For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.

Great location walking distance to beach

Everything was exactly as we could have expected. The apartment was clean and fully stocked. It’s located a short walk to the beach and includes a very nice pool. Very nice to also have a deck, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Check in at night was a little tricky (no knock on the property owner) as there is no obvious signage on the outside of the buildings. But overall we were very pleased and would stay here again if we’re in the area.
