Splendide villa sur 2 étages avec une grande terrasse attenante d'environ 25 mètres carrés. avec table et chaise longue (comme indiqué sur la photo) avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. La maison est entourée d'un grand et charmant jardin (voir photos et lire les commentaires) avec oliviers, citronniers et arbres fruitiers. Il y a aussi un barbecue à l'extérieur avec du bois à disposition. C'est idéal pour ceux qui veulent la paix, le silence, la détente, une intimité totale. La distance de la plage, des magasins et des restaurants est d'environ 400 mètres. La villa dispose d'une chambre double et d'une chambre avec 2 lits simples (voir photo). Il y a 2 salles de bains séparées avec douche. Il est fourni: draps et serviettes, climatisation dans chaque chambre, lave-linge, sèche-cheveux, cuisinière à gaz, grille-pain, micro-ondes, bouilloire et machines à café.
Important !! Le prix de location comprend la disponibilité gratuite de la ligne Internet + Wi-Fi. De plus, considérant qu'à Monterosso il y a l'impossibilité de se garer sauf moyennant un supplément (environ 100 euros par semaine!), une place de parking gratuite est disponible. Important : 1) aucune caution n'est demandée pour d'éventuelles dégradations car il faut avoir du respect non seulement pour les personnes mais aussi pour les choses ! 2) Je vous demande de bien vouloir, au moment de la réservation, éviter de laisser éventuellement des fractions de 3-4 jours vacantes entre une période et une autre. 3) veuillez noter qu'une taxe de séjour n'est due que pour les 3 premiers jours de votre séjour. Elle s'élève à 3 € par personne à régler en espèces à votre arrivée, contre qui un reçu vous sera délivré. Les clients de moins de 12 ans en sont exemptés. 4) Il est conseillé de ne pas boire l'eau du domicile, même si elle est utilisable pour autre chose. Des bouteilles d'eau minérale ainsi que quelques bouteilles de vin et diverses boissons seront mises à disposition. Ce sera mon plaisir.

Beautiful and peaceful!!

The view of the ocean was stunning, the gardens were lush and peaceful and away from the crowds, but only a 8 min walk into town, we could cook and eat out easily. It also had parking!There is a winding staircase to the bedrooms but it was fine for us! Loved staying there and Luigi was a wonderful host!

The property is as advertised; a rustic villa overlooking Monterosso al Mare. Great views and a quiet spot for a Monterosso stay

A good spot for a stay in Monterosso with a nice terrace. Its a fairly steep 15 minute walk up from the town but that is what gives you the view. Luigi is a friendly host and stays in contact through your stay.

Le jardin des délices

We had a wonderful stay at Luigi's! The house is even bigger and nicer than on the photos, and the garden and patio are just incredible. You are just away from the business of the tourists, with a view down to the bay, but a 5 minute walk brings you down into the action.And Luigi was a wonderful host, incredibly charming and welcoming, treating us like family from the moment we met!

I like to always be kind and helpful to everyone. Sometimes there Is an immediate empathy with certain guests. With Cloe' and Eric, wonderfully kind, it happened. A mutual and increasingly pleasant friendship has therefore been created. At the end of their stay They left the house in such perfect order that it seemed as if they had never been at home. What a great view!

This property is set high above Monterosso. The house is comfy and the view is excellent! A short walk down into town to restaurants and the train.

A refuge of peace overlooking a tourist hotspot

What an absolute joy to stay in the home of such an amazing host. Luigi put his heart & soul into building this cozy, comfortable home with a lovely patio, garden, & views from most rooms. This is not a cold, sterile rental, this feels like being a guest in a dear friend’s home. Close to all that Monterosso has to offer, but far enough up the hill to be a place of peace, privacy & refuge. We will forever cherish our stay here and our wonderful host .

Reviews usually reflect the impressions received during the stay. Everyone rightly expresses their opinions. I receive many, even very nice ones. I believe that this time the words expressed by my very welcome guests reveal a special sensitivity. They perceived the particularity of my house, welcoming, comfortable. It was not born to be rented so it does not present itself in an aseptic way, that is, with the presence of things strictly indispensable to a rented house, but as a lived-in house. It did not want to welcome guests but Friends. I have maintained this characteristic because I have a natural predisposition to always welcome guests with particular kindness and availability, as if they were Friends. With some guests, a perfect and mutual empathy is immediately born. It has pleasantly happened with you. Money can be nice, but knowing that your guests were satisfied makes me much more gratified. Great place with splendid view

Our stay in Monterosso was great. Luigi was the friendliest host you can imagine. He supplied us wirh water and wine and was ready to answer all our questions. The place was comfortable, clean, lovely and especially well-equipped. We really enjoyed the week and can only recommend the place snd the host.

Great Cinque Terre views

We really enjoyed staying here in Monterosso. A short walk down to the beach or town from the house with its beautiful garden. Luigi was a fantastic host, making arrangements before we arrived and keeping in touch during our stay for information and advice. Amazing property and owner

We had a wonderful stay in Monterosso. Luigi’s house is so cosy and waking up to that view every morning was absolutely magical! Loved Luigi’s place!

Everything about Luigi‘s place in Monterosso was wonderful. The house itself is stunning, as is the property. We loved sitting outside at the table on the patio and enjoying the amazing view of the sea. The house itself is very comfortable and well appointed, you feel as though you’re in your own home but better! The proximity to Monterosso is also fantastic, we enjoyed walking down to the beach and over to the old part of town. We loved every minute of our stay, and hope to go back someday.

A place to recommend

The house has a perfect location about 700 meters walkingdistance from the beach. It's a calm area and the private parkingspace is a big bonus, it's almost a necessity traveling by car to Cinque Terre. The house is nice, the view beautiful and the garden amazing. If we were to return to Monterosso Al Mare we would for sure rent this house again.

Charming private villa just minutes from Monterosso

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Monterosso. The host was exceptionally accommodating with our schedule and treated us like personal guests in his home. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the whole house including the lawn was ours during the rental period. We enjoyed the quiet privacy of this home and used a short trail to access the beach and town in 5 minutes. What a beautiful view from the patio!

A lovely and well equipped villa with the best host you can imagine!

This beautiful villa with it's amazing garden and surroundings was perfect for us, a family of four. Everything exceeded our high expectations and the host, Luigi, was so kind and helpful. For us, travelling by car, the free parking was very valuable. Everything you could possible ask for was available in the house and waking up to the stunning view and having breakfast outside was just perfect! Perfect for vacationing with older children

Luigi is the perfect host, absolutely friendly and caring. He left us his wonderful house, which is just as beautiful as in the pictures, in Monterosso - by the way the most attractive of the Cinque Terre. We appreciated most that everything you may need is available in the house. We arrived by car and were greatful for the included parking. During our stay, we used the train or boat for travelling. Beautiful villa and location

The house is located above the town of Monterosso al Mare and has a beautiful terrace and garden. The view over the valley and the sea is magnificent. It takes about 5-10 minutes walking downhill to the village. The beds are good and there is air conditioning and mosquito nets in the bedrooms and in the living room as well, which was very pleasant. From the villa you can easily visit the Cinque Terre. Luigi is a very pleasant host who likes to ensure that his guests have a good time in his house.

Beautiful Vill Retreat

We had such a fabulous stay this amazing villa! We enjoyed relaxing on the patio surrounded by the beautiful gardens and overlooking the sea. The villa felt like a secluded and relaxing retreat. We enjoyed walking up and down the trail along the stream to go to and from the beach. Retreating back to the villa at the end of the day was so comfortable. The inside of the house was clean, comfortable and decorated with charming personal touches. The kitchen was very well outfitted. We made coffee in the mornings and a couple of pasta meals that we enjoyed on the patio. Our host Luigi was very friendly and accomodating and made sure we new everthing we need to know about the villa. Our entire stay was absolutely lovely and we are so looking forward to returning to this lovely villa as soon as I can!

Incredible Stay, Wonderful View, Lovely Listing!

Luigi has cultivated such a wonderful Villa, my wife and I had a lovely honeymoon staying there. The view every morning was Gorgeous! We really enjoyed the peace and quiet offered to us hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the town. We loved the architecture of the home equipped with AC, kitchenette, two full baths, and my wife especially enjoyed the books of several languages noted on the shelves. The art and decor made the villa feel homey. The garden was lovely and a great place to sip some wine, coffee or tea while enjoying the tranquility and beatiful view overlooking the town and the sea. Clear instructions were provided for checking in and Luigi was very responsive to all of our questions. He gave us recommendations of the local area! Luigi is a wonderful host and we could not be happier with our stay! We will be back to his villa as soon as possible!

Luigi was a wonderful host picking us up at the train station and bringing us back for our departure. He had water, juice and wine stocked in the kitchen for us. The lemon tree provided for fresh lemon water each day for our hikes. The property is a 7 minute walk to the town and 10 minutes to the train station on foot. Coming home you will work your legs a little 😊. Nothing like working off all that amazing food. We enjoyed coming home for a few cocktails before heading out to dinner. The view is wonderful as was the privacy and peacefulness. Grazie Luigi

Beautiful villa and Perfect Host!

Our three week stay at this beautiful villa was absolutely perfect. The views were stunning from our lovely veranda where we enjoyed many peaceful hours. Luigi was the most perfect host we have ever encountered! He met us at the train to assist with luggage and even went to grocery store for us/-even taking us one time and treating us to lunch! The nicest man ever! The furnishings were nice with comfy beds, air conditioning and views from every room. The garden is full of lemon trees, olive trees, etc. The hill is a bit of a challenge when walking but taxis could easily be called. Look for short cut stairs to beach and town. Perfect stay for three women in their 60’s and one college age girl!

Beautiful Villa in incredible private location-close to all

This property, and the grounds are beyond beautiful, with stunning views. Quick 10 minute walk to the center of Monterosso (new and old town) along with the train station and ferry boat to the other villages. We didn’t need our car at all the time we spent in the Cinque Terre. Our host and property owner Luigi is a kind, and engaging gentleman. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living /dining room, and fully equipped kitchen and awesome patio, veranda, and incredible mature landscaping including lemon, olive &cherry trees, and lawn areas. Private gated road leading to property, and brick paved driveway parking. Just can’t say enough. I will absolutely be going back here, and recommend highly. Luigi-Grazing-Thank you Dan Beau. Outstanding!!!!!

I cannot find any fault with the property, location or attention provided by the host Luigi and his lovely wife. The photographs on the listing do not do justice to the fabulous surroundings and breathtaking views from all aspects of the property. The location of the property just on the outskirts of the village is perfect in providing a respite from the hustle and bustle of the beach and promenade; but close enough to be in the centre of everything within 10 minutes walking. Luigi is the most kind and helpful person you could wish to meet; no request is too difficult for him to overcome and his attention to detail is amazing. The house is charming and the grounds are beautiful, tucked away in a safe and secluded position on the hillside that provides the most breathtaking views of the bay. On arrival Luigi provided drinking water, wine and beer in the refrigerator with tea, coffee, sugar and other essentials in the cupboards. He also returned after a few days with more drinking water. His level of advice and helpful hints of the surrounding area was extremely helpful - I cannot thank him enough for ensuring that our family holiday was an unforgettable experience - Gracie Mille Luigi - Ciao Amico!

Nous avons été reçu par les propriétaires, des personnes d'une extreme gentillesse et d'une grande générosité. cette adresse est vraiment incontournable pour visiter les 5 terres.C'est un havre de paix à proximité de toutes les commodités, gare commerces, restaurants et de la plage.la propriété est très belle et quel luxe de prendre tous les repas sur cette merveilleuse terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la mer.quelle chance d'avoir pu découvrir et séjourner à cette adresse. Nous savons que chaque invité est différent. Qui n'a jamais ressenti une connexion et une empathie quasi immédiates avec certaines personnes ? D'autres peuvent être plus réservés, et les quelques minutes qui suivent leur présentation ne permettent pas de se familiariser avec elles. Les SMS entre les invités et le propriétaire sont l'occasion de mieux se connaître, mais cela n'arrive pas à tout le monde, et j'ai évidemment du respect pour mon invité. Heureusement, j'ai pu avoir un échange agréable dès l'arrivée de mon invité. Cela a rendu notre rencontre encore plus facile et agréable. Mon invitée, comme ses amis, s'est montrée incroyablement amicale, toujours souriante. Ce fut un réel plaisir de les accueillir. L'ordre et la propreté avec lesquels ils ont quitté la maison ont été tout aussi appréciables. Que dire ? N'importe quel propriétaire serait ravi d'accueillir de tels invités. J'espère toujours qu'ils reviendront. Ils seront toujours les bienvenus.
