La maison a été construite en 1920 et entièrement rénovée en 2007. Il est situé au cœur du premier quartier historique de Bend. Idéal pour des vacances en famille. Un pâté de maisons de Drake Park, à pied du centre-ville en 5 minutes et du vieux moulin en 15 minutes. Cette maison de 4000 pieds carrés est bien équipée! Appareils de cuisine haut de gamme, cinéma maison, grande chambre des maîtres avec foyer au gaz au rez-de-chaussée. Le niveau principal est un concept assez ouvert. Le coin cuisine est l'endroit idéal pour que tout le monde se réunisse dans la cuisine.

My family and I had an excellent experience with Suzanne and her wonderful home in Bend. The home is exceptional and perfectly situated for an easy walk into town. Suzanne is a gracious host, who responded promptly to all inquires and provided a yummy welcome basket that my family enjoyed all week. Our group of eight 50 adults travel to various places every year or so. We all agree: this is the best house in which our group has ever stayed.There are no fewer than five fantastic seating areas outside: a large lounging area by the hot tub, a sizeable fire pit, a small patio off the master bedroom, the large outdoor table (the perfect size for breakfast for the eight of us), and seating on the front porch (beautiful as the sun rises).There are also two places inside the house to sit and eat (and play board games or cards, if you're into that sort of thing). Every room is well-appointed, and the flow is excellent. Three bedrooms upstairs each have their own theme, as does the master bedroom on the main floor. The master bath is akin to what you might find in a five-star hotel.The coup de grace: the basement has a large home theater. The perfect place to watch a movie (which we didn't) or college football and playoff baseball on a Saturday (which we did).The home is mere steps from picturesque Drake Park, and a very short walk from downtown Bend, where you can find restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, art galleries, multiple breweries, wine tasting and quaint shops.Parking is at a premium in downtown Bend -- especially when we went, during the Bend Fall Festival -- but we had space for four cars.Perhaps most importantly, the host was super-responsive and cheerful.The only negative? We were only there for three nights.This home has our highest recommendation.

Fabulous location for our family to enjoy spending time together. The home is so comfortable and clean. The outdoor spaces are perfect to enjoy the beautiful Bend weather. The kitchen has everything we could ever want. We enjoyed cooking at home and sitting outside.

Wonderful Stay in Bend!

Simply put, our stay in Bend was wonderful! We had a family group of 8 stay. The room in the house, location location location, and a superb outside living area made our stay be one of the best we've had. I'd recommend the home to anyone looking for plenty of room, quiet, and with all the amenities anyone would need. The owner provided great communication along the way - Nothing but a beautiful home and looking forward to returning!

This is a very nice property. - clean and well maintained - that has an excellent location for walking to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. It was big enough for a large family. Parking for one car is easy.

Perfect “Grooms Family” home!

My son had a destination wedding in Bend, and we found the perfect place to call home for the week. Hot Tub, Gas fire pit, and full theatre room in this spacious four bedroom home. It’s a seconds walk to the river and 5 min walk to downtown.

Great location, beautifully decorated home. Had some challenges with master shower (constant drip, some functions not working - owner had part on order), nonfunctional coffee maker (owner replaced quickly), slow draining sink in powder room. Highly recommend it if you're looking for something walkable to downtown and very near the river. It is the owner's primary residence, which isn't everyone's cup of tea.

Dream house in Bend

What a wonderful home the owners have in a perfect location. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Walking distance to the river and to downtown. The owner is very responsive and helpful. What a great place to create memories with your loved ones! The kids loved the theater room and the s’mores we made in the fire pit out back. We hope to visit Bend again in the future, and we know the perfect place to stay!

Amazing house in an amazing location

This property exceeded our expectations. Our group was in town for a conference and chose to stay together in a house instead of separate hotel rooms for team building and camaraderie reasons. This was quite the successful experience staying here. Easy walking to restaurants in the downtown area for dinner, and easy access to the river trail to walk to the conference venue. With a tight conference schedule, we were unable to fully enjoy all of the amenities, such as the hot tub and theater room, but appreciated their availability.

Gorgeous home in perfect location!

Gorgeous, modern,and well-appointed home located in the most perfect neighborhood of Bend. The home exceeded our expectations. We absolutely loved the private outdoor space and the interior was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Our stay was a 5-star luxury experience. There was one minor issue where we were unable to use the hot tub due to an electrical issue. Although not resolved during our stay, Suzanne was super responsive and attempted to get it resolved quickly. I believe this was just a case of bad timing as it was working fine prior to our arrival. However, in the end, it was not an issue for us because it was a low priority given all of the time we spent using the other property amenities and enjoying activities in and around Bend. In the end, I would highly recommend this home and it would be our top choice if we return to Bend.

We had the most wonderful time at this home. It was the perfect get away and felt so warm and cozy. The decor was breathtaking, the furniture was extremely comfortable, along with the beds. The house was spotless upon arrival, as were the bathrooms and showers. This home has a hot tub which was very well kept and perfect for relaxing evenings. There is also a home movie theatre in the basement with cinema style reclining chairs which we loved! The host was wonderful, communicative and accessible. They provided us with a welcome basket in the kitchen with delicious snacks and breads. The backyard is beautiful with the most gorgeous landscaping, flowers, fire pit and seating. This honestly felt like a home away from home and we didn’t want to leave! Perfect location to walk downtown or to local park. I highly recommend this stay and hope to be back soon!

Impressive historic home on one of the Best streets downtown, just off Drake park. Easy walking to everything. This house is in the Heart of Bend. The Owner has not left one detail out. Hope our family can stay here again.

Beautiful Home and Neighborhood

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of weeks with our two young children and it was fantastic! The home is a remodeled craftsman in a beautiful neighborhood. Just across the street is Drake Park and downtown is about two blocks away. You really can’t beat the location. The home itself was clean and comfortable with tons of craftsman charm. There is a lovely backyard, which we all enjoyed. It was really nice to have the yard so the kids could run around outside (they loved running through the sprinklers, of course). This property is such a gem. Highly recommend.
