Magical

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house was comfortable,clean and the view was wonderful. We enjoy cooking so a well stocked kitchen is important. Wish we were still there. We will be back soon.. Thank you

Great Peconic Bay Location

We just spent a week at Sandi's house and it was exactly as she had advertised. The house comfortably slept our group of 7 and it was neat and clean when we arrived. The screened in porch is a gem with a great view of Peconic Bay. Sandi's gardens are also beautiful and well maintained. The bonus for me was the private dock as I brought a small boat to use during the week. Total thumbs up!

Outstanding House and Town

The house is very charming, in an amazing location and right on the water. We had a few couples there and the house was clean, plenty of room, screened in porch where we are farm fresh eggs every morning and close to lots of vineyards, restaurants and a public beach. We highly recommend the house and the area.

Beautiful House with Stunning Views of Peconic Bay

This is a special house with beautiful views of the Peconic Bay especially at Sunrise and Sunset. The house is comfortable, spacious and very well appointed. We enjoyed a magical week there this summer. We loved the beautiful gardens and made many trips down the boardwalk to the inlet to see the birds and at nighttime to see the heavenly shooting stars. We used the grill every night to bbq delicious local fish and farm produce. This house was the perfect getaway from urban NYC living for us. Sandi, the owner was very easy to deal with. She gave us many excellent tips for local farmers markets, fish shop, restaurants, things to do etc. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return again. Thank you Sandi!

The perfect North Fork vacation home

This is a comfortable, well-equipped and well-cared for home. The gardens are lush and the view from the porch breathtaking. Enough private space to accommodate a group. Very convenient to North Fork attractions and an easy drive to the South Fork. Sandi was very easy to work with.

Beautiful, clean home!

Our family recently stayed at this house for a weekend getaway and it was perfect!!!! The house was clean had many ammentities. Sandi, the owner, was very accommodating and prompt with her responses to my emails. I would highly recommend staying here if your looking for a home out east. We look forward to booking again on the future.

Great stay in the North Fork!

We came here with another couple the weekend following New Year's and had a lovely stay! Great location on a small body of water and near a lot of the wineries. The house itself was very nice, the layout is a bit quirky, but overall it was very spacious. The owner is responsive and organized and was great to rent from! We'll be back!

Cozy Times!

We recently stayed at the house for a girls getaway weekend in the Wine country. Although, it rained most of the weekend, we still had the best time hanging out in the house and going to the wineries! The house is so cozy and clean. Having a good bed is my prerequisite for renting a house and their beds were heavenly. In addition, Sandi was the perfect hostess. I had to call her a couple times during the weekend to ask questions and she was such a pleasure to deal with. She really cared if we were having fun and enjoying ourselves. She also sent a great list of things to do, restaurants, etc. Thanks again for a great weekend! We will be back!
