Fantastic stay

Home away from home. This apartment was truly a sanctuary for our family. Wonderful retro decor, big bath, comfy beds and lounges, across the road from delicious restaurant. What more could you ask for?

Comfortable stay

Irena was such a kind communicator and very responsive with all of my questions. Her apartment was charming and comfortable. It was within a tram ride away from all the major sites and easy to navigate. We enjoyed our stay in Milan. ♥️

Love this apartment

We can only say great things about this Milan apartment, and the hosts who are charming and reliable. We had a most enjoyable stay for 9 nights. The apartment has everything you need, and is warm and comfortable. Plus the location is perfect for exploring Milan as an independent traveller. We definitely hope to return. Fabulous Apartment

The apartment and the owners were great! Very nice place, very clean. Would highly recommend this property. The only drawback is it is hard to get a cab or Uber at this location. Not the owners fault, just the taxi / Uber situation in Milan is not the best.

Excellent Apartment

Orlando and Irena were very responsive to our questions and patiently answered us. The apartment itself was accurately described and had working appliances (air conditioning, washer, dryer, etc.). It was clean, in a nice neighborhood, and close to public transportation and shopping. Orlando gave detailed instructions as to how to use things or to remedy things if something stopped working. He was nice about meeting us in front of the building and letting us store our luggage before actually moving into the apartment. If we ever return to Milan, we will be sure to stay here!

Lovely Stat

Orlando met us outside the property and walked us through the entrance, places to go, tram stops etc, Irena then went through the apartment, what a lovely couple and really helped with what we needed to know, she also what’s apped the metro route to the concert we were going to see, the location was great for us and a tram into the city or a short stop for the metro, we walked 40 miles in three days but used Trams and Metros with a 72hour city pass, Some nice restaurants just a short walk, the only downside for us was we could hear someone snoring in the flat upstairs but this was only once and didn’t spoil it for us. Would recommend as it was great value and we wasn’t aware Cold Play was on the Sunday night and would have booked longer, it was also Milan Fashion Week so great value compared to the City Centre.

Nous sommes resté dans cet appartement plus d'un mois et tout était parfait. Équipements, emplacement, nos hôtes étaient très avènement en nous expliquant tout ce qu'il faut savoir pour se déplacer et au moindre soucis disponible pour nous aider Je recommande vivement pour court ou long séjour !

Perfect place

Accueil chaleureux de Orlando et Irena. Ils mettent tout en œuvre pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Check in/out très simple . L’appartement est bien situé, proche du tram. Le centre ville et la gare centrale sont à 15min. Le quartier est agréable pas touristique. On vit à la Milanaise le temps d’un week-end.

Très agréable séjour chez Irena et Orlando

Tout s'est passé comme prévu et l'appartement est tel que décrit.Tout proche du TRAM 12 (voire 10), vous êtes ainsi reliés au centre ville. Orlando et Irena ont été d'un contact très chaleureux et nous ont donné tous les tuyaux de visite pour Milan. Assez rare sur ces sites de location pour être mentionné : c'est vraiment avec eux que nous avons effectué le check in et le check out. En un mot : A RECOMMANDER ! Guillaume. (de plus, si vous ne prévoyez pas de quitter Milan, Orlando peux vous réserver une place de voiture dans la rue)

Appartement bien situé avec un accueil des plus chaleureux

Un grand merci à Orlando et Irena pour votre accueil des plus chaleureux et pour toutes les informations que vous nous avez fournies. Cet apparement est très bien situé pour visiter Milan. À quelques mètres pour prendre le tram qui vous amènera vers le centre de Milan en quelques minutes. Le quartier est agréable et calme. On y trouve plusieurs commerces, dont une fromagerie artisanale, une boulangerie en face de l'appartement et un supermarché. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Nous sommes arrivées à Milan en auto et Orlando nous a gardé une place de stationnement sur la rue pour la durée de notre séjour, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Je recommande fortement cette location.

Appartement impeccable et accueil chaleureux

L'appartement, propre, très bien équipé et génialement décoré, est dans un quartier calme avec néanmoins commerces, restos, marché et supermarché. Le centre est à 20 mn en tram direct, la station au coin de la rue. La clim est efficace et très agréable alors que la canicule sévissait dehors. Et l'accueil sympa et chaleureux, est très aidant pour faciliter le séjour (explications, plans, conseils, réactivité). On garde l'adresse et on la recommande.

Das Appartement ist voll ausgestattet und bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll eingerichtet. Beim Check-In hat uns Orlando interessante Tipps für den Aufenthalt in Mailand gegeben. Die Lage ist ideal, die Tram und Metro sowie ein 24h-Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Fazit: alles perfekt.

Lovely stay in Milan for family of 4

Everything went very smoothly, the apartment was charming and well stocked with everything we might need. We appreciated having more space than a typical hotel room, and enjoyed the neighborhood. Our hosts gave us good advice for restaurants and transportation. It was easy to get around using the nearby tram system. Overall an excellent experience.

Classic Milan. Great location, quiet, great restaurants & cafe on the same street. Orlando & Irena were excellent hosts. Friendly, accommodating, & helpful. A wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Home from home

We're so glad we found this property! It really was a home from home- anything you could possibly need was available. It was perfect for us. The location is excellent for a city visit, plus cafés and restaurants for all tastes within a short walking distance. Excellent value for money and owners very quick to reply to any query. We would highly recommend this property!!!!!
