The location of the house was very convenient with an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Unfortunately, the house could have used a deeper cleaning as there was quite a bit of dog hair, dust, and some mold in the bathroom. The WiFi did not work during our entire stay, and management let us know it would take a few days for the internet company to come out, so there wasn’t another solution available. Because of that, we had no TV, which was inconvenient while traveling with two small children. The microwave also was not working. That said, the host did offer a partial refund for the inconveniences, which we appreciated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is an older home and could use a little cosmetic TLC however we had one of the best weeks ever. The back deck was great with the grill and yard was perfect for the dogs. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was smallish but there are big mirrors in each bedroom to use. The Coastal Vacation staff are always wonderful! This time they gave me tech support with the grill which was probably just operator error and brought me a new full propane tank. They are always so friendly and will allow an early check in when possible. Walking distance to the beach and town. Great supplied kitchen for meals. The little blemishes didn’t even matter after we were settled in. Looking forward to our next visit.

Christmas Get Away

The location is great; a quick walk into town or to the beach and a short drive to Solvang, Morro Bay, Madonna Inn. The management agency was quick to respond, friendly and helpful.

House review.

House needs a good cleaning, very dusty. The carpet needs to be shampooed throughout. My husband and father in law fixed the jammed up garbage disposal that was not working when we arrived. In the cottage, my mother in law found a stained blanket which she could not use. Lastly, the hand rail outside the house is falling apart. Dangerous.

Reviewer Comments: I would recommend this rental to anyone interested in visiting Pismo beach, just 3 blocks from beach and easy access to restaurants, stores and just a mile or 2 to the highway. That being said the street was pretty busy on weekend nights. Clean, all the amenities, pet friendly and nothing fancy but comfortable and well maintained. My only complaint would be none of the 3 TVs worked properly.

Old, at bit tired, but GREAT location.

Bathroom is very small and old. Garbage disposal is Inoperative. Ants invaded us regularly. We did not use the attached bedroom that had a updated Bathroom. Surrounding lawn is about 60% dead. But the absolute great location made up for of the short comings.

A fun old beach house.

Central location in the town. Stocked with everything you will need. The landscaping is a little rough. But I liked grilling in the back yard. I plant to come back again. Friendly service.

My dog got so excited when we pulled up because she knew of the good times we are about to have. She got to go to the beach twice a day because it’s such an easy walk. And the convenience of the back yard can not be beat. The house itself is charming and has everything you need!

Easy walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. The in-law unit allowed me to take a client call in privacy and without disturbing the family fun.

369 stimson

Over all clean. Ironing stuff needed attention and fans very dirty. Ant traps need replaced. Beds very comfortable and linens clean and plenty. The extra bedroom in back was stand alone seperate from main house. For our party this was not covenient but for others might be perfect. Staff was very responsive. Very close to beach. Thanks.

4 day beach getaway

It was just perfect! Great location and the added bonus of two off street parking spots is huge. No worrying about parking here. Also by far the most well stocked rental we have had the pleasure of staying at from kitchen accessories to bedding it would be hard to want for anything! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Rent again?

Some items needed attention especially a over hanging tree at the back door and a bush should be removed that make parking bad. Over all I would stay at this house again.
