. Great vacation.

To provide the most luxurious, well appointed, warm and comfortable unit within the complex. The romantic flare of this unit, makes it a perfect honeymoon or anniversary retreat. We have stayed at Sugar Beach Resort several times. We love the Kihei location and the property amenities. However, it is the proximity to the water at SBR that is truly unique. You are just feet from the water! We have stayed in both oceanview and oceanfront units. We quickly discovered that oceanfront units offered many advantages, both privacy and view. We also made sure we purchased a unit with no wing-wall which would obstruct the panoramic view of the ocean.
