La rue historique Ledoux est considérée comme le "lieu de rêve" pour un logement et un logement de vacances à Taos, au Nouveau-Mexique. Artiste Retreat, qui a autrefois appartenu à la fin du monde célèbre artiste / peintre RC Gorman, rend l'hébergement il jamais plus spécial. Ce populaire recherchés après «rue promenade» est entouré de maisons, studios / galeries d'artistes et est une promenade facile, du début à la fin, étant à seulement un pâté de long.

La cour avant entièrement clos est belle pour Al Fresca manger, se prélasser, vie en plein air d'été et l'année jacuzzi relaxant. Tamponné par une clôture coyote hauteur (style traditionnel Santa Fe / Taos Aspen branche d'escrime) cet hébergement trésor assure l'intimité des hôtes de lent déplacement des voitures d'une façon populaire, une voie Ledoux Street.

Meublé avec literie haut de gamme, des matelas et des meubles, les clients bénéficient d'un intéressant mélange de sud-ouest traditionnelle et un décor contemporain.

Avec 2 minutes à pied, les clients vont se retrouver sur le Village Taos Plaza et célèbre rue Bent, à la fois avec des magasins et des restaurants. Juste autour du coin, à peine de quitter la rue Ledoux, sont deux restaurants très populaire auprès des habitants et des invités de retour: la Byzance et Restaurant italien de Stella.

Le célèbre musée Harwood est une promenade facile à la fin ouest de la rue Ledoux. En plus d'abriter une importante collection d'œuvres d'art originales à partir des 7 membres fondateurs de l'Art Colony Taos retour dans les années 20, l'Harwood propose également des cours, des conférences et des présentations musicales de toutes les variétés.

La partie restante de la retraite de Gorman reste une galerie présentant son travail Un cousin de baiser, Inger Jirby Galerie, est directement à travers l'étroite voie 1, rue 1 voie. Retraite Un authentique restauré historique adobe, Artiste propose paisible hébergement Taos à quelques minutes de marche de la Plaza Taos, les pittoresques boutiques John Dunn Plaza et célèbre rue Bent avec boutiques et restaurants menant à la célèbre Taos Inn et DOC pour sortir le soir ou la journée Martin patio avant rassemblement social (de favori d'un local).

Awesome location

Killer location. Small place but totally perfect for 3 couples that weren't strangers. One of the bedrooms is accessed through another, but the three baths were a nice touch. Hot tub was excellent.

This property is pet friendly. But if your dog jumps, they can easily escape. Most dogs can easily jump over the wall to the next door property. The sleeping arrangements are good. It has 3 very small bathrooms, found this a plus. The common space is small for the number of people the bedrooms can sleep. The kitchen is good, well equipped, has an ant problem. Overall, the advantage if being right in the middle of Taos was worth any drawback!

It was bigger than we needed, but nice to have the extra room; very clean, including the hot tub; and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, cookware, etc. Plus, it was great to be just a short walk from the plaza. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Taos, and highly recommend it for small groups or families looking for a nice getaway location.

Reviewer Comments: Stayed 6/15-7/14.Location was excellent, 2 minute walk to the plaza, and could not have been more convenient.Cute little adobe house, very well stocked w all essentials...linens, towels, kitchenware, etc.Cherry Montano, our liaison was very helpful, when it came w any issues.Two issues, one minor, one major that we felt might/ could/should be addressed....The iinside is very dark, lighting wise, and many of the bulbs were of such low wattage, that even when turned on, and w shades open, home was still not bright.Might want to consider addressing that.On arrival, the house, it appeared had been cleaned, but only in the most superficial manner.Dust, dust balls, etc, pretty much under and around ‘everything’ in the house.Looked liked someone spent 10 minutes wiping down the tops whatever was most immediately visible, as opposed to an hour or two actually cleaning the house.To be clear, I’m not looking for white glove service.....just clean the **** place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My housekeeper spent 18 hours deep cleaning the house. We both took pictures of the condition of the house.Only one bedroom meets the NM building code requirements. The other two rooms lack closets and one of them is a walk through to the third room. The furniture is in poor shape, one chair so wobbly we would not dare to use it. One of the armchairs has a hole on the seat that was hidden under a throw. The kitchen sink had a leak that must have been there for a while since there is water damage in the cabinet. BTW, that cabinet door does not close. The spray wand did not work. It took a week to get that taken care of.My advise to fellow travelers: do NOT rent this property.

My friend and I found the Artist retreat very thoughtfully equipped in both kitchen and bathrooms - I've owned a VRBO in the pt and really appreciate the extra touches. The person who cleans was very accommodating when one of the skylight shades fell ... Quick to remedy and pleasant to take to. We will return !!!

The closeness to the Plaza and the size of the house was perfect! We had 5 adults and 3 kids and still had privacy. The patio area was good for the kids to play in as well as a quite retreat for me to read! We have always loved the places we've stayed with Premiere Properties, and this one did not disappoint either!

Solu, the caretaker is very welcoming and easy to reach. The location is perfect for walking to the square and for walking to restaurants as well. Our family loved staying here. My only suggestion is one more comfortable chair would be great for the living room and a tea kettle for the kitchen.

Lovely Christmas in Taos

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent Christmas 2014 at the RC Gorman House and had a great experience. Everything we needed to prepare Christmas dinner with the Smith's grocery just down the road. It was very clean and well maintained. The snow was shoveled for us (bonus for the youngest since we'd tagged him for the job) and everything was in good working order. In the heart of Taos and easy to get in and out. We actually backed the car in the drive as we found this was easier than backing out of the drive. You'll know what I mean when you see the house. Would definitely stay at this house again in the future.
