Couldn't have been better

Condo was perfect for our stay and has a wonderful locatoon! Clean, comfortable beds and homey. The dock was wonderful and having parking for the boat trailer was such a bonus. Will definitely be coming back!

Lovely, convenient place in Key Largo

We were in Key Largo for a wedding and stayed at this lovely condo. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and balcony with a view. Property was clean and well maintained. Location felt safe and was convenient for Key Largo. The only con was the cramped bathrooms but since the rest of the rooms was very spacious, we were fine with it.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The communication with the owners/managers was flawless, as was the condo. Our stay was short, and because the condo (and both downstairs neighbors!) was so nice we are considering a longer stay in the future. Thank you for a wonderful start to our vacation!!!

A break from winter

We came down to Key Largo to escape winter. The property was super clean and super quiet. The linens, appliances, furniture etc seemed pretty new. It is easy to find and offered a large parking area. The beds were more comfortable than most vacation rentals I have stayed at. I would recommend.

Weekend stay

This place was cute. Loved the balcony and it was nice to have a full kitchen. Nice furnishings and very clean. Bathrooms are extremely tiny with nowhere to put towels nor cosmetics. Air conditioning a bit unbalanced; freezing at kitchen table and hot in master. Owner was good about texting back and forth to answer questions and even sent over a handyman immediately to fix one problem which helped significantly. Checkout was a bit early (10 am) imo. Location was really nice for our personal experiences as we could walk to both a fishing excursion as well as a dolphin one. A word of advice to others-it is on the 3rd floor so you need to be aware! Easy locking process to get in and out.

Great location, needs update

The location is great for what we visited for. CONS:Issues with kitchen under cabinet lights and outlets were not working, lack of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towel, dish detergent (booked for 8 nights). Host sent someone to try to fix the issues but did not work. They did refill the supplies.Master shower - water leaking through glass doors (when adult used it), water created slipping dangerE-cig package on the balcony was found. Good that my children did not find it firstTook a little time for us to figure out how to use the tv and we are tech savvy (at least that's what we thought) White couch was dirty and stained Cookware (pots & pans) are old and scratchedMaster bedroom ceiling fan did not work (handyman was sent but couldn't fix it) They knew it did not work before we showed upPRO:Location is safePacking right downstairsIce maker for fishing (but I have to text someone to get the code, after spent money to get ice the first day)Cleaning station for fish downstairs for easy accessSpacious apartment size for large group (4 adults, 3 children)Washer & dryer in unitShort drive on the boat to go out fishingAll in all I will give it a 3.5 stars for our stay. For the price, we expected it to be a little nicer with better quality. We will rent it again in the future but not the third floor unit, too many stairs walking up and down everyday and carrying supplies, grocery, etc. The unit needs some updates.

Annual Friends Lobstering Trip

This has been our 3rd stay at this condo, we have been in 3 units now and just love the decor, layout, parking, access for the trailer and the boat slip! We are already booked for 2023 in July as well! Favorite Condo in Key Largo for sure!! See you soon!!
