"Chez Loretta!!!" est un bel appartement entiérement rénové au 4eme étage bien lumineux, idéal pour les couples et les familles. L'appartement se compose d'un salon où vous pourrez vous détendre sur les deux canapés et regarder la télévision , 1 chambre à coucher avec un grand lit pour 2 personnes, 1 chambre à coucher avec un lit superposé pour 2 personnes, une salle de bains avec douche, une veranda et deux petit balcons. Il y a aussi un grand jardin en copropriété trés soigné.Les hôtes ont également à leur disposition un lit pour bébé jusqu'à 3/2 années, une chaise haute et une poussette pour enfants. WIFI ILLIMITE' GRATUIT. La maison est idéalement située : à 7 km de l’aéroport de Fiumicino, à seulement 300 mètres de la mer et bien reliée à Rome par le train de la gare Lido Centro ou de la gare Lido Nord. La nouvelle FOIRE DE ROME, lieu d’expositions et de conférences (NUOVA FIERA DI ROMA) est à seulement 20 minutes de l’appartement. Le magnifique palais PalaPellicone (Pala FIJLKAM), créé spécialement pour les rencontres et les manifestations de lutte, se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture de l’appartement. Les hôtes se sentiront tout de suite comme chez eux. Notre présence et hospitalité sera constant et sur demande nous serons disponibles pour fournir toutes les explications et les aider nécessaire pour un séjour agreeable.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. Loretta was really sweet and did everything to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend staying there.

I loved Loretta’s place! It was a perfect location to take day trips to Rome, but enjoy a bit of the beach vibe on off days for relaxation! Perfect location across from Conad grocery store and just a few blocks to the beach. Loretta was so kind and helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we need. She even was willing to call a taxi to take us to the airport for our next adventure.

Short stay

Communication and check in was very easy. Loretta was super nice and informative. We only needed one night for a layover in Rome and gave us time to walk around an area of Italy we've never seen beore. It was easy to get taxi to and from airport.

A Brief Stay at Lorettas Place

We did two overnight stays at Lorettas place after flying in and out of the airport. The apartment is clean and reasonably priced and Loretta is a wonderful host. Getting to the apartment, which is very close to the airport, is a bit of a maze as the roads are not direct. The ancient ruins are excellent.

Loretta was endlessly accommodating and a great communicator. Her place was exactly as described and very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable and the sheets delightful. We had to rush out to catch an earlier train, so hopefully we didn’t leave a mess anywhere or leave things behind.

Wonderful Stay in Ostia

Loretta’s apartment was perfect for our anniversary trip. We took a taxi from the Rome airport for 75. Loretta was gracious enough to book us taxis for each tour day that started at 6am. The apartment was perfectly situated across from a grocery store and just minutes from the sea front restaurants. Thank you so much Loretta for such a memorable trip!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Loretta‘s apartment. It was very spacious and we loved the terrace. The location was good about a 10 minute walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to an area where there are lots of restaurants and bars. That’s fine for us because we enjoy walking around The area where we are staying at. My only recommendation would be to PLEASE get a new mattress for the main bedroom. We could actually feel the springs and it was very uncomfortable for both our backs. You’re future guests will thank you

From selecting the apartment to transportation instructions and meeting our Host, Loretta, everything was perfect. Loretta is a wondetful host ensuring that the apartment was cozy, comfortsble and clean. The transportation from FCO was via Cotral bus 1.50/person. Loretta meet us at the bus station and provided a ride to the apartment, she reviewed the apartment and made sure we had no questions. There is a small grocery store across the street should it be needed. Loretta made several restaurant suggestions that were delicious, all in all an excellent stay, would stay again without reservation

Nice apartment close to the airport with easy parking. We didn't travel by metro to the city, but it would be a good alternative for someone wanting to escape the crowds and noise. The archeological site nearby in Ostia Antica was very interesting and our host, Loretta, was very kind.

Bright and welcoming apartment with all the amenities of home. Great location within a short walk of the beach, grocery stores, and top notch restaurants. Wonderful Experience at Loretta’s Place!

We had an amazing experience at Loretta’s apartment! It’s just a 5 minute walk to the Mediterranean, shops. The grocery store is right across the street, which was super convenient. Ostia Lido train station is a 10 minute walk away and gets you to Rome in 30 minutes. The apartment was beautiful and super clean. Loretta was very helpful and friendly.

Loretta was amazingly helpful and met us from the airport bus to Ostia. We loved the flat, it was in a quiet neighbourhood with a supermarket across the road, the beach nearby and the train station to Rome and Ostia a 15 minute walk away. The flat was well equiped and it was just what we needed.

Well kept 2 bedroom apartment with a supermarket opposite and a bus stop around the corner.

The apartment is well equipped and comfortable with added touches by Loretta of fresh fruit and flowers. Loretta was a great host explaining how to use everything and how to get about locally and I to Rome's centre.If not driving a weekly all in bus train and metro ticket is well worth the 24 euros. We had a great time exploring.

I would recommend this property to everyone

I would recommend this property to everyone. It is in a fabulous location near the trains buses and especially the ocean. The apartment was probably one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Loretta went out of her way to make sure that we had a taxi to take us to the airport on the day of departure which took a lot of stress off of us. she thought of everything to accommodate us. The apartment is bright and Homie. I cannot say enough about this property and the hostess. It is a diamond in the rough.

Salut, je m'appelle Loretta. Je suis comme vous une amante des voyages. Les gens qui voyagent ont toujours beaucoup à raconter. Ils sont gens riches d'esprit, d'envie de communiquer !! C'est pour ça que j'ai décidé de vous recevoir dans ma maison. Quelle manière meilleure pour rester avec vous? J'aime la musique, la photographie, lire, aller à la bicyclette. J'ai deux enfants et un mari français que j'ai connu pendant mon voyage aventureux dans le désert du Sahara!! Qui mieux que moi peut comprendre vos exigences de voyageur?

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

J'ai vécu dans cette maison pour 30 ans avec ma famille en appréciant chaque jour toutes les commodités qui m'offrait. Une maison accueillante avec des voisins agréables et civils, chose très importante dans un immeuble. Cette réalité maintenant je la propose à vous qu'en voyage avez besoin aussi de rentrer le soir, après une longue journée de tourisme, et vous détendre, vous sentir comme chez vous en ayant aussi la possibilité, après une belle douche rafraîchissante, de faire une promenade à la mer ou faire du shopping ou aller danser dans une des nombreuses discothèques du littoral d'Ostia.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

La maison est très lumineuse et silencieuse. Une véranda et deux balcons se montrent sur un jardin de copropriété extrêmement curé et bien vert. Une petite île verte en ville! La maison est accueillante avec des voisins agréables et civils, chose fondamentale dans un immeuble. Dans la zone nous trouvons toutes les commodités: la mer à peu mètres, Rome à 20 minutes de train, l'aéroport international de Fiumicino à 10 minutes en voiture, la merveilleuse Hostie Ancienne à seulement 3 minutes en voiture ou à un seul arrêt de train. La gare de train LIDO NORD pour Rome est à environ 600 mètres, (environ 10/15 minutes à pied) de la supermarché bien approvisionné se trouve devant l'entrée de l'immeuble..
