Maison entiÚrement rénovée - 6 maisons de sable - AC / Vélos!

Ceci est l'unité en bas de notre duplex entiÚrement rénové (entrées totalement séparées). Vous pouvez également louer l'unité à l'étage - VRBO: 615772 ou les louer à la fois pour les grandes réunions de famille.

3 chambres / 2 salles de bain, tout est neuf et propre, moderne et magnifique.

Chambres Ă  coucher:
Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond, AC, Smart TV, placards, nouveaux lits super confortables!

La chambre principale est spacieuse avec un dressing avec laveuse et sécheuse, une salle de bain avec une grande douche et une télévision de 46 '.

La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen size, une télévision à écran plat, des portes de placard en miroir.

La troisiÚme chambre a un lit superposé avec 2 matelas en taille réelle, une télévision à écran plat, un placard avec miroir rempli de jeux, des livres.

Salle de bain:
Les salles de bain sont bien approvisionnĂ©es en armoires Ă  pharmacie (sĂšche-cheveux, savons, shampoing, revitalisant, T. P.), placards de rangement sous le placard, ventilateurs d’humiditĂ©. Salle de bain principale a une grande douche avec banc et couloir salle de bain a combo douche baignoire).

Cuisine:
La cuisine a tous les nouveaux appareils (cuisiniÚre à gaz / four, réfrigérateur / congélateur avec glace, lave-vaisselle,) et est fourni avec presque tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour cuisiner; bouilloire, M. Coffee 10 cafetiÚre avec filtres, eau filtrée, grille-pain, pots et casseroles, et quelques condiments de base, etc.

Parking:
1 place de parking / garage par unité (2 places si aucune autre unité n'est louée).

Beach Gear:
Le garage est rempli de vélos, de planches de surf, de boogie boards, de tentes escamotables, de tonnes de combinaisons de plongée de toutes tailles et, sous les escaliers, des chaises de plage, des parasols, des glaciÚres, des jouets de plage pour les enfants, etc.

Emplacement:
La 37Úme rue est une rue magnifique, elle possÚde l'une des meilleures plages et spots de surf de la région, elle se trouve à une rue du début du trottoir, il y a une tour de surveillance, un parc de l'autre cÎté de la rue avec un terrain de basket, jungle gymnase avec balançoires et pelouse ombragée idéale pour les pique-niques.

La 37e rue est une rue à sens unique et la plupart du temps fermée en rouge, vous n'avez donc pas de personnes qui chargent et déchargent leurs voitures à votre porte et il y a moins de circulation sur la rue.

Home run rental

I wasn’t sure exactly where to stay for my trip to NB and last minute settle on this rental. It was a perfect location, a ten minute walk to the peer and an even quicker bike ride(bikes were provided by renter. The house was clean, updated with a perfect kitchen and two new bathrooms. All of my communication with the property manager were met Within minutes. Once in the place there was a great book on the table that answered any and all question relating to location, security, utilities and things to do. The cherry on top was our own parking spot in the garage. I highly recommend this rental.

Birthday weekend

This place is a gem. The property manager Lisa is responsive and easy to work with. The house is clean and fresh and literally steps from the beach. We loved the bikes and beach equipment available for our use. Overall, my family and a few extra guests had a relaxing and fun time celebrating my birthday weekend. My 18 year old said the location was perfect, near all the areas he likes to be when in Newport Beach. We will be back!

Fantastic Spring Break in Newport

Given all the positive reviews I felt confident going into our stay, and I was right on. Everything with our stay went as expected. Great location, great clean place, lots of extras and a great host. Beds were comfy and communication was great. You can't go wrong with this property and the host.

Great Location!

Lisa was a great host! She is very accommodating and kept us well-informed about the property & Newport Beach. The parking that is offered is a small space - but worked well for us as we didn’t use the car at all once we parked. Everything needed is within walking & biking distance. Grocery stores, variety of restaurants, pharmacy, bars & shopping are all within a 2 mile radius. We often took the bikes to the Balboa Fun Zone, played on the beach, and walked the beach. We stayed here with 6 people- 2 adults, 2 teens, 2 pre-teens & it was the perfect size for us with ideal sleeping spaces. Very clean, generous toiletries & all the basics for cooking. We had a very lovely stay. Thank you, Lisa!

Amazing Beach House With All Amenities Included

Lisa is an highly responsive, kind, accommodating hostess whose beach house is nothing short of amazing with all amenities included (cruiser bikes, surf boards, bogie boards, wet suits, frisbees, corn hole, fins, sand toys). Plenty of towels, beach towels,beach chairs, beach umbrellas, very comfortable beds, multiple washers and dryers with detergent available for guest use. We had 6 in our family and it was perfect. With amenities at house, we did not have to burn valuable time driving to rent anything and do much more than relax on a beautiful beach. We really enjoyed our experience!

Very Clean and lots of toys

Balboa quaintness

Property was exactly as advertised. Impeccably cleaned and well stocked. Located on a cute street within steps to the beach. Mgr Lisa was great. Would definitely stay here again. Very good location to other beaches and Angels stadium. Thank you!

Well equipped and spotless!

We have been going to Newport Beach for years and this is the best property we have stayed at. It had everything you could want for adults, teens, and kids to enjoy the beach. We also loved having the bikes to get around. Lisa takes pride in the property and it was very clean and well maintained.

Everything provided

1st rental we ever stayed that provided for every need. Cleaning supplies , toilet paper and towels, beach towels coffee, bikes ,surf boards, beach chairs, air conditioning, TVs in all rooms. Owner thought of everything.. thanks Lisa for providing an excellent home . Our grandkids had a ball in the surf..

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay in Lisa’s wonderful home . Everything was so close , we walked to the grocery store.. we rode the bikes that were provided by Lisa , to Huntington and also to the pier. The bikes were great . The house was so airy , clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you

Great Beach House....steps from sand!

We had a great vacation, always love Newport Beach on the peninsula. The house was only a few from the beach, quiet street and only a few minutes walking/biking from the action closer to the pier. Lisa was very attentive before and during our stay. She was helpful and answered all our questions. The house was fully equipped with towels and toiletries. There was also a ton of beach stuff - chairs, wagons, sand toys, umbrellas, surf/boogie boards, wet suits, bikes...really anything you needed was at the house. Great house and great stay, highly recommend.

Wonderful week at the beach!

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying in this great beach house! The home was very clean when we arrived and attention had been taken to ensure we felt comfortable checking in during an uncertain time with the virus. Lisa is a great communicator and made sure we had all we needed! The home sleeps 5 adults very comfortably and the beds and linens are all very nice. Kitchen is well stocked and the location could not be better! We used the bikes that Lisa provides many times as well as the beach chairs, etc. This was our first time staying down at the peninsula and we loved it. We will be back for sure :) Thank you Lisa for all you’ve done to make your home a perfect beach rental, we hope to be back next summer!

We are a local family that loves the beach. We had been looking for a beach house for years and finally found the perfect one on our favorite street! We are a down to earth family and work really hard. It takes a lot of work to keep the house up to our standards, but we think it is worth it! We want our guests to come to Newport and go home with great memories!

This property is on one of the best beaches in the area, not too crowded, great surf, great sand, next to lifeguard station, majority owner-occupied street so its quieter and cleaner, walking distance to shopping, board walk, restaurants, parks, great coffee and more.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

When you arrive at the house, you will find a charming and modern, super clean, fully renovated house with new and modern furniture and everything you need in the garage to enjoy the beach. We provide beach towels, bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards, we have wagons for you to take everything to the beach (even though it's only 6 houses away). Parking can be very tough in the summer but you won't have to worry - you'll have at least 1 spot in the carport - 2 spots if no one is renting the other upstairs.
