A happy time at Lilliput

We had a most enjoyable two week holiday at this lovely place, made even more so by the kindness of the host. In the heat, the pool and its surroundings were very welcome.The property is accessible and within easy reach of good local facilities, restaurants and places to visit.Many thanks to our hosts for the happy time at Lilliput.

Great stay!

We loved every moment of our stay at Casaliliput! The, garden, the pool, the house and the people :-) The house is lovely and very clean. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had on holiday, perfect! Tommy, thanks so much for making us feel welcome in your home, for always checking in if there was anything we needed and for your tips for outings in the area. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back if we’re in the area!

Had a fabulous time. Tommaso was great, and the place was great - complimentary wine alongside cakes baked by Tommaso's mother made it all the greater. Loads to visit in the area too - quite stunning scenery around there that i hadn't appreciated was the case. So, yes, all in all, great. In fact i wish I were still there....

Everything was fine!

Everything was wonderful and we are very sorry that we could only stay one night. If we go back to this beautiful area of ​​Italy, we will definitely book again. A stay there is like with old acquaintances, with a wonderful accommodation and not to forget: the walnuts and the homemade cake! It is all great and we can highly recommend the stay there.

Nice house, beautiful pool, very friendly hosts

We spent two wonderful weeks in Sassoferato in July 2016. Tommasso and his family are really kind and helpful people and made us feel more than welcome. We very much enjoyed the large pool which is set in a beautiful garden. Sassoferato is a nice town and a good starting point for trips in the beautiful Marche region. We visited Urbino, Gubbio, the Verdicchio wine region and the nice beaches. We would surely recommend casa Lilliput.

Wonderful and relaxing

We spent a week in Casa Lilliput and we had an amazing time. The house is very clean (was also cleaned during our stay), large enough for 4 adults and the garden is wonderful. The pool is great and nice places to visit (Frasassi caves, Perugia, Gubbio, Jesi) are nearby. On arrival there was cold water, wine and a freshly baked pie (delicious :)). The hospitality of the owners is something to mention separately. Tommaso is really a great host and always available if you have any questions. We had a great stay and definitely recommend Casa Lilliput!

A lovely little villa in an unspoilt area of Italy.

We had a lovely time in this villa. It was as described with two bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom. We had a nice little patio for meals too outside the villa and a big garden to play in. Our daughter loved the pools and the play equipment and we enjoyed the BBQ. A great stay with lovely generous hosts who helped with local knowledge and made us feel very welcome. We even had fresh vegetables for the week from the garden. This area is off the beaten tourist track so a real gem. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Holidays like with friends...

You can only say the best about this accommodation. We were warmly welcomed, dedicated and extremely friendly. We immediately felt very well taken in as if visiting old friends. After all, we're just sad that we could only stay one night anyway. The accommodation was very clean, food was also provided (walnuts, home-baked cake). For anyone looking for accommodation in this beautiful spot of Italy, staying in the Casalilliput is highly recommended. Especially with children (large park, pool, so much space to play).

Wonderful family vacation

We were already 2007 in the Marche and were then as now enthusiastic about the wonderful nature and the hospitality of the people in this area. The description and photos, which we were able to look on the internet before us, not only fulfilled our wishes but were definitely exceeded. Our little home was clean and we felt very well, already almost felt like "at home". The Park as a landscaped garden and of course this super great pool were pure, not only for me and my husband recreation, but also for our 4 year old son. Whenever we had a question or needed something, our landlord and his family were there, stood us with words and deeds aside and also had for our son like a sympathetic ear. We hope the dogs are doing well because they are very dear to us. Even the barbecue with our landlord, family and friends was magical and we felt very welcome. Our trips to the sea by Marcelli, after Fabriano and Ancona, we have enjoyed to the fullest and will remember for a long time about it. We hope to find a way to come back soon and have our great vacation home also already recommended to friends. All the best for the family and Rosso. Family Gruner

Location dans un lieu calme.Grande piscine et grand jardin très bien entretenus.Accueil familial des propriétaires chaleureux et disponibles. "Hébergement dans une maison individuelle indépendante des propriétaires. Logement très propre, très très calme repos complet assuré, bord de village vue sur la campagne, grande piscine accessible sans restriction. Parking assuré dans la propriété. Een heerlijk huis, met ruim voldoende voorzieningen. Dat het geen airco heeft (er zijn wel ventilatoren) is voor ons geen belemmering geweest. Overdag alles dicht houden 's avonds alles open waardoor het heerlijk kon doorwaaien en afkoelen. Het zwembad is fantastisch! Tommaso is een gezellige en zeer goede gastheer. Met veel kennis over de omgeving en wat en waar te bezichtigen.Het huis staat op een prachtige plek en is een prima uitvalbasis voor allerlei dagtrips. Bij aankomst stond er een heerlijke zelfgemaakte taart en wat etenswaren voor het ontbijt klaar. En het concept gratis wijn zouden ze op meer plekken mogen doen :).

Quattro giorni in un' oasi di pace

Location bellissima per chi ama la natura e la tranquillità, oltre le aspettative. Il parco e la piscina ben tenuti e molto belli. L' accoglienza molto cordiale e attenta, oltre che gustosa (ottimo vino, crostata casalinga e prodotti per la colazione). L' abitazione piccola ma molto curata, cucina nuova e molto pulita come il resto della casa. Nelle vicinanze molti luoghi da visitare, soprattutto le meravigliose grotte di Frasassi. Cercherò di tornare

Magico !

Quando si scrive una recensione é sempre un problema, soprattutto quando il luogo ti é piaciuto tanto, perché poi hai sempre la paura di non trovare più posto ! Cominceró col dire, che il parco che circonda la proprietá é bellissimo e si nota che le piante una ad una vengono amate. La piscina é una meraviglia, ma quello che mi ha stupita di piú é che ogni animaletto, ha un nome come "Peppe" lo scoiattolo.La famiglia che ci ha accolti, ci ha fatto sentire a casa ! IL mio saluto vá a Tommaso, Gianna e Aldo, senza dimenticare i miei 2 cuoricini, "Zaira" e "Rosina".

Ruhige Wohnung , sehr schöne Gegend

Völlig unkomplizierter Check in/out, alles entspricht der Beschreibung! Toller riesiger Garten mit Pool, in dem man, auch ohne die sehr lohnenswerten Ausflüge(Urbino, Gubbio, Frasassi Höhlen....) einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbringen könnte!!

Fantastic place, the owner and his family are super nice and welcoming. The town is very typical Italian (and no tourists) and the owner will be happy to help you find good spots to eat and to visit. We had a wounderful time.

Fantastisch verblijf

The house is little, but big enough for 4 people and it has everything you need. The garden is very big with a great pool and many possibilities to sit or lie in the sun (or shadow). Tommaso, the owner, is extremely friendly and helpful. He gives you tips for good restaurants, makes the reservations if you ask him and knows the nice villages to visit. He keeps the swimmingpool super clean, one day it had been very windy so the pool was full of leaves, but he cleaned it until 3 o’clock in the night. The family lives across casa Lilliput, so that’s easy when you have a question, but they give you all the privacy you need. There are a lot of nice, old villages and beautiful nature to visit like Urbino, Spello and Gubbio and don’t forget the caves. So book this lovely house if you want a peaceful stay in a gorgeous enivronment.

Una vacanza in paradiso

Non ci sono parole per descrivere la bellezza di questo luogo, l'incantevole cura e l'amore che i proprietari dedicano a questa proprietà, la tranquillità che qui regna sovrana a ogni ora del giorno e della notte. Casa Lilliput è un vero gioiellino, il parco che la circonda è davvero un pezzo di paradiso, ricco di alberi, piante e fiori di ogni tipo che crescono rigogliosi e sono una vera gioia per gli occhi. La grande piscina immersa nel verde e l'area attrezzata (davvero attrezzata di tutto!!!) che la circonda sono il top per trascorrere giornate all'insegna del relax e godersi un pasto o una buona grigliata senza doversi allontanare. Questo luogo offre davvero un'esperienza meravigliosa a grandi e piccini: relax, tranquillità, spensieratezza, divertimento in tutta sicurezza. E poi ci sono loro, i proprietari! Loro sono il grande valore aggiunto di questo luogo da fiaba. Tutto il loro amore per questa tenuta è palese e si manifesta nella cura per ogni singolo angolino: dalla casa, al parco, alla piscina, tutto qui è davvero il risultato di una grande dedizione, di tanto lavoro e impegno. E poi ci sono le pelosette Zaira e Rosina, che sono un amore!!! Non possiamo che ringraziare infinitamente Tommaso (che dedica ogni momento della giornata alla proprietà e che sfoggia un carisma raro da trovare), Claudia (che è un vero angelo sceso in terra), Gianna (grande Donna e Mamma che ama ogni singola foglia ed ogni essere vivente di questo luogo e che trasmette qualcosa di magico) e Aldo (che abbiamo conosciuto poco ma che per aver scelto di vivere in un luogo del genere e per avere una famiglia simile non può che essere un uomo straordinario) per aver reso meravigliosa la nostra vacanza. Fantastico! Non vedo l’ora di tornarci!

La nostra vacanza a Sassoferrato è stata eccezionale! Il posto è molto bello, immerso nel verde, ma a due passi dal paese che ha tutti i servizi essenziali (supermarket, farmacia, ristoranti - alcuni davvero notevoli - giochi per i bimbi, negozi e persino, se dovesse servire, un piccolo presidio ospedaliero). La posizione geografica è strategica: a pochi km dal mare (noi siamo andati un paio di volte a Senigallia, che ha grandi spiagge di sabbia e un mare a misura di bambini) e da città d’arte come Urbino, Gubbio, Perugia, ecc. Inoltre è a 10 km dalle grotte di Frasassi che valgono assolutamente una visita. La casa, pulitissima e funzionale, è perfetta per 4 persone (con due camere da letto e una cucina abitabile dotata di tutto l'occorrente e un terrazzino dove si può mangiare). Non c’è l’aria condizionata, ma io (che di solito patisco il caldo e quando c’è la tengo al massimo) vi posso assicurare che non se ne sente la mancanza. La casa ha due arie, le finestre hanno delle zanzariere ottime e di sera si sta freschi il giusto (noi siamo stati lì 2 settimane ad agosto e si stava benissimo). La casa, infine, ha DUE valori aggiunti enormi. Uno è la piscina. Splendida, grande, con idromassaggio per gli adulti, cascatella e piccola piscina per i bambini (40 cm. di profondità mi pare). È pulitissima e molto curata, in mezzo a un grande prato dotato di sdraio, barbecue e casetta con frigo, posate, ecc. Insomma, ci si passano volentieri le giornate e anche le serate (con grigliata!). L’altro grande valore aggiunto sono gli host, i padroni di casa. Tommaso e Claudia ci hanno accolto con grande simpatia e altrettanta professionalità facendoci subito sentire degli amici, più che dei “semplici” villeggianti. Per dire...la mamma di Tommaso ci ha persino fatto trovare un omaggio gastronomico di benvenuto, tipico della zona, all’arrivo! Non pensate però a dei “tradizionali” proprietari di campagna, con cui parlare solo di fiori, animali e bellezze naturali per tutto il tempo. Tommaso e Claudia sono, anche, due veri “cittadini del mondo” con esperienze cosmopolite e decisamente fuori dal comune (Un consiglio: fatevele raccontare davanti a un buon bicchiere di vino a bordo piscina, una sera, mentre aguzzate lo sguardo per vedere i caprioli che passano nel parco poco lontano. Merita!). Insomma il nostro soggiorno a Sassoferrato è stato davvero perfetto. Rilassante, interessante, comodo e divertente. Non vedo l’ora di tornare!
