Location, location, location! If you are willing to give a little on the aesthetics/details, this is a great option - a great deal for the location. It boasts a beautiful view of the pool and beach, and is walkable to many restaurants and shops around the marina. The condo itself could use some updating - cabinets, doors, countertops, etc are not in the best shape. But it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Both of the A/C units had issues - the one in the main living area was dripping water, and the one in the bedroom was very loud so we didn't end up running it at night. We contacted the owner, and it sounds like this is not a new issue. Some of the little details should have been taken care of by housekeeping - multiple light bulbs in the bathroom and bedroom were out - we found light bulbs and had to get a ladder out of the closet to change the bulb in the bedroom in order to be able to see! Also be aware that there is a 19.50/night resort charge, that I think should be noted in the listing. But compared to the cost for other units in the resort, we were willing to put up with some of the minor inconveniences. Such a beautiful resort, and we saw multiple whales off of our beach! (Also if you want a very good and affordable spot to eat, try Sancho's at the Marina!)

Thank you for your review and your stay! Although I do plan on making some slight changes, my intent is to keep this unit feel like you are in Mexico and not just from one shaker cabinet location in the States to another down here. The A/C has given fits at points. I admit that now and when it arose, however we had a guest in there for over a month prior to your arrival and no issues reported. I have had these units fixed a number of times and they seem to act up randomly and without warning. I appreciate you replacing the bulbs - the maintenance team would have been glad to do that for you. I do want to clear this up for future guests, as I did for you when this was brought to my attention. When "instant booking" my unit - it is one of the house rules that must be accepted prior to booking -- the notice of extra fees. There is a note on the listing that is generic and included from the site that states - "no further charges beyond this price". This was not added by me, when I discovered that, I notified you and then immediately updated my listing to also add it again in the description. No one that books my listing (either instant or via inquiry) is unaware of that charge. Sorry for any inconvenience and we hope to have you back!

Tranquil oasis

I didn’t realize how great this location was until after we had been there a few days. It is in a great central location but is hidden away so you feel like you are on a private beach. Very low key vibes, perfect for anyone who wants a beautiful quiet spot. The two pools were lovely. Our balcony had a view of the ocean, and we could hear the waves crashing. I would stay here again.

Perfect Location

It was great that it was walking distance to the marina restaurants and shops. Loved watching the whales from our balcony. The on-site restaurant was so convenient and the food was great too!

The beach, pool, condo and grounds around the property are beautiful. Staff on site are gracious and efficient. Ideal location convenient to marina and downtown Cabos. The condo was very comfortable, clean and well furnished.

Great view - great value

This unit is great value. It’s all original decor and true to the photos but everything was in good working order. The bed was super comfy. The view of the ocean was lovely and Terrasol Beach Resort is a perfect location - walking distance to Marina, downtown and Medano Beach.

Very nice property

We stayed at Matthew’s property for 4 nights and we were very pleased with it. It was clean and had a very comfortable bed. It was also within walking distance of the marina and downtown. It is also very easy to get an Uber from there. The cafe and pool were very nice also.

Staying in Paradise

Terrasol is a beautiful property. It is well maintained and cared for. The Palapa restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed their breakfasts and staff are great. This was our second stay here and highly recommend it.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Terrasol#257. It was a perfect location for us.

It was very easy to rent but would have appreciated being informed of resort fee add on.

Hello, I am grateful to have the opportunity to share our home with you. I have been traveling to Cabo San Lucas for over 20 years. I know this property, the surrounding areas, and the ocean in this area very well. If you have any questions about the property or me do not hesitate to ask.

I am a general contractor in California and build/remodel houses all over the Northern part of this state. I have a bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration. Although I do enjoy both accounting and coaching young athletes into successful adults - I cannot ignore my desire to work outside and create projects on a larger scale than possible in an office or on a field.

Terrasol has been in our families hearts for nearly 40 years - this property has been in our family going on 25 years. Growing up in this area was a blessing and I hope to share that experience with you all.

Terrasol #257 is a wonderful, southwestern style abode inside of an even more beautiful resort.

I have been personally transforming this property to be the most inviting unit in the resort. I have brought culturally complimentary colors to a resort that has stayed fairly stagnant over the last few years. By upgrading my units appliances, aesthetics, and available space to renters I have transformed this unit into a vacationers paradise. I look forward to maintaining that southern appeal while updating areas to be more efficient, aesthetic, and functional for our guests.

Please come experience for yourself what I and many others view as the best, non-timeshare resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

It may not be a big difference from the outside looking in, but this unit is one of the only remaining units with Mexican style tiles. These tiles are highly valued by many of the owners in the complex and finding them is next to impossible. Just one more gem that separates this home from others in the surrounding area.
