We arrived 40 minutes early, but after she checked to be sure the room had been cleaned, she clicked open the door. We were so happy, especially after a 6 hour drive. we enjoyed the hot tub. The only things we didn't enjoy were the wind and the burrs, nothing caused by the host.

Lovely place and great manager!

Lovely condo, lots of space (dressers, closets, etc.) for our stuff. Our manager, Laura, was great and very responsive. The condo is pretty expensive, so given the price, the appliances could use updating, tub/shower fixtures need replaced, AC needs serviced. The manager was informed of these and advised they would be addressed as we didn't want them attended to while we were staying there. Overall, we would stay there again!

Very nice condo

The location to WhiteCap beach was great. It was within walking distance. The condo was very nice for our stay. It had all the amenities we needed. The pool was very nice. The hot tub has some issues. The bubble blowers did not work. Just a note - one of the kitchen chairs needs some repair. The legs are wobbly. Also the vent above the cabinet in the spare bathroom needs to be fixed.

Great place to stay! We enjoyed swimming and grilling by the pool, taking a short walk to the beach with a wagon the place furnished, and just relaxing on the back porch. This place was well stocked with just about anything you need- which is rare for most rental homes we have been. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Good location

Great location. Close to the beach as advertised. Pool is heated and was not too busy during our stay. Had some internet issues, but the property manager came right away and resolved it. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Location

This condo was so beautiful from the beachy decor of the entire home to the location, this home is just a short walk from the beach. The pool was a big hit for our little ones after a long day at the beach. Host has a huge array of beach necessities on hand which was so convenient for those who forget those last minute items. 10 out of 10 recommend we will definitely be booking another stay here!

Great Vacation rental

We checked in Friday night and stayed till Monday. In our group it was 4 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space for all of us to enjoy. We loved that it’s on the first floor and each bed room was a king size bed and full bathroom. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner, and the fact that the unit has a washer and dryer inside was a big Bonus we got to wash everything before we left so we didn’t have to do laundry back home. The property is in a great location it’s minutes away from whitecap beach but we spent most of our time in Malaquite beach which is just a 20 min drive from the property. Laura was great, she kept us in the loop for check in and check out and checked in before our trip to make sure we got all the info needed. First time we stayed and already looking forward to another trip.

relaxing getaway so close to ocean

We stayed in this condo for three months (Jan-March) and loved it all. It is such a short walk to the beach. or you just put your beach chairs in the car and drive straight on the beach (that was a new, cool experience for us) and you're there in 1 minute. This was really the most convenient beach stay we've ever had. Condo was also super nice. It had everything we needed, no complaints at all. Laura (the manager) was awesome. Very attentive and responsive. we loved the pool (heated), hot tub, gym... would definitely stay in this complex and condo again.

Great Location

We were 4 of us . All ladies , 2 adults ( 87 year old grandma) & 2 teens with our dog. Safe location & very close to the beach. Very responsive manager. Bought us a brand new electric Kettle as we drink Tea instead of coffee. They immediately accommodated us. Place was clean & reasonably stocked. We did cook & used the pool ( heated), hot tub & gym. Sauna was not working. Overall great location. Very safe for female stay!!

Nice clean condo

The condo was very clean. Probably the cleanest one we’ve ever stayed at. Was graciously stocked with stuff until you purchased your own. We were on the first floor and it was quiet! Close to the beach and east access to the pool. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property!

Best condo close to beach

This is the best place to stay for a family with small children. It was very comfortable for myself and our 2 boys (4&7). King beds are not tall, so perfect for the kids to share with the addition of a portable mesh toddler bed rail. 1 block from the beach. Quiet. Easy to park. Pool and fishing pond with dock. Laundry was a big bonus. Many local restaurants nearby. Definitely will come back!!

Great Location and Amenities

The complex has a heated pool and spa, and was one of its best features, since the weather was a little cool and breezy. The unit is located in walking distance to the beach. The property manager was responsive when we notified her that there was limited silverware for 4 people. We were disappointed with the overall cleaniness of the unit, as well as the noisy upstairs neighbors.

Winter getaway

This property had all the amenities we could want. We loved sitting on the outside deck/patio-great afternoon sun and privacy. The beach was very close-walking distance- and there was a variety of restaurants. Being dog friendly was another plus for us. We would recommend this unit to others.

Good Customer Service, Lousy Neighbors

There were a couple of items/circumstances that kept this trip from being great. The condo was fully stocked and mostly comfortable but we had lousy neighbors on the top floor. Very thin floors or inconsiderate neighbors. The other was the view, Mustang Island must not have many properties where you can see or be close to the water. Our view was empty fields and the complex garbage cans. Owner’s rep was quick to respond to our needs.

Nice week.

My wife, her sister and I needed some rest. We are senior and it was great for us. No stairs to climb, except for a few steps to get into the building. We brought our two small dogs. The beach is a very short drive from the apartment. A supermarket is very close and places to eat as well. The place is very well located. The apartment has everything you need, except for toiletries. That was a surprise. On the negative and this is not the owner’s fault: The people upstairs were renovating and therefore there was noise upstairs all day long, they worked very late. However this was only in this opportunity. Our bad luck. Otherwise the place is very quiet. I would stay there again. Thanks

Great location

The place was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and perfectly located. The host pays attention to all of the little details, and the place is well stocked with anything you would need. We would definitely love to come back!
