Prime Oceanfront Location! Newly listed for Summer Rentals! This 2nd Floor luxury home welcomes you for the ultimate vacation/getaway experience. This beautifully furnished and decorated beach home is located at 4013 Ocean Ave, between 40th and 41st Streets in Brigantine.

Located on a quiet, secluded street that backs up to the natural beauty of the dunes and the peace and tranquility of the lifeguard-protected beach, this spectacular house is only 10 minutes away from the action and excitement of Hard Rock, Ocean Club & Borgata in Atlantic City! It's the best of both worlds. In addition, the property is located only a short two block walk to the Community Center with tennis, shuffleboard, roller hockey, basketball, miniature golf and a skateboard park. So relax on the beach or enjoy some family friendly sports, all within a short walking distance of the house. Then enjoy the world-class Atlantic City nightlife only minutes away offering spectacular casinos, fabulous entertainment and sensational restaurants.

This 2-story home is designed with Ocean facing decks providing stunning ocean and AC skyline views. There are 3 bedrooms and the reverse living, open floor plan is perfect for gathering, relaxing and dining. The layout is ideal for large families or for two families vacationing together.

The master suite has a queen bed and sitting area. The master suite offers a spacious closet and a private, tiled master bath with tub, sink and shower.

The 2nd bedroom is decorated in a contemporary beach style and has a queen bed. There is a shared bath with tub/shower combination. The 3rd bedroom includes 1 twin and 1 full bed and is decorated in a nautical fashion.

Entry to the living room greets you with a huge 30' X 25' inviting space with gas fireplace and vaulted ceiling. Relax in comfort on a sleeper sofa while you enjoy your favorite movie on the oversize HD TV. The living room also features (2) 8' oversize Anderson sliding doors opening onto a large covered oceanside deck which is perfect for outdoor dining. Follow the laminate hardwood floors which are throughout the living room into the fully equipped kitchen featuring stove, range microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishware as well as a blender, toaster and stainless sink. The dining room features awesome ocean views and a large dining table with comfortable seating for 6-8. The laundry room with washer and dryer is also adjacent to the kitchen.

Fantastic 2nd floor, 2 bed 2 bath rental. Huge deck off of an equally huge open floor plan inclusive of living and dining space. The view of the ocean and thw breeze was amazing. The rental had everything you need to cook and wash your clothes including beach chairs and a cart.This one is a bring your own linens and towels. Ken, the host is very responsive and a great guy.

You couldn’t ask for a better location. The house is right at the beach and it’s glorious to look out on the dunes and a slice of ocean right from the deck and dining room. It’s also a short walk to the tennis and pickleball courts and quick drive to the Acme. The house is reasonably well stocked (we especially appreciated the ice maker and gas stove) but it could use a little TLC: the carpeting on the stairs has large holes, the master bath walls are spackled and a towel bar has broken off. The master bed was comfortable but the other queen bed squeaks. We were there at the end of the season which may explain some of these deficiencies. But it was clean and quiet and we are very glad we stayed.

First time to Brigantine

We were pleasantly surprised at how peaceful Brigantine is. We also ventured into AC and OC. The dolphin cruise was definitely a highlight. This property is at a perfect location for beach access. It is a second floor property with a great view from the private balcony. Very nice appliances. Only complaint was the couch.

Great Stay by the Ocean

I had a great time at ken’s beach house in brigantine! It was a great experience and looking forward to coming back next year. We were on the second floor unit and had ocean views from the kitchen, dining room and living room. The sunrise is amazing, and since the island is so small, it was a relatively short walk to watch the sunset across the island. There are two entrances to the beach, one is abt a 3 minute walk door to door and the other is about 10 minutes. The water and sand are beautiful, so are the views of atlantic city. We had to bring our own sheets and towels, which took up a lot of room. Some shampoo and soap are provided though. We went to atlantic city for two of the nights we stayed there, only about a 10 minute ride. If you go to the outlet mall, good luck finding parking because it is so busy and bustling. A ton of restaurants, shops and of course casinos. The good part about the area the house is in is that it’s so quiet. You can always hear birds chirping and the ocean the entire time you’re there. There is a good deli and ice cream place a few blocks away, and a beach bar LaScalas that we ate at. It was about a 25 minute walk on the beach to there. Beach badges are included in the stay, which saved us some money when we sat on the beach. I had to work remote the first few days i was there, and the internet was good for a lap top. Overall we had a good stay and had a lot of fun.

We first discovered Brigantine in 1997 by accident, but quickly realized it was 'the best kept secret on the Jersey Shore'. The prices were reasonable, and the small town 'Mayberry' feel was a very big draw for a family from the congested Northern NJ suburbs. We initially purchased a small condo on the northern portion of the island, but soon realized that the Greenheads (Horse flies) made visits to the beach very uncomfortable. We sold and relocated to the southern half of Brigantine where the Greenhead (Flies) swarms did not exist.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Having first owned the condo, we realized that privacy was at a premium, plus all the open space was common area for the entire homeowners association, and restricted. My wife and I both felt it important that we had space of our own so the kids could play and the location on a dead end street made it ideal for our young children who wanted to ride bikes and play ball. However, the AWESOME ocean views from the 2nd floor was the deciding factor in our decision.

Besides the magnificent ocean views, the house is a contemporary design and what you would expect for a Shore home. Hardwood laminate floors in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, and tastefully decorated bedrooms will make any family feel comfortable during their stay. Large deck facing the ocean are ideal for mentally decompressing and slowing down
