Le secteur riverain exécutif est l’original des 12 premières maisons de Slidell inscrites sur VRBO depuis 2009. Offre le plus de place pour le meilleur rapport qualité-prix, non pas parce que la maison n'est pas évaluée à un taux plus élevé par nuit, mais parce que le propriétaire comprend que les individus ont généralement un budget limité. Il est idéalement situé à 35 minutes. Au centre-ville de Nouvelle-Orléans encore caché de la ville. 45 minutes. À Gulfport MS Casino et plages de sable blanc. La maison est située sur une baie active avec de belles vues à partir de 2 chambres de maître. La chambre est suffisante pour tout le monde, y compris 1500 pieds carrés de surface extérieure couverte. Parking 2 allées séparées pour 4 voitures. Boat house pour le stationnement du bateau (taille de bateau limitée).

Veuillez noter que l'Executive dispose d'une literie suffisante pour 10 personnes et peut accueillir jusqu'à 20 personnes avec une literie supplémentaire. Le front de mer de l'exécutif, est un endroit idéal pour les familles, les couples, les amis, les entreprises et les groupes de toutes sortes. Offre quatre chambres avec deux salles de bains complètes avec une salle de bain complète dans le couloir et une salle de bain complète avec panneau de message. Chaque chambre a son propre bain le rendant confortable et privé pour les clients.

La maison est située à proximité des commerces, du golf, du tennis et de la navigation de plaisance. Elle est particulièrement pratique pour ceux qui passent la nuit pour des événements à La Nouvelle-Orléans.

La suite de la salle de séjour comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs de corriaine, un évier en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable, un compteur enveloppant comprend des sièges et est ouvert sur le salon et salle à manger, une grande télé à écran plat avec son surround, pour obtenir Les effets complets d'être dans une salle de cinéma. Cette zone est ouverte et spacieuse.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bain principale avec jacuzzi. La deuxième chambre principale dispose de 2 lits queen-size avec salle de bain et douche. Deux autres chambres, l'une contient 2 lits jumeaux et 1 lit grand format, avec salle de bain complète dans le couloir.

Afin que tout le confort et les commodités de la maison soient à portée de main, l'Executive dispose d'une laveuse et d'une sécheuse. Micro-ondes, mixer, pot à croquer, autocuiseur, grille-pain et cafetière sont parmi les petits appareils qui sont standard dans l'exécutif. Une fourniture initiale de produits de toilette est fournie.

Great Location with lots of room

The location and house were perfect for our 3 couples and one single person. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The 3000 square feet of space provided a very spacious environment. The location on the bayou was quiet and beautiful! Slidell was interesting town with some good restaurants. You have easy access to New Orleans where we spent a lot of our time. Jacuzzi tub, ping pong table and exercise room were a real pluses and got plenty of use. We would highly recommend this house to everyone who wanted to visit New Orleans but did want to be in the NO chaos or anyone who just wanted to get away to a beautiful place.

Termites swarms, dirty stove and nasty patio

The WiFi did not work, toilets kept stopping up, we were warned of termites swarming just an hour before arriving for an outside evening rehearsal dinner of which owner was previously aware, grill was on a rickety wooden fire hazard deck, stove was dirty and knobs could not be read, a dead dry Christmas tree fire hazard had to be removed and we had to clean the patio.before we could use it. The location on the Bayou was nice during daylight hours and there was plenty of room for our family members attending a wedding in Slidell. The value for the accommodations was not justified. Would not recommend this VRBO to others, especially at this price. Slidell is an awesome place to visit and there are many other VRBOs in the area. Choose wisely.

We are sorry you feel that way, we make it our job to go above and beyond with complimentary coffee, chips, water, fresh flowers, shampoo, soap, conditioner, a Christmas tree to lite in the outdoor fire pit (which we see you used). We encourage all guests who have an issue to please contact us immediately during your stay, not two weeks after checkout and loosing your damage deposit due to damage. We realize you are upset for losing your $100 deposit, in fact our rental team has banned you from renting any property from us in the future, due to the amount of damage and cost, that your $100 deposit does not cover -candle wax dropped on carpet. Broken and damaged items that had to be purchased and put back in the house (toothbrush holder, lamps, BBQ pit, cracked blinds on French door and broken knob on toaster). Outside furniture Barbecue Pit moved downstairs, (rental agreement states "any items moved need to be placed in their original position or there will be a cost associated with it") as housekeeping does not move furniture and moving company had to be paid to come in and move items to their original place. Surveillance cameras showing guest driving on the front lawn instead of backing out the driveway and indicating 8 guest but actual having 12 guest. You paid $1280 for 4 day/night stay and an BBQ event at the house. To address your issues, the toilet will back up when guest to do not hold handle down to allow toilet to completely flush (a note is placed by toilet indicating this) or put sanitary items in toilets. The oven is a self cleaning oven, WIFI works, as for termites swarming in Louisiana we have no control over that. You reassured us before renting, the property that you would keep the property in good condition as you are a Mississippi realtor. It's also astonishing arrogant and unprofessional to defame a property because you lost $100 deposit. Best regards, Courtney Thompson, Rental Team

The home owner let us know on the arrival day that they were no longer allowed to do short term rentals. They said they received the letter from the city a week prior to our arrival date, but they did not inform us until I contacted them to get the access code! I would not rent from them!

Thanksgiving with my family in Slidell

The property was perfect for my large family who came from several states to celebrate. It is a tradition that we have done now for many years, since we no longer have our home in New Orleans since Hurricane Katrina. This is our one way of getting together for a family good time. The house had enough rooms and bath to accommodate us. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and although we had a little trouble trying to figure our the stove, we manage. The labels on the stove was worn making it difficult to read. We were pleased with the property.

Neglected home

The location, communication with property manager, timings etc were all excellent (service front). The home itself felt like it was neglected. 2 bathroom doors did not lock. There were cleanliness jssues. Closets and dressers were not usable due to the wear and tear... bathrooms were iffy.not recommended with kids and family.

Nice place!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. I mean they thought of everything! Few quirky things like the grill didn't work right and the burner on the stove was hard to get turned off but it didn't interrupt a good time! Plenty of room for our family. Bayou out back had alligators floating by and active boating which was nice. Close to activites in New Orleans. Good communication with the owner. We enjoyed it very much. Beds and open kitchen/ living room very comfortable! Def recommend!!

Swarm of termites

First of all, the iron doesn’t work and we needed clothes ironed. Stove is very faulty it is hard to shut off. Friday night only after 1 night stay. We were swarmed by termites that were coming out of the wall and out of the baseboards. We had no clue there was a such thing as termite season until the house was covered with termites. Half of the guests which is my brother and his family was so horrified till the point they drove all the way back to Atlanta late at night. After calling customer service they tried putting a bandaid on the situation and saying turn off the lights and they will go away. (So much for being like at home) And we were told we would not get any money back. I would not recommend this property to my enemy! This house needs to be removed. (My recommendation)

We are sorry to hear about your stay. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about termite season every house on the water in the area is dealing with termite season. However we did leave instructions on the counter on how to minimize termites trying to get into the home they gravitate to the lights. (Termite season can last from 1 week to 4 weeks and anytime from April to June). Unfortunately, this is the first time of us hearing about the iron not working. We would have been more than happy to have maintenance drop you off another iron to you. We're not able to correct an issue if you let us know after your vacation.

Lots of Room

Great bridal headquarters

Overall a nice property. Some quirky update issues. Jacuzzi tub did not work. Electrical outlets either in oddn places or came out of the wall on the kitchen. Not able to turn on lights on back deck to enjoy evening bbqs. Hostess offered many extra pluses in dishes and toiletries. Master bedroom bed amazingly comfortable

Hi Michelle thank you for your response you're correct the Jacuzzi button did not work due to the previous guests and unfortunately the part took 2 days to delivery. The Neighbor Next Door bedroom is right by the back porch and we avoid lights and asked all guest to be courteous of after 10 p.m. on the porch but you may also enjoy the 1500 square foot covered area downstairs that is lit up with lights.

Property was beautiful and the house was great!!

Everything was great with the stay. The only complaint I had, which was minor, is that the owners contact info is not listed and it was hard to get in touch. I'm not sure if there was a problem on VRBO's side or if they didn't post the info intentionally, but that was frustrating.

Family getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay . The house was like a home away from home . It had everything you would have in your own home. The location was perfect . We observed two rabbits playing in the back yard and an alligator swam close to the bank of the river very entertaining. I look forward to returning next year.

The house was good, for an older house. Lots of room for a big family.

We had 17 family members across 3 generations and everyone had lots of fun. Everyone enjoyed the time spent at the house and the convenience of being able to quickly run in to the beautiful beeches at Bay St Louis Mississippi or New Orleans Louisiana. Everyone had a great time running the crab pots furnished by the house and watching the alligators and jumping fish in the bayou. The one disappointing thing was the misunderstanding about the one hour boat tour of the bayou; it isn't included in the price unless it's a 5 night stay.

Great location and perfect size for our large group!

Our group included three families that consisted of seven adults and five teenagers. There were four bedrooms and four bathrooms, which was just right for us. We loved the location and the size of the house. The view from the back porch was amazing! The kitchen had all the appliances, pots, pans, dishes, and glasses that you would need. Towels and linens were also included. We were definitely stay at this house again!

Great location with everything you could need very close by. Short drive to New Orleans!

We had a great time. My son was able to fish all he wanted, right off the back porch. My daughter was able to see the sights in New Orleans. Worked great all around! The place was very nice and quite large. We only had one minor issue with heat, but it was remedied quickly! Excellent stay!

Great location, lots of room.

Really enjoyed our stay in Slidell. Property was large, clean and in a great location. Spent a lot of time in New Orleans but this made a great place to come back to and relax. Owners were FANTASTIC and did everything they could to make our stay even that much better. Highly recommend.

Perfect for our family!

This was the perfect choice for our family vacation. This house has a great layout, plenty of space for everyone and everything you need to enjoy your stay.
