Superbe vue, idéalement situé et de qualité supérieure.

Moins de 2 minutes Ă  pied, plus de 10 restaurants, 4 bars et un casino sont lĂ  pour vous amuser. 2 minutes en voiture aprĂšs le parcours de golf (assez loin pour ne pas ĂȘtre une nuisance), se trouve Maho et sa cĂ©lĂšbre vie nocturne sauvage.

La sécurité est assurée 24h / 24 par une équipe de professionnels qui supervise les entrées ou les sorties de la rue et de la plage.

Notre appartement de 2 chambres à coucher de 1500 pieds carrés est spacieux et superbement équipé. Grandes salles de bains, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et un grand espace de vie bien meublé. Les deux lits King size ont des matelas de qualité supérieure.

Avec une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an, notre condo est idĂ©alement situĂ© dans le Rainbow Beach Club. Conduire dans le garage et vous ĂȘtes Ă  seulement 30 mĂštres de la porte d'entrĂ©e de l'appartement, pas d'escaliers, faites glisser les bagages et le shopping Ă  travers la porte d'entrĂ©e.

SituĂ© au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, il y a 3 piscines Ă  quelques mĂštres. Un escalier en colimaçon descend vers une plage privĂ©e oĂč vous attendent les chaudes eaux turquoises des CaraĂŻbes.

Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre télévision à écran plat avec les chaßnes de télévision américaines et APPLE TV & Netflix. Le salon dispose d'une TV LED 65 "avec un amplificateur Pioneer et des haut-parleurs Bose. La chambre principale a également un 42 "écran plat. L'autre chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat. Le WiFi est allumé dans tout le condo.

Il y a aussi un petit bureau dans chaque piĂšce pour mettre votre ordinateur portable.

Le confort de sommeil est essentiel. Nous avons équipé le condo avec le meilleur. Les deux lits et la literie sont neufs et de qualité supérieure. Deux super lits King Size (84 'x 85') avec matelas Stealy Deluxe.

Salle de bain a tout ce dont vous avez besoin: 2 ensembles de serviettes, gel douche, shampoing, sĂšche-cheveux, de nombreux miroirs.

La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e: cafetiĂšre, grille-pain 4 tranches, mixeur, crĂȘpiĂšre, grande surface avec Ă©clairage LED, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur / congĂ©lateur avec distributeur de glaçons, grand four Ă  micro-ondes, grand four.

Quiet Location with views

The property is in a very safe complex with nice amenities including three pools and access to the cliff side beach. The kitchen is well stocked. The condo needs upgrading including paint, linens, towels and storage space in the bedrooms. Both bathrooms need deep cleaning and the primary bathroom needs to have the smell of cat urine eliminated. That smell is also present in corners of the living room.

Convenient to AUC

Stayed here to visit before son goes to medical school here at AUC. Condo was close to all things related to school and conveniences with an amazing view of the ocean and private beach. Enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The spot to be in SXM!

Property was as advertised. The beach is very private with picturesque views from the pool level and ever changing shadows from the beach. Always able to find shade on the beach. No one to bother you. Area was perfect for walking to Fat Tony’s and other restaurants. David was accommodating and always quick with a response to our questions. Hope to return. David.

total scam

This was a total scam. If you notice there are no picture of the complex or and reasonable pictures of the unit. The reason for that is that the complex was not at all renovated after the hurricane of 3 years ago and the unit is dark with low end furniture. Even the owner's claim that he gets American channels is a lie (unless you consider Netflix as acceptable). The owner laughed at us when we complained, telling us he has so many 5 star reviews (most are probably fake). We were supposed to stay 9 nights and left after the first. The owner laughed at us I could go on and on but the easiest thing to do is ask the owner to show some pictures of the complex along with the entrance with the missing letters and the boarded up windows.

Great view and beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at David's condo. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing! We enjoyed the balcony everyday although not as much the 2nd week of our stay as workers were doing cosmetic upgrades to the outside of the building and had scaffolding up. We loved the pool and the beach and used both quite a bit. It was a safe area and many restaurants were close by. The condo was very nice and we loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. Everything was clean and comfortable when we checked in and we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to stay

We were two couples who stayed in this condo for 2 weeks. It was a perfect size for the four of us and proved to be a great home base from which to explore the Island. The unit is modern and well designed. We loved the view of the water from the deck and the nice little private beach. A 10 minute walk to the golf course takes you to the Mullet Bay beach located there which is excellent and not very busy. Great restaurants were within an easy walk as were grocery stores. David stopped by and entertained us with some stories. Some clean-up and renovations are still underway at Rainbow Beach club and they are doing a great job. We all agreed that if and when we return, this is where we would want to stay.

Lovely Property, Ideal Location

Our second time staying at this condo and we will be back again. Very well equipped kitchen, we cooked breakfast almost every morning. Also, a great location! Beautiful views and close enough to walk to restaurants and the grocery. David is a very accommodating and responsive host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious and well equipped condo. Two women traveling together and how nice it was to have our own master suite! Nice amenities and the security at the gate was nice peace of mind. We'd stay here again!

Great Location, Beautiful Views, Owner Fantastic

We stayed here for a week at the end of October and it was one of the best condos we have stayed at on the island. This was our first time in the Cupecoy area and it was a great location. Easy to walk to restaurants, a grocery store, and Mullet Bay. We also liked how close it was to Simpson Bay and the airport. The property was exactly as described and had a great layout and plenty of room for 4 people. We cooked breakfast every day in the kitchen and loved all of the updated appliances and utensils. The view from the balcony was amazing too. We used the private beach area almost every evening to watch the sunset, and we appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers as we used them on several occasions. David was great communicating with us throughout the entire process. He was very helpful, informative, and friendly. We would highly recommend this property to all of our friends and family and can't wait to return in 2019! Thanks David for a great stay!

It was a beautiful place to stay!

This was about 4 months after the hurricane and st. Martin was working fast and furious to get back on their feet after the devastating hurricane. This condo had been left untouched due to its location and was beautiful. It’s location was awesome too! We had several excellent restaurants and a small grocery store all within walking distance. We had a car and it was easy access to any place we wanted to go. The owner was great to work with. He was prompt answering questions and texts. I’m sorry it took so long to write this, but we did have a wonderful time!
