Magnifique et spacieux loft dans le centre-ville historique de Lebanon, Ohio (dernier étage)

Simplify dispose d'un salon spacieux avec un grand canapé sectionnel pour accueillir de grandes conversations et se détendre. La salle à manger est attachée dans cet espace ouvert permettant des jeux ou des repas à la grande table de la salle à manger.

La cuisine entièrement meublée est également en vue. Cafetière, vaisselle, ustensiles, grille-pain, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur complet, cuisinière et four. Cette cuisine est conçue pour que vous puissiez cuisiner, cuire ou simplement passer du temps. Avec tous les bons restaurants autour de Simplify, vous voudrez peut-être accrocher votre tablier pendant ce séjour.

Simplify dispose de 2 chambres, toutes deux conçues pour se détendre et socialiser. La première chambre a une commode pour vos effets personnels, une chaise et un lit queen size pour poser votre tête. La deuxième chambre est la plus grande et contient également un lit queen-size ainsi qu'un canapé futon. Le canapé peut accueillir 2 personnes qui peuvent être transformés en un lit double pour un couchage supplémentaire. Cette chambre dispose également d'un demi-bain attaché.

Simplifie 6 couchages mais peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes.

Simplify a été conçu avec le confort et la chaleur de la maison à l'esprit.

Une chose que vous voudrez peut-être savoir sur Simplify est qu'il est situé au troisième étage d'un bâtiment historique. Cela donne au client une vue impressionnante avec les belles fenêtres enroulées autour du salon et de la salle à manger. Cependant, cela peut également être un problème pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de santé ou des genoux. Il a 14 marches par couloir, puis 12 autres étapes dans Simplify. Veuillez garder cela à l'esprit lorsque vous pensez à votre séjour.
Louer le dernier étage pour votre famille peut être une expérience accueillante pour tous, mais si vous avez de jeunes enfants de 3 à 5 ans, vous pourriez envisager l'appartement Simplify 2 un étage plus bas. Le battement putter de petits pieds peut être assez fort pour l'invité ci-dessous.

Perfect Stay for the Holidays

My husband and I stayed here while visiting family for the Holiday season. The vrbo was was very cozy, clean, and well decorated. We loved the location (downtown Lebanon). We would definitely stay here again if needed!

The place was really cute and had a relaxing atmosphere. Location is great for walking around downtown. The only thing not to my liking is that the cushions in the sofa and chair were too soft. I like something firmer. But we enjoyed our stay.

Short Getaway

Small Town Goodness

We loved everything about our experience at this property! From our initial booking to checkout, the host was available to answer all our questions. The property itself was located right in the center of town. The cutest little town!! We walked and explored so many great coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. I can’t recommend this rental enough.

Simplify guest loft is the best!

Pamela's loft is amazing! The decor was the best! She even has a huge chalkboard map of the immediate area that is super-cool and super-helpful. We were there on the 4th of July and we were given accurate details about parking ahead of time due to the parade. We were there visiting extended family, and when future opportunities come to visit Lebanon, we will be sure to stay at the Simplify guest loft!

Better and bigger then the pix!

This was SUCH a great location. We loved our stay in Lebanon. The 3rd floor apartment is up 2 long flights of stairs, so if you have someone that is not able to do stairs, this place wouldn't work well. We love staying right in the downtown and got to experience a street party directly in front of the apartment.

I am originally from a small town in Kansas called Colwich. I moved to Cincinnati, Ohio in 1988. After about 10 years of living 10 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, I moved to Lebanon, Ohio where I discovered a true love of the small town life once again. I discovered a new love for the History and Historic attributes of Lebanon. I created Simplify Guest Homes 12 years ago to allow family and friends to gather together in one space and to allow travelers to discover our cute quaint town called Lebanon.

In my spare time I love to refurbish and decorate. I love being creative and both these loves allow that. I also enjoy the outdoors, traveling, hiking, exploring, exercising and good health.

I quickly fell in love with the small town life here. Historical buildings, the feel of community at every corner, quaint places to shop and eat at everywhere. I wanted to share it with the world. Henceforth came my idea to create Simplify. A place where families can come together for a short or long stay with the convenience of home while exploring the wonderful town of Lebanon, Ohio.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Simplify was designed with the comfort and warmth of home in mind. The entire floor was newly renovated in 2012 from the flooring to the lighting and again in 2026, creating a clean, cozy, fun, warm, private and safe environment for my guests was my goal. Families, loved ones, generations, or a significant other can all find something they enjoy at Simplify. My expectation of this place is for it to bring joy to you as you stay and discover my wonderful little town in the process.
There has been many additions and upgrades since my first remodel in 2012. I'm always adding and decorating the space to fit others request or needs. 2021 brought all new appliances and 2024 sports a new master bedroom paint job as well as new carpet in both bedrooms. My next project is to renew the living room and dining room with a brand new look and upgrade in 2026. Stay tuned...
