2br condo sur le parc avec un accès facile Plage

Luxueux Jupiter Bay deux chambres à coucher, 2 unité de salle de bains avec terrasse fermée donnant sur un trail running et le parc. Belle plage est à seulement 400 mètres à pied. L'unité a été récemment rénovée et dispose de tous les nouveaux meubles en cuir, de carrelage au sol, de moquette dans la chambre et d'une baignoire et d'une douche en granite.

La communauté de station dispose de deux piscines, d'un bain à remous et des courts de tennis. En soirée, promenez-vous sur la plage ou autour du magnifique lac et de la cascade de la propriété. Le parc attenant a couvert des cabanes avec des tables de pique-nique et grillades en plein air. Des courts de boccie bien entretenus sont également disponibles sur la propriété et dans le parc Carlin attenant, ainsi que des courts de tennis éclairés et un amphithéâtre.
Tout ce que vous pourriez avoir besoin est à quelques minutes: commerciaux, des cinémas, un centre de remise en forme et de théâtre en direct! Pour les acheteurs plus intenses, le centre commercial Gardens et le centre-ville sont à quinze minutes.

Vingt-cinq minutes, vous trouverez le West Palm Beach et l'aéroport City Place, un centre commercial, un restaurant et la vie nocturne quartier très populaire. Vous serez également à proximité des Monts jardin botanique et Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens. Pour les enfants vous avez le zoo de Palm Beach, Lion Country Safari, Rapids Water Park. Si vous avez envie d'une excursion d'une journée Orlando et Disneyworld est un peu plus de deux heures de route et Miami est à seulement 90 miles au sud.

Les bateaux de pêche de la Charte sont disponibles à l'entrée de Jupiter ainsi que des bateaux de croisière pour ceux qui préfèrent une croisière paresseux jusqu'à l'intra côtière admirant toutes les belles maisons et de bateaux et le célèbre phare de Jupiter.



Le Stade Roger Dean est la maison de formation de printemps de la Saint- Louis Cardinals et les Marlins de la Floride. Pour les golfeurs, nous avons trop de cours de mentionner notamment la PGA.

Profitez de vos journées à la plage, la piscine ou à l'une des nombreuses activités disponibles dans la région tout en profitant de votre soirée dans un condominium de luxe bien aménagées.

Great location/host

Good space for our family, comfortable beds, supplied well. Location was excellent, easy walk to beach-pools and restaurants. Would definitely rent again-thank you we had an enjoyable month at your place.

The condo was very old and tired. There was trash under the king bed in the master. The shower had mold in it over the shower head. Provided a total of 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 couples and then we were expected to purchase any more beyond that. I haven't had that experience before and I rent a number of VRBO's.

Never heard old and tired prior to this. Up until this review we were a premier host. We invest yearly in our properties to keep them current, I would suggest viewing the pictures prior to rental to determine one's opinion of the property. Starter supplies (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper etc.)are included. Ongoing supplies are up to tenant as is the normal case for condo's in this area. Cleaners found no apparent signs of the mold reported.

Great Location

This is the second time I stayed here. I love the location. You back up to the heart trail right across from the beach. Lots of great restaurants near this condo.

Awesome location/comfortable furnishings

If your spouse likes a comfortable couch for reading or TV, this is a great unit. The location in Jupiter Bay is extremely convenient for walking in Carlin Park or the beach, grocery shopping and restaurants without getting on major highways.

Host not as responsive as previous properties I've rented. Forgot to leave parking pass upon arrival. Unit dated. Missing a few basic utensils like a peeler. Great location This was best feature.

Great Experience

Condo was clean and had all that we would need. The location is super convenient to restaurants, the beach and the grocery store. Condo location is right near one of the two property pools. Owner was easy to get in touch with to answer any questions.

Great Beach Location

The condo is walking distance to a beautiful ocean beach! Carlin Park is a great spot to start our day with an awesome walking/exercise trail along with pickleball and tennis. The unit was well equipped and clean. Mark is a very responsive owner and made our stay that much more delightful.

Short walk to beach

The rental looks out onto a walking loop at a park. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. We saw lots of beautiful birds in the park and played in the surf at the beach. Nearby, was more good birding and lots of good restaurant choices.

Love Jupiter and this property

Perfect location with plenty of room, modern and clean. Walk out the back patio to be in Garland Park and then across the street to the beach. Two pools on property to choose from. Quiet setting and also hear no noise while you’re in your own condo. Mark was very responsive.

Joy in Jupiter

Our stay in Jupiter was delightful. This property is in the heart of everything: Shopping, dining, golf courses, pools and of course the beautiful blue ocean. The owner was super responsive throughout our booking, stay and checkout. The property was clean and well equipped for all our needs. We would not hesitate to book again. 😁

Great family spot

Our small family of 3 stayed here. Plenty of space. Great access to park for running , beach and facility heated pools on overcast day. Everything we need within a 2 mile radius. Some minor things with property but nothing that required immediate attention while there. Check in and out process smooth. Would love to stay again and highly recommend for a comfortable ease vacation. Thank you !
