Situé à Seadrift sur le lagon intérieur avec une vue magnifique sur le mont. Tam, cette maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances parfaites. Il y a plusieurs ponts, jouets aquatiques, foyer au bois, bain à remous, télévision dans la chambre principale et téléviseur / magnétoscope dans le salon. Gril à gaz. Les animaux sont les bienvenus. Locataires avec animaux de compagnie: Frais pour chaque animal supplémentaire: 25 $ / nuit, 150 $ par semaine pour les séjours plus longs, frais de nettoyage de 50 $, frais de nettoyage de 500 $. Configuration du lit: 2 rois, 2 jumeaux, canapé-lit dans la tanière.

Loved the house. Everything was perfect. We hope to rent this home again.

Excellent location on the lagoon off Seadrift rd. easy access to Stinson and to beaches. Comfortable house, great for family and a couple of friends.

Wonderful Stay at this Beautiful Property!

We couldn't have enjoyed this property more! The house has everything you need and more and the setting is stunning. We enjoyed using the water toys on the lagoon, as well as our walks down to the incredible dog-friendly beach down the road. We will be back!

Reviewer Comments: The house had everything we needed for thanksgiving with plenty of boats, balls, a ping pong table and bikes to keep everyone entertained all week. The construction in sea drift is all over the neighborhood and very loud during the week but fortunately we only overlapped for three days.

The perfect get away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 (plus our little dog) stayed here this past week for a few nights. It is now our FAVORITE house!!! So clean. So well stocked. Beautiful finishes in the bathrooms. We all felt so comfy and at home there. We all enjoyed the lagoon and the water toys available and the hot tub was perfect to end the nights!!! Can’t wait to stay here again!

The perfect low key beach getaway.

We had a very relaxing stay at DannDrift. The house has a great floorplan with excellent separation of communal spaces and bedrooms. The photos online are accurate; the owners have managed to bravely make this house dog friendly while being incredibly stylish and fun. The kitchen is set up very well for making family meals. The hot tub WORKS! The dock and the included paddle boards and kayak were a major plus. The biggest asset this to this property is the local manager Gabriel who was available to answer any questions during our stay. Too many higher end vacation rentals lack one reliable point of contact but fortunately professional local support here adds to the quality of the experience. Thanks, Gabriel! We'd definitely love to come back to this house bc it's a perfect location and the house is well maintained. If we'd do anything differently the next time, we'd stop in the city before heading to SB and pick up our favorite groceries. The one grocery store in Stinson and the other nearby Bolinas definitely have something in every category but if you "need" a favorite food, drink, specific fish or cut of meat you might want to bring it. Great local coffee and brunch place in town. Thanks again!

Experience Home Renter

Fabulous family vacation home, nice private location, home layout is very conducive for socializing, but kitchen is only adequate at best. Appliances and kitchen (in general) are in need of upgrading. Lower, upper and wrap around decks are wonderful. We've rented many exclusive homes several times from Sonoma to Cape Cod. So, we're a bit fussy. Although, this house is very comfortable and has an ideal location; its slightly outdated. In the past several years, we've rented slightly more attractive&upgraded homes for less money. Owner&property manager may want to consider being more flexible with rates, rules and regulations. We felt somewhat scrutinized and under "not so" flexible terms&conditions. Given the existing "less the perfect" conditions the owner should or could be more accommodating. All in all, we would consider renting again.

Hi Scott, somewhat surprised by your review. But you are entitled to your opinion. The kitchen was remodeled last year and all new appliances - refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, ovens - were added. In addition, I have toaster, microwave, coffee makers, etc. So I'm not sure what was lacking. Yes, it's an older house so perhaps the design, materials and layout are not as pristine as you might like. But it is clean and functional and most people love it. I'm sorry you didn't feel I was flexible in my pricing, but I have debt associated with the house that I have to meet. Depending on the time of year, however, I often negotiate price and, in addition, I donate the house to a number of non-profits for their fund-raising efforts. I don't recall us having any difficult conversations or interactions so I'm sorry you felt the house did not meet your expectations.

Another Wonderful Visit to Stinson

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you for replacing the masterbedroom shades. It reduced the morning light considerably though we needed to still block out the remaining light to sleep in.Please consider replacing the masterbedroom mattress. It is getting spongy on the sides and my husband's back was aching by day #3 so he needed to sleep on one of the twin beds for the remainder of the trip.We were very glad for the days that were not windy. It made kayaking, paddleboarding and walking on the beach much more enjoyable.Unfortunately, new construction was in progress directly across from 237 Seadrift so we heard lots of noise once 8am rolled around. Noticed upon arrival and during our stay that a few things needed to be fixed ...(a) the shared bathroom light fixture above the toilet needs to be replaced(b) the wall behind the door leading to the masterbathroom toilet needs to be patched(c) the landscape irrigation just outside the twin bedroom window has a leak from a disconnected drip line

Great Lagoon Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed for a week. We had fabulous weather so were able to use the kayaks/paddle boards etc. We also enjoyed access to the beach which is right down the street. The home has lot of wonderful outdoor seating areas. The inside kitchen/living area is very spacious. I felt things could have been a little cleaner and the kitchen cupboards and drawers more organized. It's very well stocked yet hard to find things. I also thought some things should be offered i.e., coffee filters, aluminum foil/wrap or tupperware. There was nothing to store leftovers in. Lots of towels and beach towels but only a few kitchen towels that were very old. Beds were comfortable. There is lots of construction going on so during the week lots of cars and noise from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Highway One Properties was easy work with. Our welcome packet did not have a key or gate pass, they brought these out to us right away. We had an issue with a blind in the master bedroom that was broken. They sent a handyman out within a couple of hours but his fix did not work. Reading a past review, this same blind issue was mentioned. You would think they would have found a better fix for it while they are waiting on a replacement. All and all, it is a great home and would recommend it plus hope to vacation there again in the future.

Amazing place, bring mosquito spray

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is stunning and wonderfully situated on the Seadrift lagoon. You can wake up in the morning and go SUPping or kayaking, and have full views of Mt. Tam. The kitchen is stocked with sufficient equipment (but few sundries such as oil, spices, sugar), there were plenty of towels, and the beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint was that there was a pretty bad mosquito infestation, particularly in the children's room, and we didn't realize it until the first night. I'd recommend bringing some mosquito spray and looking at the walls and ceilings when you first arrive. We were able to get an effective natural/non-toxic spray at the Bolinas market, and once we knew it was an issue we were able to deal with it.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in other homes along the lagoon but one of the best features of this house is the master bedroom overlooks the lagoon. Very peaceful. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed the canoes and paddle boards. Kitchen had all the amenities you could think of. Only minor negatives is the stove burners are not that great (but perhaps that is because we are spoiled at home) and the sofas in the TV room have seen better days. Be prepared to either drive or bike to get to the beach access points as this house is definitely in the middle of Seadrift Rd. Otherwise, we had a fantastic, relaxing time.

We Will Be Back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this home and felt completely at home and welcomed there. The house had a "happy" feel to it and was really comfortable from a well-stocked kitchen to a comfy bed and beyond. While I left some notes for the homeowners and the rental agency, the notes were super minor things that most people probably would not notice. We loved that the house had all the toys you could want/need for a fun time here and the location was great. The only downside of the location may have been that the rental agency may have wanted to warn there are several huge construction projects happening within a few hundred feet so that Monday-Friday, it gets pretty loud after having been really relaxed and peaceful during the weekend. It was an unpleasant surprise and would have appreciated the head's up in advance. But the property itself was just perfect for our week away from home which was only 6 miles!

Wonderful lagoon home!

Plenty of room for our group of friends and family. Sleeps 6 comfortably and has large bathrooms. Everything was clean and it is a well-stocked house. Stylish decor. Great for dogs too. Dishwasher could be upgraded. Overall, we loved it and would return.
