Au coeur de Milan, à San Babila, à quelques pas du Duomo et du quartier de la mode et du design.
Appartement raffiné et élégant, situé au dernier étage d'un immeuble imposant, avec une charmante terrasse et une vue splendide sur la ville.
Une oasis de détente pour ceux qui viennent à Milan pour affaires, shopping ou tourisme.
Idéal pour 1 à 3 personnes, pour couples ou petits groupes de famille.

L'appartement est situé au 6ème et dernier étage, accessible par ascenseur, et est très lumineux et très calme, malgré la forte densité de magasins, showrooms, bars et restaurants.
Toutes les chambres donnent sur la grande terrasse, disposent de grandes fenêtres et offrent une vue imprenable sur la ville d'en haut. L'intérieur se fond harmonieusement avec l'extérieur, créant un contexte unique et émotionnel.

This place was in a great location! Only a few minute walk from the Duomo and very close to the metro which we were able to use to get around. Francesca was a lovely host and was available if we needed anything. The weather was beautiful while we were there and we made use of the balcony a few times. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

This is a sixth-floor flat (and yes, with an elevator) in a beautiful walled-in mansion-like building with a formidable front gate and a furniture design business on the ground floor. It is exactly as photographed, and the terrace is fantastic with plants all around. To be honest, I found it charming with lots of character, while my partner thought it quirky and weird. I found it cozy, colorful, and a fun boho style, while my partner found it busy with tchotchkes and the romantic daybed to be useful. It seems to have been originally planned as a studio, with the back room (now the bedroom) an office lined with gorgeous wooden built-in shelves and cabinets, the spacious middle room the bedroom with its generously sized adjacent closet (now the living room), and the typically sized bathroom and galley kitchen off to the left of the entrance door. The building is obviously older, mid-1800s we were told, meaning the layout of the flat isn't at all traditional, but it's freshly painted, impeccably clean, well-thought-out for guests, and with generous amenities like the clothes washer with laundry soap, drying racks, shampoo and body soap in the bathroom, plenty of towels, and lots of coffee pods for the Nescafe machine. Close communication with our host, Francesca, is critical in order to be met outside the gates upon arrival. The location is good, walkable to Teatro della Scala (you must visit this storied theatre or attend an opera if possible), and Milan's duomo.

Great Location

We stayed at this property for 5 days. The apartment is cute and comfortable, and the location is great! We were able to walk everywhere. The host was also very helpful and lined up an early morning taxi for us on our departure day.

This was our first trip to Italy and the Olympics. We wanted to experience everything that Milan had to offer, so staying in city center was a must! And this is where Francesca and her apartment were a perfect fit!Francesca was a pleasure to work with. She communicated regularly and promptly! My husband and I spent three nights in this wonderful apartment in Milan. We couldn’t have selected a more perfect location, very close to the Milan Cathedral as well as other attractions. The apartment is very safe and and secure, very spacious with a beautiful interior and very well appointed! We enjoyed dining out on the large terrace, weather permitting! The owner, as well as the property manager, Francesca, were both very responsive to any questions we may have had! Thank you Francesca for your very detailed answers to all of our questions and thank you Mia for opening up your gorgeous home for us! We would not hesitate to return!
