Cannes Mandelieu, new 2 bed luxury apt in the heart of the Cote d'Azur

This new, large, two bedroom apartment (70M2) with air con and fibre optic broadband is situated on the select development of Marina Parc Cannes Mandelieu, located on the River Siagne - a short walk from the beach (riverside walk) and in the perfect location for exploring the delights of the Côte d'Azur. Mandelieu La Napoule (Cannes Bay) is a well known and popular family beach resort, and is a particular favourite for those interested in sailing, golf and water sports, such as water skiing, diving, fishing, etc. In addition, the town has been awarded the 'France Station Nautique' for the quality of its holiday amenities. Within the complex there are gardens, marina and an infinity pool overlooking the boat moorings and adjacent to the apartment complex is an activity area and fitness trail. The apartment is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, two world class golf courses, tennis courts and a number of beaches are found 15-20min walk away along the beautiful River Siagne riverside walk.

The beaches located at La-Napoule castle alongside the marine and those adjacent to Cannes bay are particularly delightful and both can be accessed via a scenic walk alongside the River Siagne.

Golf Information: All year round golf is almost guaranteed on the Cote D’Azur, on a variety of landscapes, with courses suited to all levels. There are 19+ courses to choose from, all within an hour’s drive. In Mandelieu there are two excellent golf courses both within easy access of the apartment (Old course 15min walk). The Riviera Golf Club and the Old Course Cannes Mandelieu. Riviera Golf Club. Built during the 1990s, Riviera Golf was designed by Robert Trent Jones Senior. Mostly level with some hills and lakes. This is an 18 hole, par 72 course of 5,736 metres with practice tees and putting green. The Old Course, Cannes-Mandelieu Inaugurated in 1891, it is the oldest course on the coast. A very beautiful course lined with umbrella pines around the Siagne River. During the course of a game, you even have to take a short boat ride. This is an 18-hole course of 5,676 metres, par 71, complete with a 9-hole course of 2,409 meters, par 33. There is a good practice area and a lovely old world clubhouse.

Great Holiday

Well equipped, quiet and enjoyable apartment. You can reach all kinds of stores and restaurants by foot. Very good bus connection to Cannes.

Summer trip

Just back from a week in this apartment. Loved it. Close to Cannes but away from the busyness. We were able to walk to beach(20mins), shops and restaurants (5mins). Apartment itself very comfortable. Would stay again. .

Beautiful Apartment Overlooking the Marina and Canal.

A wonderful stay at this gorgeous apartment. Very clean and spacious with excellent amenities. The apartment has a large terrace area and is un-overlooked and very private, which we loved. The local hostess is lovely and extremely helpful, went out of her way to make us welcome. The local beach is a good 20 minutes walk but along the canal so the walk does seem to go quickly. The better beaches are a little further. We drove to France so were lucky enough to have our car and used it most days to drive to other beaches and locations for sightseeing. However, there is a bus stop opposite which takes you to Cannes and Nice very quickly and easily. There is a municipal airport very near, so some occasional noise from the small aircraft in and out, but, this was only ever during the day and did not effect our sleep or our stay. Our 11 year old daughter loved the apartment so much, she wanted to stay for longer. If we choose to visit the French Riviera again, we would have no hesitation in staying at this apartment for a further period.

The children said it was the best holiday EVER!

I kid you not. It really was the best time. All be it my babies are 21 & 13, we were lucky enough to have spend the week here. It was perfect. Firstly Andy is a great host and extremely quick on responses and all my questions. Beatreace is heartwarmingly welcome. You feel as if you have known her forever and again always there if you need anything. The apartment itself is wonderful, clean, spacious with a sense of calm has all the amenities anyone could wish for. The WiFi we couldn’t connect to even with continued help but for us we had already planned our visit and it was only for the use of social media and was forgotten in an instant. It’s the perfect location for the time of year we went. As a frequent visitor to the area Aug is the busiest time of year. Yes the beach is 1.25 miles but there is so much to see and do (with car) it’s no biggie. Lac Sainte Croix du verdon is a better place for us for any down time but did go to the beach for a Sundowner and into La Napole for evening meal. It was he 1st that we had shown the Children the beauty of South of France and thankfully they have fallen in love with it as much as my Husband and I have. Would most definitely like to stay here again. Thank you.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet appartement génial, propre, bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Superbe appartement très pratique

L'accueil est assuré par Sue (ainsi que la sortie) Elle est formidable. Elle est à l'écoute et d'une infinie gentillesse. La résidence est d'une propreté impeccable et très sécurisée. L'appartement est moderne, fonctionnel, lumineux, sans vis à vis et avec une jolie vue sur les alentours. Lits confortables, cuisine ouverte bien agencée, immense balcon, Nous avons passé 1 semaine des plus plaisantes et reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce logement lors de notre prochain passage en juillet 2023. In het appartement ontbrak het ons aan niets, het was helemaal compleet. Fijn ruim, alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Airco op de slaapkamers zou geen overbodige luxe zijn, er staan twee ventilatoren maar zelfs op de hoogste stand waren de nachten soms erg warm.

Great apartment and location. The most friendly host to make you feel really settled. The only thing I will mention is, that there's no air con in any of the bedrooms - a fan is placed in each rooms. It was a bit hot at night due to the lovely weather. Great to stay amongst the locals.

Quality apartment in ideal location

This spacious and airy apartment with a contemporary decor is just the place for a stay on the sunny Riviera. It has a huge balcony overlooking the river Siagne and woodland featuring parakeets. There’s a newly tiled floor and high quality kitchen fittings. It’s close to the motorway and Cannes airport so access is easy but you’d hardly know it - there’s a really tranquil feel to the place . Neighbours are quiet and discreet so you’d need to fit in with that vibe. The local agent and owner are always on hand over the phone and very helpful .

A superb place to stay

This is a nicely situated, well equipped, peaceful apartment. We stayed for 3 weeks and the neighbours are all incredibly quiet. The conscientious owner Andy responds speedily to any query and there's a pleasant English local agent . We really want to emphasise what a brilliant location this is. The balcony has a lovely view over the river. There's an open air gym and children's playground right outside the building. You are a short walk from two supermarkets, several excellent bakeries and a high street full of shops, banks, restaurants and bars. We liked the friendly and informal restaurant La Terrace which is outside the front gate. A quick look on Google Maps might suggest noise nuisance from the mini-airport and motorway. But this is not the case. Small planes and helicopters are infrequent. Private jets don’t fly till 8am and the airport closes at dusk. You only hear the wild parakeets at dawn. You do not hear noise from the A8 motorway yet there is a handy slip road on to it just around the corner so you can travel along the coast quickly. You can walk along the very pleasant riverside path to the beach about a mile away and on to the marina at la Napoule. The beaches at Theoule, a couple of miles further on, are delightful - small, traffic-free and mostly frequented by the French. We genuinely recommend this apartment. We have booked to stay again next year.

We loved our stay!

The apartment's location is third floor, on the South side of the block with open views over the river and towards the sea. Its light, reasonably furnished and well equipped. Andy the owner has gone to lots of trouble to kit the place out for ease of renting. We stayed last week in June, first week July, what seemed obvious is almost everyone else was French and many live there permanently. When we were there it was also fairly quiet. We loved the non touristy aspect. The supermarket and small shopping centre/bars of Mandelieu are 5 mins walk away which was incredibly convenient. You could shop, cappuccino or glass of wine and be home. As others have said it's a 25 min walk to the sea at normal pace, by a riverside, which is lovely if it's not too hot. Although we walked it several times, as it was 27-30C most days between 1030-1800, this is not something you would want to do twice a day. We loved our holiday and the apartment was a great base. We either went to various beaches, into the mountains, or did the tourist places to visit during our stay. In normal traffic, it is 20 mins drive to park on the front and eat in Cannes in an evening. The apartment is 3 mins drive from the A8, 5 mins drive to the sea (assuming you can park!). We would (and may well) rent the apartment again. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice apartment

We stayed for one week in this well furnished apartment with our two teenage children. It was a very pleasant stay and we all loved the great balcony with its wonderfull view over the river and the very green and calm surroundings.

Great location for the south of France

Flew into Nice and hired a car, colleting at the aiport. Easy to locate with underground secure parking for the car. Accurate description of a lovely two bedroom apartment, very clean and well maintained. Modern kitchen. air conditioning plug in units Met by Fiona to collect the keys and return the keys Use the apartment as a base to visit Cannes/St Tropez/Port Grimaud and drove to Monaco - all easy to locate public parking Pool not very busy and often only us at the pool Lovely river walk with lots of runners and walkers, safe with lots of families using the pathway Outdoor fitness park in the grounds of the apartment supermarket close by and places to eat we used Trip Advisor. We really like the one in the front of the supermarker with indoor and outdoor seating Would recommend

Excellent stay in Mandelieu

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful apartment. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It had a large balcony with a lovely view over the peaceful River Siagne. We loved to eat breakfast out in the sun on the balcony every morning. The walk to the beach was about 25 minutes. It was a beautiful walk along the river and the children loved to watch the fish in the river and all the boats on the river. The beaches were nice and clean. Andy was helpful before we went and the meet and greet service with Fiona was very useful when we arrived. Thank you for a lovely week at your apartment in Mandeliu. We would highly recommand this apartment.

Ideal rental.

With a grown up family (teenage children) our annual holiday is the one opportunity to enjoy some time doing things together and it is important that the location is good. This apartment was perfect - clean and well maintained, spacious and well furnished with everything we needed. The service provided from our initial enquiry, confirmation, meet and greet arrival, right through to our departure was friendly and efficient. Mandelieu proved to be a relaxing location, with enough to do locally with good restaurants and beaches and local shops and also very central to tour other areas (we had a hire car and the apartment included secure parking). We would highly recommend this rental and are hoping to return next year.

excellent stay

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks in August and had a very pleasant stay. It has an excellent kitchen including oven and microwave all brand new and from a very good quality. We really enjoyed having English tv during the Olympics. It was very convenient that the supermarket and some nice restaurants were very close by. The walk to the beach was 25 minutes but it is a beautiful walk alongside the river and it was a nice exercise twice daily. During the busy month of August it was very nice that you don't have to use a car all the time. The apartment has a large terrace which is very nice to sit outside in the evening. Marina Parc- Wonderful stay

Excellent well equipped clean apartment with a large balcony overlooking the river,which was great to sit out on any time of the day. Good access to local shops and restaurants and there was a great market once a week 5 minutes walk. We walked along the towpath by the river to the sea which took around 30 minutes. When we did use the car the main autoroutes were very close and if you don't have a car the local buses stopped outside the marina parc, which we took into Cannes and also to the local railway station where we took a train along the Riveria, so location ideal. The swimming pool was never crowded. The situation of the apartment means it is quiet. There is a local airport but it is will hidden in the distance and it certainly never bothered us. Meet and greet lady Fiona and the owner Andy very helpful. I will highly recommend the apartment and it's great location.

Excellent riverside apartment

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment which has a very good location close to the river, marina and shops and with good autoroute access. The apartment is finished to a very high standard with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony. We all enjoyed watching life on and by the river and my 4 year-old son enjoyed seeing the aeroplanes taking off. We thouht that the location was one of the best in the entire complex. The pool was nice and not crowded. Having a car parking space is essential but the distance from the car to the apartment is less good when you arrive and depart. The boatyard nearby was fascinating for all us. The beach at La Napoule was lovely but was definitely not a 15-20 minute walk away! We used the nearby free carpark. Andy was helpful before we went and the meet and greet service with Fiona was very useful when we arrived.
