Villa in Alcossebre Spain, set on two floors with 3 large terraces including a rooftop solarium with sea & mountain views, private driveway and shared gardens with pools. Built in 2006 and located on the outskirts of Alcossebre village, in a private gated development with access to extensive gardens and three pools. 10 min walk to shops, restaurants, tennis courts and beautiful sandy beaches. With hot and cold air conditioning this property is spacious and furnished to our exacting standards with comfort in mind and overlooks landscaped gardens with 3 pools & kids pools. Our house has everything you will need for a comfortable stay including Satellite LED TV, DVD, CD player, large fully equipped kitchen with full size dishwasher and spacious living area with large comfortable L shaped Sofa. In 2019 we installed dedicated high speed Wi-fi (as the community Wi-fi is poor) so you can now stream movies or browse the web at super high speeds. With 3 terraces, you can enjoy the sun all day long and in the evening retreat to the rooftop solarium with a drink and enjoy the sunset over the mountains! What could be better? Castellon and Pensicola are nearby


Golf/Skiing: Two 18 hole golf courses within approx 30 minutes drive one is the renowned Bernhard Langer Panoramica Golf Course. Approximately 90 minutes drive to Spanish Ski Resort at Valdinares.

Other Activities: Horse riding and quad biking and segway tours are available activities, water park approx 20 mins away. Local shops provide an ample selection of quality produce with super and hypermarkets at nearby Benicarlo, Vinaros and Castellon approximately 20 and 30 minutes drive respectively. An abundance of local restaurants, cafe and Tapas bars, provide a wide range of good quality food to suit all tastes.

Distances & Travel: Barcelona Airport is approx 2 hours away, Reus and Valencia airports are about 1 hour. A car is recommended to fully explore and appreciate this beautiful area of Spain. The Orange Blossom Coast has miles and miles of beautiful beaches, and secret coves. It also has one of the most mountainous regions in Spain, with medieval villages and outstanding landscapes. Places to visit include Morella, a medieval walled town and Peniscola with its old town and famous castle over looking the sea. Port Aventura has a fantastic themed water park and Universal Studios Theme Park.

Great place to stay and i would recommend. Slightly out of season when we went but the resturants were mostly all open and weather was ok. The apartment was fully equipped as described and the owners more than helpful. Will book again sometime soon

Second time around

We loved our stay in 2016 we booked again for 2017. Alcossebre itself is a great, family friendly place and this house is an ideal place to base yourself. The pool was in use by our daughter every day and it, along with the grounds surrounding are well kept. The house itself has everything that you need for a family holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It had all the home comforts which made it like home from home. Everything was in good condition and well maintained. We enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the lit up pool in the evening . It was lovely and peaceful. There is a lovely beach a 10 minute walk away and a supermarket which sells everything you need. We will definitely be booking for next. Thank you to Jason the owner who has made the whole process so easy.

December in Jasons property

We were met on arival and given a tour of the property everything was as per the description and the property was clean and well equiped. Pool looked nice but didnt use it as in December I dont think it was warm enough. Supermarket 3km away and seafront 5 minute walk. Private drive saves having to park on the street. Communication with Jason was simple with no fuss when I had questions

Maison agréable et bien équipée

La maison est bien équipée et propre (parasol plage, chaise de plage, pistolet à eau, linge fourni et changé toute les semaines...). La climatisation dans la chambre et le séjour est appréciable. La résidence possÚde 3 piscines propres et des espaces verts bien entretenus, plage à 600 mÚtres. Nous n'avons pas trouver la literie matelas et sommier confortable. Il faudrait changer le tapis de baignoire, mettre un rideau de douche dans la SDB du bas et refixer le ventilateur de plafond de la chambre enfant. Nous recommandons cette location de trÚs bonne qualité pour 4 personnes et un trÚs bon rapport qualité prix.

Einfach perfekt

Tolle und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einer kleinen, ruhigen Community, die sich den inneren Garten und den Pool teilt. Nah an einem schönen natĂŒrlichen Strand, der von Schatten spendenden Felsen umgeben ist, an Land vorwiegend große Kiesel hat, aber am Meer und im Meer feinen Sand. Die Wohnung hat eine großes Wohnzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete KĂŒche, und ist klimatisiert. Von der Terrasse kann man direkt auf die Liegewiese und in den Pool. Das Auto kann man (wenn es genug Bodenfreiheit hat) direkt in der Einfahrt parken. Die Gastgeber und die Dame, die den Service macht, sind freundlich, die anderen GĂ€ste der Community waren es auch. Es liegt sehr ruhig – es war keine Animation, Partys oder Konzerte zu hören. Einfach toll!

Perfecto para niños

Adosado situado al sur de Alcoceber. Andando tienes una playa de piedras cerca, para ir a la de arena con los trastos de los niños hoy que coger el coche. La urbanización es fantåstica, con 3 piscinas, muy cuidada. Del porche trasero la piscina estå a 20 pasos. La casa tiene lo necesario para una estancia vacacional. Es mejorable la iluminación de la casa y hay que indicar que una de las habitaciones no tiene aire acondicionado y se calienta muchísimo. Por lo demås todo correcto y por un precio adecuado.

Perfekt fĂŒr Familien

Perfekte Unterkunft fĂŒr eine Familienurlaub. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sehr groß, gepflegt und ist von der Terrasse einsehbar. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dort sind auch ein Supermarkt und Restaurants. Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Hochsaison genĂŒgend vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder.

El chalé y la urbanización son perfectos para pasar unos días de playa en familia. La casa tiene todas las comodidades, es fresquita y acogedora, y el jardín con la piscina muy agradables. Con los propietarios la comunicación fue muy fluida y cordial, solucionaron enseguida nuestras necesidades. Repetiremos!

Entspannter Urlaub (trotz Corona-Zeit)

Das Apartment entsprach den Erwartungen. Der Garten mit dem Pool war super und sehr gepflegt. Wir konnten die Kinder von der Terrasse aus im Blick behalten. Auch der Ort und die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir wĂŒrden nach Corona gerne wieder kommen.

Una casa como pone y sale en las fotos y una urbanización de 10 con sus 3 piscinas y muy tranquila casi todos los días solos en las piscinas. Cosas que tendría que mejorar o reparar. La tv no funciona no tiene señal ni española ni inglesa soky se informo pero no dieron solución el wifi empezó a funcionar al segundo día. Botes de limpieza a medias y enseres personales por toda la casa bajo mi punto de vista no tendrían que estar y mås con el covid. Hemos estado muy a gusto toda la familia para volver. Recomendable.

Property was fantastic. Unfortunately we had to drive 1700 miles non stop to get home when the Spanish closed everything down! Managed to get on the Shuttle from Calais. Jason was very helpful and understanding. The property is lovely. We only managed 11 days of our proposed month.

Beach Oasis

My wife and I and our two year old daughter had the pleasure of spending a week at Jason's villa in early October 2019. We had holidayed in a different part of Alcossembre in June and identified Jason villa to suit our needs a little more as it was closer to the best beaches and multiple kids' playing parks. The property was as described and the area really was very relaxing, quiet and felt safe. We practically had the communal outdoor pool to ourselves - and the water temperature was fine. The short 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach was ideal - and the surrounding area was flat and offered plenty of shade which made for a very pleasant stroll. There are also two local supermarkets as well has restaurants / coffee shacks within easy walking distance. Although we had a car, we really did not use it much. Jason promptly answered any queries we had. We would love to return some day. Thank you Jason for letting us create some brilliant memories at your holiday home.

Wonderful vacation at this apartment

We are a Fam. from Germany. We had a wonderful time at this apartment. It is very well equipped, especialy the kitchen. We have 3 children, so we didnÂŽt eat out, and i prepared the meals at the apartment in the realy nice kitchen.You realy have all you need for prepairing delicious meals. If you stay up to two weeks, you get a change of the bedlinen and towls. Realy nice. The apartment has 3 terraces on witch you can eat, play or just relax and enjoy the evening. On the terrace up on the roof, you can watch the sunset over the mountains. The airconditioning was very good, because the nights can be very hot. The apartment has everything you might need. From parasol for the beach to games and books for relaxing and playing at the terasse with view of the pool, so you can have an eye on the children. The pool area is realy nice. The pool can be used from 10:00 am to 24:00 pm. The kids loved it. The beaches are very clean (very clean seewater too) . We had a wonderful vacation in Alcossebre.

Clean, comfortable accommodation which was well equipped.

We had a very hot 2 week stay in the villa. My daughter loved the pool, and made friends with other children around the area. Well equipped - perfect for families

We stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of June into July and had a great holiday. The house is set in a residencial complex and the patio overlooks one of 3 pools. The house itself is so well equipped, there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there - even a hair dryer and straighteners in the bathroom - although I bought my own. There are beach chairs, parasols, floats, buckets, spades, cool box, wifi & games, dvd player and a cupboard full of book. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in and cook but to be honest it was quite cheap to eat out so we only had snacks indoors. Everything you could need for a family holiday is here. Jason sent us a comprehensive email outlining the house and things to do in the area before we left for Spain and was very helpful. We had a small problem with the wifi when we arrived but it was sorted with a quick text to Jason. I would definitely recommend this property to couples or a family with small children. I think 2 teenagers in the small bedroom might be a bit tight. The house is a 5 minutes walk from a lovely sandy beach to the south or a 7 minute walk to another sandy beach to the north. There are a couple of bars and restaurants within the same walking distance but the main town is probably 15 minutes away which is not too bad on a lovely warm evening. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and will definitely be back to this coastline next year.

Great townhouse & love this part of Spain

This was our first ever visit to the Costa del Azahar and we absolutely loved Alcossebre. This townhouse provides all the comforts that you could want to have a great holiday, everything has been thought of - and provided. The furnishings are of high standard, the bed is very comfortable, air con, mosquito nets on windows, well equipped kitchen. The beaches are wonderful, we preferred a beach just a few minutes in the car but you can walk to a fantastic beach. It is great to find accommodation that provides you with a cool box and beach mats and everything you might want for a day on the beach. The only reason I haven't given 5/5 is that for the first few days of our stay here we coincided with the end of the Spanish school holidays and we had maybe 5 or 6 families that took over the pool area and seemed to disregard the rules re kicking footballs and being loud and noisy at night. The town of Alcossebre is perfect with good shops and restaurants at good prices. We drove from Santander having taken the ferry from Plymouth with an overnight stay each way - we enjoyed our week on the coast and had the chance to see the interior of Spain and the roads and travel a pleasurable experience. We would recommend this property and Jason was excellent to deal with and we hope to return before too long.

Lovely apartment!

The apartment was certainly as described, with everything we could have wanted, with some extras thrown in as well. The complex is lovely and well maintained, with the largest of 3 pools right outside your doorstep. Alcossebre itself is a great resort with numerous restaurants and shops and fantastic beaches. In all, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Perfect for relaxing

we had a lovely time here, the beaches were beautiful and the house was perfect, we had some great evenings on the terrace at the back, just chilling out and relaxing and having a few gin and tonics. The house was well equipped and decor was fab. House was close to beaches and restaurants and the walk back from the town on a night was a lovely way to walk off our dinner. The balcony on the front was lovely to have breakfast and the house and location was ideal for a relaxing holiday We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family

Helen, Jason and their two children bought this house new in 2006 after holidaying in Alcossebre for a number of years. We liked the area so much and it suited our family holiday requirements so well that we decided to buy ourselves a holiday home in the area.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

It had a great layout with a comfortable open plan lounge/diner, plenty of terraces and view into the private gardens and overlooking the pool. It was close enough to the centre to be able to walk there but still nice and quiet.
