Le Burbank Sanctuary est un appartement en bas. Alors que la grande majorité de nos clients aiment l'appartement, ce n'est pas pour les dormeurs très légers.

La détente et le confort seront faciles lors de votre séjour chez nous. Votre expérience comprend une literie de luxe queen-size, des douches chaudes illimitées, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un écran numérique intelligent de 55 pouces avec Netflix, Amazon, Hulu et Pandora. Il n'y a pas de télévision locale.

Un grand parking dans la rue sans restriction est disponible, aucun permis ou alimentation au compteur embêtant requis. Le stationnement dans l'allée est réservé à nos résidents permanents. Tout est numérique, pas de clés pour vous alourdir pendant vos sorties. J'ai défini un nouveau code pour chaque invité qui assure une confidentialité et une sécurité totales pendant votre séjour.

Le quartier

J'adore le quartier Magnolia Park de Burbank. Cette propriété se trouve à côté de la piste cyclable Chandler et à distance de marche du centre-ville de Burbank. Il y a de la nourriture pratique, des marchés et de nombreux magasins à proximité.

Se déplacer

Je travaille dans l'industrie hôtelière depuis 2005. J'ai possédé et exploité deux hôtels et j'ai beaucoup voyagé. Ma sensibilité est pour le voyageur et les équipements inclus dans votre séjour répondent à mes normes élevées pour un hébergement hôtelier de qualité. De plus, le sanctuaire de Burbank offre l'Internet le plus rapide et le plus fiable disponible dans la ville.

Je m'occupe du non-fumeur sans animaux. Il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur de l'appartement ni sur la propriété. Nos autres locataires n'aiment pas l'arôme. Nous aimons les petits amis non humains, mais malheureusement, ils ne sont pas autorisés dans l'établissement. Nous observons le temps calme de 22h à 8h et vous demandons de bien vouloir faire de même en baissant votre musique ou votre télévision pendant ces heures.

Hard to beat value

This is a great spot for resting your head at night at a good cost. Managers are good hosts & very responsive. Nice little kitchen area is a plus. A bit of floor creaking but not a biggy. I enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Adorable place. Everything was super easy to use/access. My only “complaint” (and it’s not really a complain) is that the chair wasn’t super comfy and the floor was really dirty. I had to wash my feet before getting in bed. 😜 Was really a terrific place to stay and made my visit all the better!

There was no extra Linens in the apartment the neighbors upstairs were so loud that they left earplugs to use the condiments like the tea and coffee were expired and the bed was very uncomfortable the location was great owners were very communicative and nice just wanted to point these things out so they can improve their listing

Hello Ron, Thank you for your review. Sorry it did not work out and we hope you find the property that fits your needs, it is unfortunate that this was not to your liking. We would like to respond, for the benefit of future guests, to each of your concerns or complaints: This is a super economy apartment. "There was no extra Linens in the apartment" Response: You did not ask for additional linens, and we gladly provide additional items when requested. We give you a full set of linens for two people, if you need more, no problem, just ask. You did not. "the neighbors upstairs were so loud that they left earplugs to use" Response: We mention in our ad that this is a downstairs apartment. You will hear the neighbors and we put this in the ad. This was disclosed. "the condiments like the tea and coffee were expired" Only one tea was expired, none of the condiments were expired. We did not notice and now threw away the chai tea. Zero of the condiments were past their date. "the bed was very uncomfortable" Sorry, most people review it as very comfortable. If you want firm, this is not firm. It is memory foam. "just wanted to point these things out so they can improve their listing" We would have been happy to provide more towels, speak to the neighbors about noise, replace the chai tea, but waiting until you leave is not really ideal if you want a better experience, communication would be helpful. We hope you find what you are looking for out there.

Great find in Burbank

Meticulously clean, well equipped space in a nice neighborhood a short drive from downtown Burbank. (Only downside is the frequent sound of heavy footsteps from the upstairs unit, but I used earplugs to sleep.) Otherwise, everything was perfect. Easy check in and did I mention how clean it was?! I highly recommend “The Sanctuary”!

Thank you for this five-star review. For those future guests reading this review, please note my ad says, "The Burbank Sanctuary is a downstairs apartment. While the vast majority of our guests love the apartment, it's not for very light sleepers." I also provide a white noise machine and I provide the earplugs. While the upstairs guest should be observing quiet time during sleep hours, if anyone makes noise after hours, I welcome a call so that I can address it with the other guests upstairs. I am very grateful for your business.

Great place to stay for 2 people!

Great place. Just what a friend & I needed as we toured LA for the week. Clean & had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Loved Burbank in general. Lots to do & not be involved in the awful LA traffic!! Would definitely stay here again!! Only 2 things I would change: the neighbors upstairs were quite noisy all hours of the night (not sure if they were visiting or residents) and the bed was very squeaky. The bed was comfortable itself but every time one of us moved, it was very loud

Jessica, While I appreciate your being my customer, waiting after a 6-day stay to mention these issues is not fair to your host. I am a very active and proactive host. If the guest in D (above you) was not keeping quiet during the night, I would have spoken to them immediately upon being notified. They have a sign in their apartment that reminds them to be quiet during sleeping hours. When you book the apartment, you have read it is the downstairs unit and that's why I cannot control foot noise during the day but I absolutely am willing to communicate any lack of respect at night. This is why I mention the issue in the ad as one of the important considerations. As for the bed, I just read this and I'm heading over to the apartment to tighten up the bolts. Had you mentioned this your first night friend, I would have brought my tool bag over immediately within an hour. I appreciate the four stars, but there is no need for anyone to suffer avoidable issues like these which can be easily fixed rather than dealing with an unhappy weeklong stay. Communication is key on both sides. With respect and appreciation. Update: WD40 fixed the bed frame and I spoke with the guest upstairs who was not aware and thanked me for the heads up about her noise. She was apologetic and asked me to share this with you.

Parking was horrible

Everything was great except for the parking on the street ! I was force to park my vehicle 8 houses away from the property which was such a hassle because we had just came back from a baseball game and had to lug everything up the street that was to only bad thing about this property everything else was fine

I suppose 8 houses seems like a lot for most cities, however, in Los Angeles, we consider that good here to find a parking space only 8 houses away does seem pretty great for us, but we understand it was not your ideal scene. Absolutely lovely!

I had an absolutely lovely time staying at "the sanctuary." I was greeted with a lovely gift and treats. The host paid attention to details, such as the greeting card and a copy of the guest rules. The host kept me abreast via text message about some work occurring in the neighboring apartment, which was appreciated and considerate. The space is larger in person than I realized. I would definitely stay here again for future visits. LOVED IT!

Excellent Stay in Burbank

The Place was very easy to get to with good parking (on the street only) and very clean. I LOVED the TV and ALL the channels it got! A few smaller details, Being a older building, the walls are pretty thin so heard the neighbors pretty clearly. The shower has a awesome Rain shower head but only comes straight down so you have to stand directly under it and thats about a 20" x 20" up against the front wall over the drain. Overall....I love the place and how close it was to what I had to do in Burbank for the week.

Thank you Paul for the feedback. A very important thing to note is that we clearly stated this is a unit that is not for light sleepers. We have three other quiet apartments. So we expect 100% of guests to experience footsteps from upstairs which is why we mention it. If absolute silence is desired, please book the Cozy Cottage, Urban Refuge or the Boho Chic Retreat. Christopher is the consummate host. He was very accessible and catered to my every concern. The apartment was so very clean and very well equipped. It was a pleasure. Of note, if you are a light sleeper, book the upstairs unit, as the first floor apartment can be noisy with people walking above. However, ear plugs are supplied. There are also "quiet hours", which Christopher takes very seriously for the tenant's peacefulness. I will definitely stay again and recommend The Burbank Sanctuary wholeheartedly.

Great studio!

Two of us stayed in this studio apartment while visiting our niece in Burbank. The apartment building is on a quiet neighborhood street about a block away from the paved Chandler bike/walking path. The unit itself is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable; just the right size for 1-2 people. Christopher has the unit stocked with various toiletries, coffee, and even provided a gift of chocolate and champagne! We ended up not doing any cooking there, but everything was in good condition. He also provided a great set of instructions on working the TV, keyless door, etc. as well as information on various places to eat or visit. I would say the only negative (obviously beyond Christopher's control) was that the people in the unit above us seemed like they were clomping around a lot in the evening.

Juste parfait !

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement confortable, à la propreté impeccable et qui offre une situation idéale pour visiter Los Angeles. On sent que le propriétaire apporte beaucoup d'attention à de nombreux détails qui contribue à ce que l'on se sente " comme à la maison". L'appartement est extrêmement bien entretenu et cela change de certaines locations où l'on a l'impression de n'être qu'un client parmi tant d'autres et où ménage et entretien général laissent à désirer... Quel bonheur de découvrir cet intérieur douillet et confortable après plus de 20h de vol ! Le lit est juste parfait, les draps sont supers. Une bouteille de prosecco vous attend et de nombreux petits échantillons sont offerts pour la douche et la salle de bains..le stationnement ne pose aucun problème le long de la grande et large avenue qui borde l'appartement. Petit plus très utile : nous avons pu aussi nous rendre en voiture jusqu'à North Hollywood pour ensuite prendre le metro pour sillonner Downtown. Très pratique si on veut éviter les embouteillages et le stress du stationnement dans LA. Le check-in est très simple en dépit de notre heure tardive d'arrivée grâce au code transmis quelques jours avant par le propriétaire. De même le manuel pratique remis comporte plein de bonnes adresses et conseils ( nous avons en particulier testé et apprécié le breakfast du Bea Bea's à Burbank). Bref, nous recommandons et n'hésiterons pas à revenir si nous repassons par LA ! Merci Christopher !

Work & Fun Trip

This was a great location for our week of work in the Burbank area and some fun as well. Easy to get to all our activities and accommodations were cozy but exactly what we needed to feel comfortable and have a safe place to rest and relax. Great sundries and perfect little kitchen so we didn't have to go out for every meal. Would recommend!

Feels like home!

We had stayed here once before so the booking & checkin all were smooth and easy. This location is great for us as we needed a place to stay while visiting our son in Burbank. We appreciated the emails from the owners alerting us beforehand to repark our car for street cleaning. For us, this was a familiar home away from home during our visit/vacation. We look forward to a return visit in our future.

Very intimate and practical

I spent two weeks in this studio and thoroughly enjoyed the quaint space and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment. The fridge had to be replaced when I arrived and everyone wore masks while inside the apartment. Communication was excellent. The only thing I recommend is also including the trash day with the street sweeping days. The neighbors put their trash bins in all of the available spaces on the street which can mean a long haul if you're packing in groceries :)

Universal Studios visit

The property was clean and welcoming. The hosts were very attentiveness. The neighborhood was quit and felt safe. The only concern is the neighbor upstairs walking around in the middle of the night. We just weren’t used to the noise. Not too bad.

Robert, thank you so much for the mostly positive review. As a courtesy reminder to you, the listing states the following in the description: "The Burbank Sanctuary is a downstairs apartment. While the vast majority of our guests love the apartment, it's not for very light sleepers." and we have three other apartments that are quieter. This disclaimer is there for an important reason...to set expectations for anyone who might be bothered by footsteps. We cannot control people's movements at night and this particular unit is not for light sleepers. Thanks again, perhaps next time we encourage you to book one of the other three quieter apartments that are not downstairs. Thanks.
