The apartment was very comfortable for a small family. Of course, there are details that could be improved, but nothing that affects your stay (you don't expect a 5-star hotel level, do you?). We appreciate the owner's communication and that the flat was very well equipped. The WiFi is working perfectly with good coverage and 200/200 Mbps speed. The location is also great but comes with the only one major downside: that the main bedrooms are very noisy from outside. Somehow, we still slept very well. Other than that, we have no significant complaints - exactly the opposite: We can highly recommend staying here.

This is an excellent place to stay. It is close to central Valencia and surrounded by a huge variety of places to eat and drink. There are convenience shops and 24 hour vending machines nearby. The whole apartment was very clean, and felt like a home from home. It sleeps 6 in three good sized bedrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools, gadgets, and appliances you might need. There was plenty of room to lounge in the open plan lounge / diner. A good sized outdoor area / drying space with an outdoor table and umbrella. Our host thought of and covered everything our family could need. She is a great communicator and gave us a lot of help and advice. Vicen is the very definition of a Super Host.

Excellence place to stay

This is a very convenient place to stay. There is a nice supermarket next door and it takes 15 mins walk to go to the old city where all of the attractions are located. And the owner is warm-hearted, friendly, and helpful.

Great neighbourhood!

We had a great stay! The neighbourhood has many wonderful restaurants and coffee houses. The apartment is close to old town and the many sites it offers. Vicen is a great host, easily reached if needed, and is quick to respond. We will stay here again when in Valencia.

Amazing apartment in the beautiful Ruzafa

Everything was brilliant, Valen is an amazing host that provided us with useful and detailed information, the check-in was smooth as well as the check-out. The apartment has everything you need, and it's exactly as in the pictures. The door lock is very easy to use. We absolutely reccomend this apartment for a family or a group of friends!

Nice apartment in Vibrant Ruzafa

The apartment included exactly what offered in the VRBO description. Basic condiments available, water, beds for 8, internet. The host Vincent, very helpful and approachable about tourist questions for the area. Ruzafa is vibrant, developing, and noisy but we had researched the area and matched our research.

Great 3 bed condo with a spectacular terrace

Great host Vincen and we really enjoyed Valencia. From Paella Classes to Flamenco dances and a 4 hour sailing cruise everything was great. Nice new grocery store next door but you’ll love the terrace at the condo. We also went to the beach everyday! Highly recommend.

Perfect in Rusafa

Vincen is a very attentive and friendly landlord. The apartment was as described. The communication was excellent (although a translator had to be used). The location of the apartment was what we wanted. Shopping, eating and drinking in the immediate vicinity. Bus stops always nearby. Anyone looking for a place to stay in Ruzafa is in good hands here. If we return to this part of the city, we will take this apartment again. Thank you for the hospitality

Amazing stay in beautiful area of Valencia

I decided to stay here with my best friend after reading views about how great the area is. The reviews are accurate! This property is in a wonderful location- close to restaurants, shops. It is next to a grocery store, too! The apartment was very clean and prepared for us. We ate breakfast and dinner outside on the patio, and we would walk around the corner to a tapas restaurant or the taqueria for lunch! It was very comfortable and felt like home. Lastly, Vicen is amazing and SO kind!!!! He made sure everything was okay and answered all my questions. I would love to stay here again in the future!!!
