"Chez Loretta!!!" est un bel appartement entiĂ©rement rĂ©novĂ© au 4eme Ă©tage bien lumineux, idĂ©al pour les couples et les familles. L'appartement se compose d'un salon oĂč vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre sur les deux canapĂ©s et regarder la tĂ©lĂ©vision , 1 chambre Ă  coucher avec un grand lit pour 2 personnes, 1 chambre Ă  coucher avec un lit superposĂ© pour 2 personnes, une salle de bains avec douche, une veranda et deux petit balcons. Il y a aussi un grand jardin en copropriĂ©tĂ© trĂ©s soignĂ©.Les hĂŽtes ont Ă©galement Ă  leur disposition un lit pour bĂ©bĂ© jusqu'Ă  3/2 annĂ©es, une chaise haute et une poussette pour enfants. WIFI ILLIMITE' GRATUIT. La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e : Ă  7 km de l’aĂ©roport de Fiumicino, Ă  seulement 300 mĂštres de la mer et bien reliĂ©e Ă  Rome par le train de la gare Lido Centro ou de la gare Lido Nord. La nouvelle FOIRE DE ROME, lieu d’expositions et de confĂ©rences (NUOVA FIERA DI ROMA) est Ă  seulement 20 minutes de l’appartement. Le magnifique palais PalaPellicone (Pala FIJLKAM), crĂ©Ă© spĂ©cialement pour les rencontres et les manifestations de lutte, se trouve Ă  5 minutes en voiture de l’appartement. Les hĂŽtes se sentiront tout de suite comme chez eux. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Loretta‘s apartment. It was very spacious and we loved the terrace. The location was good about a 10 minute walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to an area where there are lots of restaurants and bars. That’s fine for us because we enjoy walking around The area where we are staying at. My only recommendation would be to PLEASE get a new mattress for the main bedroom. We could actually feel the springs and it was very uncomfortable for both our backs. You’re future guests will thank you

I loved Loretta’s place! It was a perfect location to take day trips to Rome, but enjoy a bit of the beach vibe on off days for relaxation! Perfect location across from Conad grocery store and just a few blocks to the beach. Loretta was so kind and helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we need. She even was willing to call a taxi to take us to the airport for our next adventure.

From selecting the apartment to transportation instructions and meeting our Host, Loretta, everything was perfect. Loretta is a wondetful host ensuring that the apartment was cozy, comfortsble and clean. The transportation from FCO was via Cotral bus 1.50/person. Loretta meet us at the bus station and provided a ride to the apartment, she reviewed the apartment and made sure we had no questions. There is a small grocery store across the street should it be needed. Loretta made several restaurant suggestions that were delicious, all in all an excellent stay, would stay again without reservation

Short stay

Communication and check in was very easy. Loretta was super nice and informative. We only needed one night for a layover in Rome and gave us time to walk around an area of Italy we've never seen beore. It was easy to get taxi to and from airport.

Great Apartment

Our sweet host Ms. Loretta met us at the apartment and gave us all the instructions we needed for our stay. She communicated with us in English as we are from the US and not fluent in Italian. Her place had everything we needed for our stay. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and cafés. The Conad Supermarket was directly across the street. We shopped there several times for snacks and water. She checked on us several times throughout our stay making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment was a 15 min taxi drive from Fumicino airport, and about a 40 min drive into Rome. We never attempted public transport but she explained that it was easy to navigate. Per her suggestion, we visited Ostia Antica Ruins that was about 10/15 min drive and we're so glad we did. Very cool place to experience. All in all this was the perfect accommodation and location for our family of 4.

A Brief Stay at Lorettas Place

We did two overnight stays at Lorettas place after flying in and out of the airport. The apartment is clean and reasonably priced and Loretta is a wonderful host. Getting to the apartment, which is very close to the airport, is a bit of a maze as the roads are not direct. The ancient ruins are excellent.

Seeet little place

Loretta was endlessly accommodating and a great communicator. Her place was exactly as described and very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable and the sheets delightful. We had to rush out to catch an earlier train, so hopefully we didn’t leave a mess anywhere or leave things behind.

Wonderful Stay in Ostia

Loretta’s apartment was perfect for our anniversary trip. We took a taxi from the Rome airport for 75. Loretta was gracious enough to book us taxis for each tour day that started at 6am. The apartment was perfectly situated across from a grocery store and just minutes from the sea front restaurants. Thank you so much Loretta for such a memorable trip!

The perfect stay!

First of all, Loretta is the sweetest! All communication made us feel like she was so excited to have us. She made sure we had everything we needed prior to arriving, even offered to pick us up from the train station (which we ended up not needing). Her place was so cute, clean, and had everything we needed. It was a short 4 minute walk to the beach, a 1 minute walk to the bus station where you're able to take the train and then the subway very easily into Rome. She arranged for a taxi to pick us up 2 separate times - 1 when we had to be at the Vatican for a tour at 7:30 AM and the day we left for the airport. You will not be disappointed if you stay with Lorretta! If we're ever back in the area, we will definitely be staying at her place.

Apartment ok, Umgebung sehr dreckig

Mit dem Apartment waren wir grĂ¶ĂŸtenteils zufrieden. Allerdings war das Mobiliar etwas veraltet, teilweise waren die Schubladen defekt. Im Bad könnte das Silikon in der Dusche erneuert werden. Loretta war total lieb und nett. Wir durften sehr spĂ€t am Abend noch einchecken, weil unser Flug so spĂ€t ankam. Die Umgebung war leider sehr dreckig. Sehr viel MĂŒll auf den Wegen und Straßen, es roch an jeder Ecke nach Urin und/oder Hundekot. Wir waren schon in vielen Orten in SĂŒdeuropa (und weltweit) zu Besuch, aber derartige ZustĂ€nde sind uns kaum begegnet. Zwischenzeitlich hatten wir sogar ĂŒberlegt vorzeitig abzureisen. Wir sind uns bewusst, dass Loretta persönlich dafĂŒr nichts kann. Sie hat sich fĂŒr die ZustĂ€nde entschuldigt. Die öffentlichen Strandabschnitte in der NĂ€he sind leider auch ziemlich dreckig (MĂŒll, alte Zigaretten, keine sanitĂ€ren Anlagen wie Toilette und/oder Dusche), deshalb sollte man den Eintritt der StrandbĂ€der bei seiner Urlaubsplanung berĂŒcksichtigen.

I would recommend this property to everyone

I would recommend this property to everyone. It is in a fabulous location near the trains buses and especially the ocean. The apartment was probably one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Loretta went out of her way to make sure that we had a taxi to take us to the airport on the day of departure which took a lot of stress off of us. she thought of everything to accommodate us. The apartment is bright and Homie. I cannot say enough about this property and the hostess. It is a diamond in the rough.

Too far

We selected this property mainly because it was less pricey than staying in Rome but with the bus and train it takes an hour + to get to Rome. Next time we would come to this area only with a car. Lido Di Ostia is a very residential area and other than the beach and some shopping, it does not have much to offer. Loretta was really nice and accommodating. Finding her appartement was not straightforward on apple maps, and she had forgotten her cell phone at home that day therefore she was unreachable Apartment was as advertised . Everything is old in Italy; the kitchen is narrow, the coffee maker (typical italian coffee) leaked and gave a small amount of coffee. But we were out most of the time so we didn’t use the kitchen a lot. Loretta gave us a recommendation of a really nice beach restaurant and we ate really well there. Overall good

This served us well for our short stay before our flight. It was convenient having a grocery store across the street. Short walk to nice beach area with lots of shops and restaurants. Loretta made check in very easy as well.

Nice apartment close to the airport with easy parking. We didn't travel by metro to the city, but it would be a good alternative for someone wanting to escape the crowds and noise. The archeological site nearby in Ostia Antica was very interesting and our host, Loretta, was very kind.

Wonderful Experience at Loretta’s Place!

We had an amazing experience at Loretta’s apartment! It’s just a 5 minute walk to the Mediterranean, shops. The grocery store is right across the street, which was super convenient. Ostia Lido train station is a 10 minute walk away and gets you to Rome in 30 minutes. The apartment was beautiful and super clean. Loretta was very helpful and friendly.

J'ai vécu dans cette maison pour 30 ans avec ma famille en appréciant chaque jour toutes les commodités qui m'offrait. Une maison accueillante avec des voisins agréables et civils, chose trÚs importante dans un immeuble. Cette réalité maintenant je la propose à vous qu'en voyage avez besoin aussi de rentrer le soir, aprÚs une longue journée de tourisme, et vous détendre, vous sentir comme chez vous en ayant aussi la possibilité, aprÚs une belle douche rafraßchissante, de faire une promenade à la mer ou faire du shopping ou aller danser dans une des nombreuses discothÚques du littoral d'Ostia.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

La maison est trĂšs lumineuse et silencieuse. Une vĂ©randa et deux balcons se montrent sur un jardin de copropriĂ©tĂ© extrĂȘmement curĂ© et bien vert. Une petite Ăźle verte en ville! La gare de train LIDO NORD pour Rome est Ă  environ 600 mĂštres, (environ 10/15 minutes Ă  pied) de la supermarchĂ© bien approvisionnĂ© se trouve devant l'entrĂ©e de l'immeuble..
