La nôtre est une maison de campagne viticole de luxe très privée et climatisée située à 5 minutes à pied de la rue Main dans la charmante ville de St. Helena au cœur de la Napa Valley.

La maison à 2 niveaux dispose de 4 chambres joliment aménagées et de 3,5 salles de bains, dont 2 ensuite, et d'une zone arrière spectaculaire avec un terrain de pétanque, une cuisine extérieure, un bassin profond / spa de 10 pieds de diamètre, deux coins salons - un pour la conversation et un pour manger, à la fois sous les gazebos, et le garage dispose d'un chargeur de voiture électrique rapide.

La Champagne Master Suite comprend un lit king-size, une grande télévision HD à écran plat avec Apple TV, Netflix, un haut-parleur Sonos, un grand dressing et une salle de bains privative avec à la fois une très grande baignoire ovale et une douche et des toilettes séparées .

La suite Chardonnay, également au niveau supérieur surplombant le quartier calme, dispose d'un lit en fer français de taille artisanale, d'une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche et d'une télévision HD avec Apple TV et Netflix.

Les chambres Cabernet et Zinfandel disposent de lits queen-size et partagent une grande salle de bains à double lavabo attenante à un WC séparé et une baignoire / douche combinées. Il y a aussi une «salle d'eau» avec demi-bain juste devant la porte de la chambre Zinfandel.

Il y a un grand salon et salle à manger, une cuisine de chef gastronomique et une salle familiale avec un téléviseur HD à écran plat avec lecteur DVD Blu-ray, Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Echo, haut-parleur de musique Sonos et haut de la propriété - une connexion Wi-Fi rapide.

La salle familiale a une cheminée et donne à travers de grandes fenêtres et portes-fenêtres sur une grande terrasse qui comprend une cuisine extérieure avec des appareils Wolf, un bar, un terrain de pétanque, un grand spa pouvant accueillir 8 à 10 personnes, une conversation / des sièges recouverts de gazebo zone, un deuxième coin repas couvert de gazebo avec des sièges pour 8, et une cheminée.

Downtown St. Helena est à seulement 5 minutes à pied sur un trottoir pavé à travers un joli quartier. St. Helena possède de nombreux restaurants, bars, galeries d'art, boutiques, salons, installations d'exercice et de spa, salles de dégustation de vin, etc. Il y a un grand marché Safeway à deux rues de la maison.

Les frais de location comprennent le jardinier, le ménage bihebdomadaire, le WiFi, le service de spa et tous les services publics.

Check in was seamless- quick and easy. All needed information for home, appliances, neighborhood, etc was provided in a binder. The home was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and wonderfully comfortable. And the town of St Helena is charming. The host was helpful and responsive. A truly perfect stay.

Wonderful Wine Country Stay

This beautifully redone property served as our home for our annual month in Napa Valley during the summertime. The home is comfortable, has great beds, and has plenty of spaces for people to visit together or find a private spot to read. The owner, Bob, is very responsive, and nice to work with. With its French country vibe, this home is located in perfect walking distance to downtown St. Helena, Safeway, Sunshine Foods, and Model Bakery, not to mention several good restaurants. It is centrally located for wine tasting as well. Lovely home -- perfect visit!

This was the first time my wife and I decided to do an extended stay in Napa and this St. Helena property checked all the boxes and then some. From our very first interaction to our check out the owner Robert was very inviting and helpful with the property. You will not find a better property in all of Napa that has access to downtown St Helena with the variety of shops and restaurants. It is all about location! The house is as advertised and gorgeous. Everything is up to date and very clean. We will definitely be making this an annual trip from here on out. Cheers!

Great location in the heart of the Napa Valley!

This home is perfect for anyone from couples to a group of up to eight people if your looking for a prime location in the heart of the Napa Valley! Main Street Saint Helena is only a quick 4 block walk and the Safeway grocery store is only three blocks away. The back yard is perfect with bocce ball court, spa, large entertaining area, large dining area with rock wall and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and the home is decorated in a French provenance style! I highly recommend this home for couples all the way up to a large family of 8. We will be back again!

Perfect location in wine country.

This home is perfect as a home base for visiting Napa Valley wineries. The patio is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Only a five minute walk to Main Street and it’s many excellent restaurants. This is our third year and we hope to return next year.

Amazing wine country property!!

We enjoyed the month of July 2016 in the St. Helena house. It is walking distance into town, and St. Helena has the best vibe of all the towns on Hwy 29. Everything was truly great. The patio is one of the best spots to relax and unwind that I have ever enjoyed. The outdoor kitchen was a dream. The house is well maintained, and the kitchen was stocked much better than most rental houses. Bob and Liz are always available if a question arises, and they are truly nice people. We can't wait to return!

Perfect location for shopping, dining, and wine tasting.

This home is absolutely the best you'll find in the Napa area. Very close to all activities, even walking distance to several wineries. Close enough for a Gott's burger and The Bistro downtown. The house has every feature you could want including hot tub, patio area, and full service outdoor Wolf grill, ice maker and warming tray. Also, there is a regulation bocce ball court located in the patio area. Double car garage including two bicycles for your use. We will definitely try to return to this property again.

A Beautiful Home In A Great Location

Our family was visiting Napa Valley for the wedding of our daughter and we were so pleased with the rental of this beautiful home. Not only did it comfortably accommodate 6 adults, its outdoor entertainment area was smartly furnished and perfect for our family and guests. This home is equipped with everything you could possibly need, but there is a grocery store and downtown St.Helena only a short walk away, which is very convenient in times of need. And, the very best part of our overall experience was the service provided by the owner, Bob. From our initial rental inquiry, he was prompt to reply, attentive to all questions and details, thereby making it stress free and providing a happy, memorable place to stay for our daughter's wedding event. Many thanks to this family for sharing their home!

Everything about this rental experience was wonderful! The house is fantastic - great kitchen - all very comfortable - spacious - nice bathrooms. Very nice to be able to enjoy some of the libations. Great bonus is walk to St. Helena - and market a few blocks down - and an easy route to get to Silverado trail on the other side. Cannot wait to go back - afraid I might not want to leave.
