Il y a aussi une nouvelle Smart TV 32 "qui vous offrira toutes les commoditĂ©s de la maison, tandis que vous profiterez de la plage dans ce studio parfait Ă  quelques pas de la plage.

Studio / Efficacité avec lit King. Peut accueillir deux personnes confortablement.

1er étage (rez-de-chaussée, superbes vues sur la piscine) condo studio vue mer indirecte à Sugar Beach Condominiums à Orange Beach, AL. Wifi gratuit. Peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 personnes. Lits: 1 lit king dans le salon. Environ 400 pieds carrés. Aménagement intérieur: Cuisine entiÚrement équipée, nouvelle Smart TV 32 ", lecteur DVD, laveuse et sécheuse, patio avec vue indirecte sur le golfe. Serviettes et draps de bain en coton égyptien.

Équipements complexes: 3 piscines extĂ©rieures, courts de tennis, snack-bar, piscine pour enfants et service de plage.

Comfortable

This was perfect for what we needed. Stayed for a festival weekend. Bed was super comfortable! For the most part it was clean but could use a good deep clean. Stains on sliding door curtains. Access to beach and multiple pools. We would stay again.

Very private

We felt very private and secure on our stay. A few tiny hiccups with quick responds. There isn't much cell service in the room, which is not a complaint while on vacation. There is only one pool out of 3 that was heated and no hot tub. We had a fantastic time and no complaints. Only suggestions would be invest in heating the other pools. Great day, would recommend!

Wonderful rental

So amazing on so many levels, bed was comfortable, condo was clean, pools were clean. Area was good, last 7 days at rental couldn’t not have been any better

Orange Beach 2024 Trip

Enjoyed our trip. This was our first year to stay at Sugar Beach. The building itself needs some TLC. And parking spaces are tight. But overall was a memorable vacation. Already looking for next years vacation stay.

Sugar Beach Condo

Condo was cute. Could have been cleaned a little better. Parking garage is terrible. Elevator was out of order during our stay. The bed was comfortable but the window unit could not keep the temp as cool as we preferred.

Overall good stay

The unit was clean and updated enough to be comfortable with our stay. The tv/internet did have some problems, but we feel it was related to the fact the unit is located in an older concrete building. The location was great, and there was easy beach access. The building the unit is located in needs some major updates. All the pool furniture has mold/mildew on them, and when walking through the hallways there’s just this odd “old smell”. However, like I said the unit itself was perfectly fine and we would stay in the unit again.

Cute and very livable for a couple

Small and clean, a few steps to the Gulf and 3 adult pools and a kids pool. Right between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Seafood, souvenirs, grocery stores and entertainment all close by.

Great little place but needs some work

We enjoyed our visit to Sugar Beach. The mattress was the best ever! And the cheeseburgers at the Sugar Shack are gourmet however, #122 needs a few fixes—sliding glass door has no handle and cannot be locked, faucets in kitchen and bathroom drip Constantly, we could not open the dishwasher and the WiFi never connected. We still enjoyed our stay and the decor of the studio was great. Fix these little things and we will Be back!

Great studio for two

A rare find of a studio condo with a full kitchen. It was great and we enjoyed the Sugar Beach property. We will be back!

Convenient to the beach

We enjoyed the easy direct access to the beach. The bed was clean and comfy. All we needed was a shower and a bed to sleep in. We spent all our time on the beach. We would use this beach house again. Wonderful price made it possible to stay longer.

Nice little place to get away for sure great location

The room is a little worn out. The dishwasher handle was broken so we couldn't use that. I dropped something in behind the dresser and there was a half eaten sandwich laying on the ground pretty gross. The headboard was loose and kept falling out of place as we slept the pillows were nasty and the sheets had a few red blood stains. The dryer lint trap was full and ended up coming to schlage into our drying clothes. Other than that we enjoyed to stay but preferably we will find a newer units next time

Beach getaway

The condo property was kept very clean. The halls were dark even with the wall lighting on. The guard was effective & recognized our vehicle each time. At the time of check-in, he did tell us that the elevators were on the blink. the first one was always not working properly. The 2nd one had its moments & had to be serviced, then worked properly. The public bathrooms were kept very clean. The walkway to the beach & the beach attendants were good. The parking gets limited. The specific condo I stayed in was very clean and had exactly what was described - perfect for what we needed. There were a few outlets that did not work. The one on left side of the bed, (closest to the kitchen) had only the bottom outlet working. Thankfully, there was a 3-plug attachment in it for other use. There was another outlet & switch in the kitchen that did not work. The property management had very good communication when booking and answered all of my questions when I called or emailed. However, I was put on the spot when I received a call/message from Kiana with ALBVR with on our 1st full beach day. She had left a message letting me know that the property owner had scheduled an appraiser for that Tuesday, 29th for 1:00 pm. I called back & they apologized that this normally doesn't happen & just wanted to know if I would be ok with it. Since I knew we had plans for that day & would be out, I reluctantly said ok. But, when Tuesday came, I checked my messages, there was one from Kay with ALBVR stating the appraiser came and did not have a key & was wondering if I was close by if I could go up and leave a key in the lock box. I messaged her back stating that I was not close by & it was never mentioned in our call that I would be the one responsible for that --- which I would have said no at the beginning as that is not my responsibility. I did not receive a reply back. When we got back up to our room, there was a note left at the door from the appraiser stating that she had an appointment at 2:00 (????), an hour difference from the ALBVR message, asking for us to call to let her in --- which I did not. This incident was annoying! Overall, our stay was enjoyable as the condo was in a convenient location, met our needs and was on the beach.
