Another great stay at the cottages in Highlands, this time at the Peninsula House. House has everything you need for your stay including beach visits! Location is awesome and view is the best, can’t wait to go back again!

Perfect location

This is the place to go if you want to enjoy the beach and everything the Jersey shore has to offer. Terrific deck overlooking the water and close to great restaurants.

Easy, convenient to local establishments and a fantastic view!

The View of the Boats!

This property is perfectly situated on the bay, we had a relaxing time watching the boards and jet skies go by. Superb walking distance to so many top notch restaurants and ice cream stops. Couldn’t have had a more serene view of the bay.

It is truly one of a kind.

Amazing location, house and host! Location is perfect and the property is clean and well kept. Very stress free stay from check in ‘til check out. Gary is very prompt with response and Peter is very friendly. The neighbors are also very nice. I surely will come back if we are headed to this location again for our next vacation.

Highlands slice of heaven

Some friend and I stayed for a fishing trip. It was absolutely perfect. The floating docks out back provided a great fly in and out spot for days of fun fishing. The restaurant Off the Hook right up the block has excellent food, service, and great local people. The live music is a bonus. We will be back as much as possible. Gary was the most gracious host I have met!

Perfect location!

This house couldn’t have been in a better spot for our family. We could ride our bikes to the beach, the local park and trails and there were lots of choices of restaurants within walking distance. The house itself had everything we needed. It’s a great space and all the windows let in so much light, it felt like we were actually on the water watching the boats go by. The host was very responsive, helpful and flexible. Looking forward to coming back here!

Fishing trip

We booked this location to be close to the fishing. We brought 2 boats and we fished and relaxed in comfort and style. We extended our stay a couple days and they upgraded us to an even nicer house. We will definitely do this again. Great place good friends great fishing. Thanks Gary and family for the 5 star spot. See you soon.

Relaxing water view

Ideal waterfront location with amazing views. Relaxing time away! Close to restaurants in town and Sandy Hook beaches. All the amenities you could ask for. Comfortable bed. We are repeat customers, staying on this and other properties by same owner, all are waterfront. This one is more spacious than the others. Host is very attentive. No complaints.

Wonderful Getaway

When they say this place is water front the really mean it, I don’t think there is any place closer, it practically over hangs the river. The family that owns the property communicated prompted and are very welcoming. There is plenty of dining and activities in walking distance, the unit also included a pass to the Sandy Hook park. Our family enjoyed it so much we are looking for excuses to come back.

Girlfriend weekend

We had a wonderful time, beautiful weather, sipping wine while sitting on the cozy deck with great views. The rental was very comfortable, clean, and inviting. Great food nearby, shopping in Red Bank, great cocktails here and there . Wonderful place to be at. Can't wait to come back.
