La maison de vacances "Aroma di Mare" est situèe au centre de Ostie,près de la gare "Lido Centro" et à 400 mètres de la mer.Elle est facilement joignable de la gare de Termini en environ 40 minutes avec le train Rome-Ostia. Il faut seulement 2 arrèts pour arriver au site archèologique d'Ostia Antica et quelques minutes pour rejoindre la forèt de pins de Castel Fusano ou le bord de la mer d'Ostie avec ses nombreuses plages,où,en ètè,vous pouvez profiter de la vie nocturne animèe.

Perfect Stay – Close to Beach & Train Station

We felt completely at home in the apartment as a family. The place was clean, well-equipped, and offered space for all of us. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent location: if you're traveling by public transport, you'll really appreciate how close it is to the train station – just a few minutes' walk. The beach is also within easy walking distance, making the stay especially relaxing. The host was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay for anyone traveling without a car but still wanting everything close by. We'd love to come back!

Nous recommandons l’appartement qui doit être bien sympathique au printemps ou en été grâce à sa petit cour que nous n’avons pas utilisée. Logement très propre et agréable et propriétaire très accueillante.

Vacances à Rome

Appartement très confortable et spacieux, lits super, terrasse très agréable, parking sécurisé, il y a pleins de commerces à côté et le train pour aller à Rome. La plage à quelques mètres et de bons restaurants. A refaire sans problèmes et la propriétaire est très sympathique. Idéal pour plusieurs jours de vacances.

Beau séjour à Ostie

Beau séjour passé à Ostie. Juste quelques remarques sur les lits simples proposés < 2m. L'interlocutrice à Ostie était facilement joignable et avenante pour des conseils mais ne parlait pas anglais.

Hello! thanks for your kind review. I think that the beds in my apartment respect the rules according to the Italian style. The Italian standard. They are followed by the Italian ones, which measure on average 80 × 190 cm if we are talking about those with a square, 120x190 cm for those with a square and a half or 160x200 cm for the double, and they are at the top in the European rankings beating Spain, Austria, Switzerland. , Germany and France. Unfortunately I don't speak English, even though I studied it, but luckily we have google translator that allows us to communicate in multiple languages. "Thanks you Camilla, for a lovely stay at your appartment in Lido Ostia. The place is freshly renovated and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio. The facilities are just steps away from the appartment: supermarket, restaurant and train station. We visited easily all we wanted in Rome (30 min by train), Ostia Antica (10 min on the train), while enjoying the more quiet Lido di Ostia when we wanted to get away from the crowds of tourists. A lovely place."

Moderne Wohnung in toller Lage

Camillas Ferienwohnung ARoma di Mare hat unseren Erwartungen und der Beschreibung vollkommen entsprochen. Sie war sehr sauber, hat zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch und einem großen Esstisch. Die Küche hat einen zusätzlichen kleinen Essplatz und von ihr aus kommt man auf die Terrasse mit dem Esstisch im freien. Die Einrichtung ist modern und zweckmäßig. Die Küche ist mit Geschirr, Besteck und Zubehör gut ausgestattet und der Gasherd funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend. Fussläufig ist der Bahnhof in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Auf dem Weg dorthin befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, weshalb die Wohnung auch hervorragend für die Anreise mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr geeignet ist. Mit dem Zug und der Metro ist das Zentrum von Rom in etwas mehr als einer Stunde erreichbar. Die Anfahrt zur Ferienwohnung mit dem Auto ist unkompliziert und der Parkplatz im abgeschlossenen Hof. Der Pkw sollte aber nicht größer als ein Audi Q5 sein, sonst wird es eng und man muss mit Kontaktparkern rechnen. Die Ferienwohnung selbst befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im EG. Das Haus ist wie die Wohnung picobello sauber und wir einmal in der Woche von einem Putzteam gereinigt. Camillas Empfang war sehr freundlich. Sie war gut erreichbar. Als uns ein Schlüssel abgebrochen ist hat sie ihn schnell und unkompliziert ersetzt. Die Wohnung hätte von uns fünf Punkte bekommen, wäre sie nicht so hellhörig.

Große Wohnung mit vollkommener Ausstattung in zentraler Lage. Man ist sofort am Bahnhof um nach Rom zu fahren aber auch mit wenigen Schritten am Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants alles extrem nah. Natürlich hört man das Leben in der Stadt im einen rum, aber dass gehört dazu. Ganz toll ist die Terrasse. Hier kann man die Tage beginnen oder ausklingen lassen. Für Italien-Fans perfekte Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen

Die Wohnung ist nur 3 Minuten vom Bahnhof Lido Centrale und ca. 40 Minuten zum Zentrum Roms entfernt. Diretk nebenan befinden sich ein Café, ein Schnellimbiss und ein Supermarkt. In 15 Minuten ist man am kostenlosen Strand, auf dem Weg kommt durch die Fußgängerzone. Einziger Nachteil: durch die zentrale Lage ist es nachts recht laut in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch und ein Klappbett, so dass bis zu 6 Personen Platz haben. Im Bad steht eine Waschmaschine, die Küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestatt mit Ausnahme eines Ofens. auch gibt es einen netten Garten. Hier empfiehlt sich Anti Brumm oder Autan, denn es gibt viele Stechmücken. Am Stran gibt es viele kommerzielle Strände, wo man Eintritt, Liegen und Schirme bezahlt. Es gibt weiter nördlich (vom Aussichtsplatz rechts) auch schöne kostenlose Strände mit Toiletten und freistehenden Duschen. Wenn man Kultur und Strand verbinden will bietet sich dieses Apartment an. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich.

Sofort wieder

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Camilla hat uns sehr gut alles erklärt. Wo finden wir einen tollen Strand, wo gibt es das beste Eis, die leckerste Pizza, wie kommen wir nach Rom, was müssen wir beachten,... Die Terrasse war ein Traum. Morgens zum Frühstücken oder Mittags um vor der Hitze zu flüchten oder Abends zum draussen den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Lage ist Perfekt. Der Bahnhof ist ums Eck, der nächste Supermarkt nur ein paar Häuser weiter. Zum Stand, Restaurants,... auch nur 5 min zu Fuß. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung wirklich weiter.

Very nice apartment in a super location

Sonne pur!!!!

Die Wohnung ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus hat alles was man braucht(außer Klimaanlage). Befindet sich jedoch Nah an der Hauptstrasse. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, spricht leider kein Deutsch. Sehr gute Verbindung mit dem U-Bahn nach Rom. 50 m zum Supermarkt, ca. 10 min. bis zum kostenlosen Strand. Abschließbare Parkplatz, W-Lan. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Wunderbare Tage in ostia Lido und Rom

Vielen Dank an Camilla und Alessandro für dem tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Ostia Lido. Wir waren mit drei Kindern dort und haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet und auf der kleinen Terrasse lässt sich prima frühstücken. Camilla hat uns gleich mit sehr guten Tipps versorgt für Restaurants usw. in Lido Ostia und war jederzeit ansprechbar für Fragen. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige hundert Meter vom Bahnhof Lido Centro entfernt, von dem aus man bequem und in akzeptabler Zeit nach Rom fahren kann. Unter der Woche sind die Züge und die Metro natürlich manchmal sehr voll. Aber, was gibt es schöneres als nach dem Sightseeing nochmal schnell ins Meer zu springen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ringrazio molto gli ultimi ospiti per gli apprezzamenti sulla funzionalità mia casa e sulla comodità dei mezzi di trasporto. Sono contenta che abbiano trovato ogni cosa di loro gradimento. Die Wohnung liegt gut, um Ausflüge nach Rom zu machen oder Strandtage zu verbringen. Sie ist nett eingerichtet und für alle Eventualitäten ausgestattet. Allerdings hat sie keine Klimaanlage und auch keine Mückengitter. Wenn man also nachts kühle Luft hereinlassen möchte, muss man mit den Mücken und den Geräuschen von draußen leben.

Grazie per la sua recensione. L' aria condizionata non è necessaria perchè Ostia è una cittadina molto fresca e l'appartamento è ben ventilato avendo una doppia esposizione. A disposizione degli ospiti nelle camere da letto ci sono i ventilatori usati finora dagli ospiti solo in caso di un caldo eccezionale nei mesi di giugno/luglio. Il problema delle zanzare è comune in Italia nei mesi estivi e si risolve seriamente solo con una buona disinfestazione da parte degli organismi competenti. Mi auguro di averla ancora ospite di Aroma di Mare anche nelle altre stagioni, da settembre a maggio. Cordiali saluti.

Wonderful apartment

Wonderful, beautiful apartment. We felt right at home. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach, not beach front like advertised, but totally not a problem. A quick 5 minute walk to the train station with a 30min ride into Rome. It was perfect to be outside the city. Loved it!!

Comfortable apartment within easy reach of Rome

Very nice apartment in a convenient location. Everything was as described and the owners were very helpful on arrival. The supermarket round the corner was really convenient. We found three good restaurants in the town and I'm sure there were others. The train station is nearby and trains were regular and cheap for all the main sites in Rome. Whatever you do, make sure to visit the huge site at Ostia Antica. It's spectacular and very quiet compared to the Colosseum and other central attractions. Weather in October was comfortably warm and pleasant. Quick mention for the transfer service - very efficient and the driver was friendly and helpful. He even refused a tip. Highy recommended.
