Il s’agit d’une maison de ville sur la plage située au cœur de la ville urbaine de Mid-Town! Il est situé dans la communauté de Broad Marsh sur la 69ème rue. Il est juste un pâté de maisons de l'océan et un bloc de la baie. La communauté dispose également d'une piscine, ouverte du week-end du Memorial Day au Sunfest Weekend en septembre. Cette maison offre une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan sur les 2e et 3e étages de la maison. C'est un bloc court de la plage. Il est proche de la piscine communautaire de Broad Marsh.

Cette unité a tout le mobilier et les accessoires appropriés, et il est joliment décoré. Cette unité peut accueillir 12 personnes - 1 lit king dans la chambre principale, 2 lits jumeaux dans la 2ème chambre, 2 ensembles de lits superposés (soit 4 lits jumeaux) dans la 3ème chambre, 1 lit queen dans la 4ème chambre et 1 canapé-lit queen le salon, qui peut être fermé pour la vie privée avec un ensemble de portes françaises. Parce que cet appareil est capable de dormir un grand nombre de personnes, il est idéal pour les familles élargies au cours de la haute saison. WiFi est disponible.

Le parking est pas un problème car il y a un grand garage pour une voiture à l'arrière de la maison. Il y a également deux places de stationnement dans l'allée à l'arrière de la maison. Il y a aussi un parking public adéquat sur la 69ème rue.

Garer la voiture pendant une semaine et marcher partout. Il est commode de l'océan, des restaurants, mini-golf, parcs d'attractions et plus encore!

Cette unité est loué à la semaine (du samedi au samedi) au cours de la haute saison. Néanmoins, des mini-semaines sont disponibles en dehors de la saison avec un minimum de 3 nuits pour des événements spéciaux tels que St. Patrick's, fête du printemps, week-end de croisière, week-end du Jour du Souvenir, fête du Travail, semaine des motards, fête du soleil, week-end Corvette, croisière interminable en été, etc.

It was a great location. Short walk to beach a big plus. Parking was nit a problem at all. Townhouse was spacious which helped a lot with giving everyone their own space. Grandkids loved the bunkbeds.

Best stay in Ocean City

The pictures don’t do justice on how spacious the home is! We were a group of 12 and we had more than enough space for everyone! It’s right across the ocean and the location is away, yet near, to the hustle and bustle of downtown. The price for this place is also unbeatable! Ed and Lorraine communicated everything we needed to make our stay, check in/out seamless. Our group felt so lucky to have found this home!! Amazing place!!

This is a great stay in a great location! 69th is midtown but the bus runs all day for a small once a day price to take you downtown to the inlet and boardwalk. Was here for ocean’s calling festival and fit our needs perfectly.

69th Street Trip

Was a very lovely house & it accommodated our family perfectly. It’s an awesome location within walking distance of many great places to eat & shop & it’s only a 2 block walk to the beach which was great. The owners were very responsive to the one issue we had & communication with them from the time we booked until we left was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

We really had a enjoyable vacation. The location is very convenient— close to beach, restaurant, kayaking place, the community pool. The rooms are comfortable and nice. We did bring our bedding, due to Pandemic. The owner is nice and responsive. We will return for vacation in the future.

Nice area place is spacious, not enough couch or chairs that are comfortable to sit on in big room. TV did not function in big room . The biggest problem is laundry dryer not working properly. Also cooking pans need to be replaced. To much time scrubbing pans.

Kris, we appreciate your feedback. I presume when you mention the "Big Room" you are referring to the Kitchen/Dining Room area. We apologize about the TV as the previous renter probably accidentally took or threw away the remote control. The remote has now been replaced. We know there is a problem with the dryer, and we will address it this weekend and either replace it or have it fixed. We will also assess our pots and pans later this season.

Great location, not as clean as we would have hoped

The house is in an amazing location in walking distance to tons of great restaurants, ice cream, mini golf and of course the beach. It was a functional property that accommodated 8 adults without feeling like we were on top of each other. We specifically enjoyed the large tv in the kitchen as well as hanging out on the patio at night. It would have been nice if some chairs or beach accessories were provided but we purchased everything we needed from the Walmart that was only 15 minutes away. Unfortunately as far as cleanliness we were disappointed overall. The bathroom in the queen bedroom was either not cleaned or quickly skimmed. It was the only toilet in the house that did not have a a “this bathroom was sanitized” label across the toilet, there was toothpaste all over the faucet and the floor was dirty with loose hairs. The floors throughout the home were dirty and we had to buy a pack of baby wipes for every room in order to wipe the black off of the bottom of our feet from walking around before we got into bed. My sister had a chicken wing, water bottle and some other snack remnants under her bunk bed. The stove top in the kitchen was grimy and the table cloth was so dirty that my mom had to wash it and we bought disposable ones from Walmart to use instead. We also had to purchase Clorox wipes to clean several of the surfaces. Aside from the cleanliness which we took care of on our own and the beds being uncomfortable, we truly had an overall wonderful vacation.

We take great pride in our townhouse at the beach. We hire a cleaning company to clean the townhouse between rentals, and normally we are pleased with the work they do. Possibly the cleaning people thought no one had stayed in the entry level bedroom, and they did not clean it or the attached bathroom the particular Saturday that you arrived. Or possibly it was an extra busy Saturday for them. We have alerted our cleaning company to the issues that you have raised, and they promise to be extra vigilant. To future renters: It is your right to notify us or the cleaning company right away if you run into similar problems.
