Centre-ville avec une vue imprenable sur la rivière. Près des zones principales mais très calme.

Charmant bâtiment, est relativement nouveau (par rapport à la région) est de 2010, est à seulement 4 appartements le développeur conserve le style de l'ancienne architecture de Lisbonne. Une chambre mais avec un grand espace de vie, belle cuisine neuve bien équipée, salle de bain avec baignoire et douche.
Toutes les chambres ont des portes sur les balcons (2 balcons) les deux ont une vue imprenable sur la rivière, l'une vous voyez le soleil se lever et l'autre le coucher du soleil, lit très confortable, grand canapé, WIFI, Internet et TV avec beaucoup de chaînes internationales .
Le quartier est un quartier très typique de Lisbonne est un quartier historique, vous pouvez toujours trouver les vieux magasins, il y a des restaurants, des petits supermarchés et beaucoup de cafés, il y a une croissanterie 2 rues en dessous qui ont du pain incroyable.
L'emplacement de l'appartement est dans une rue à sens unique, pas beaucoup de voitures, très calme, la chambre est à l'arrière et il n'y a pas de rue, seulement à l'arrière, vous entendez les oiseaux.
Il y a de très bons transports en commun dans la rue parallèle, qui peuvent vous emmener n'importe où si vous n'avez pas envie de marcher.
Si vous êtes venu en voiture ou que vous avez loué une voiture, vous pouvez vous garer gratuitement dans la rue.

A lovely apartment with wonderful views. Well appointed, good appliances, bright and clean.The building is clean and quiet.The neighborhood is as well.If you have mobility issues or lots of heavy luggage this may not be a good fit.While the neighborhood is very nice and the local merchants are terrific, you will find yourself fairly far from the city center, traffic can be tough and parking is non-existent.Communication was swift, clear and very helpful.

This was the perfect place for my husband and me to stay. Great location. Wonderful local dining and markets within steps of the apartment. Lots of space. Great balcony. Bed was super comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. Communication was excellent. Would absolutely stay there again. I have no idea why there’s a question about a winery experience. There was no wine experience however we did experience a lot wonderful Portuguese wine

This was an amazing place to stay. It exceeded our expectations. The place was clean, neat, and the kitchen had everything we needed if we were to cook. The views from the front and back of the apartment were stunning. It is close to the bus line, 10 minute walk to the train station. The neighborhood had the best coffee place, and many mini markets to pick up extra items to make our stay comfortable.

Great time staying here and we enjoyed spending time on balcony. AC worked well. Note that the location is a bit out of the way from sights. You can hop on the bus nearby but it takes nearly same time to walk (22 vs 25 mins). Mostly all uphill on the way back so I definitely suggest Uber/bus.

Good communication. Property is just as posted. Everything we needed in a quiet neighborhood a little bit from city center. You can walk but an easy (and inexpensive) Uber/Bolt ride from everything. Bus is also very convenient as it drops off about 2-3 minute walk away. Views from both balconies on property are nice as they overlook the river but this comes with an offset of several flights of stairs to property.

The apartment is clean with a lot of room and well equipped. Beautiful views from the balconies. Susana shares a lot of great information about the area. We ate at two of the restaurants she recommended that were close to the apartment that were delicious. Make sure you get the check-in information in advance. We had to wait for that but once we heard back from Susana all went well. Parking can be challenging as the meters only allow a max of 4 hours but are free after 7 pm so we were fine with the overnight parking but we drove around looking for it.

Comunicación with Susana the host terrible, I had an emergency and I wanted to change the dates for my staying , I sent so many texts prior to our stay and she got back to me only once, she never took a moment to reply my text and she new that I was trying to communicate with her, so disappointing my dad passed away that was my reason to change my trip to Europa

Awesome place

All was as Susane stated. Parking is a challenge but we parked no more than a few minutes away each night. She shared a wealth of information and tips about Lisbon that was of great use to us. Loved the apartment and especially the view. I’d stay again should I return to Lisbon!

Comfortable Stay

Susana the owner supplied a lot of useful information and was very responsive. We are senior citizens but very active and although Lisbon is a very hilly town we were able to walk everywhere from apartment.

Excellent Apartment in Old Lisbon City

The apartment was a great place for us to stay while visiting Lisbon. We were able to find all the places we wanted to see from there. Many places we were able to walk to since we are use to walking. The apartment is very cozy and nice. It has an excellent view of the Tagus River from the balcony. Definitely recommend this apartment.

Visit to Lisbon

We enjoyed this rental so much, a treat to come "home" at the end of a day of exploring. We walked a lot but public transportation is not difficult either and we did use the subway. Susana left good directions for transportation and local things to do. We had a rental car and managed to find street parking. So clean and easy to relax here!

I'm Portuguese my husband is American (Cuban family) we live in Miami most of the time. We love Lisbon, we go there at least 3 times a year, we needed to buy an apt there, so for a year we rented apts all over the city to see where we liked the most, and now after more then a year we finally we got this one, we love it, is so cosy, it is in the center of Lisbon but not in the middle of all the traffic and noise 3/5 Euros cab ride or Uber to all the major attractions, but there is public transportation, you can also walk, the only problem in Lisbon is the hills, up and down. The neighborhood is still very typical, old Lisbon, and we have everything around, there is a few convenience stores around that sells a bit of everything (wine, coffee, fruits..etc) open until 11 pm. We have a lady that takes care of the apt. cleans, etc, she lives on the same street, she helps a lot us and our guests.
Is like being in a Hotel with a big space and with your own Kitchen....
