Enjoy the Cape at our Dennis Village vacation rental. The house is situated just a 5-minute drive from the famous Mayflower Beach and a variety of locally owned restaurants, pubs, and taverns in quaint Dennis Village. This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Cape vacation will be your new favorite place to bring family and friends over to enjoy what the Cape has to offer. You've got white-sanded beaches and fresh seafood nearby and then you can head to our home and enjoy the rest of your night.

The house was very clean and the facilities were all in excellent working order. We also liked the location was very central to all of the activities we like to complete on the Cape.

‱The house was generally nice, very clean. ‱No outside lights, we arrived after dark – which occurs very early this time of year. ‱Two codes provided to open front door. The keypad deadbolt did not operate. Fortunately the lock box opened providing a key to unlock the door.‱The binder inside, on the coffee table, provides little information about the house. It outlines, briefly such things as the trash procedure but not much else.‱Window blinds in the two upstairs bedrooms are broken and damaged. ‱The smoke alarm sounded for unknown reasons. Occurred early morning when everyone was still attempting to sleep. Shut down almost immediately but not a very comfortable situation.‱Lack of heat was issue. First floor heat worked just fine. The second floor, all one zone, was cold up arrival. After more than an hour we could not get the heat to function on the second floor. The thermostat would display “Heat On” but nothing would change. We attempted to check and change what appeared to be programmed to ensure day, time, etc. was correctly set, all to no avail. The result was a cold second floor. We were cold all night, second floor temperature was 54 degrees in the morning. Worse than that was the fact that there were essentially no extra blankets in the house, so everyone on the second floor was cold all night and did not sleep well. Very disappointing and likely due some kind of partial refund.

Beautiful Cape House- This was the perfect house for our Christmas on The Cape Vacation which included 6 of us (can sleep 8 comfortably). The house was spacious and very clean with all updated amenities plus a refinished basement space that was a surprise. It was a 5 minute drive to Mayflower Beach which is our favorite. The owner was super helpful and easy to connect with to answer all of my questions. It is located on a narrow (very bumpy) street tucked away from traffic and very quiet. We worried about getting our boat in the driveway (pictures make it look longer than it is) but it fit perfectly. Highly recommend. We can’t wait to go back.

Lovely home, very quiet neighborhood, nice yard, well equipped kitchen. We were disappointed that we couldn’t get into the garage, we had 5 bikes (worth about 1,800) and had to leave them out in the rain. The 5 G network was incredibly slow, couldn’t watch some movies without lagging and nothing else on the network.? But all and all a wonderful house and location that suited our family well.

Check in process was easy. House less than 10 min from mayflower beach and close to small grocery’s stores and shops. House is good for families, good sized rooms and big yard. Clean and had everything we needed!

Great place for families visiting Cape Cod

This house was perfect for our stay in Cape Cod with our family of 5 which includes 3 adult children. It is centrally located to everything we wanted to see. Nice and close to 3 beaches with about a 10-15 minute drive. The house itself was clean with a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of pot, pans and utensils. The only thing missing was utensils for the grill but we made do. There was a ring camera on the back deck which I guess is for security. All in all we had a great stay at this home and would highly recommend it for families.

This house was perfect for our family of 6 adults, a 4 yo, a 7 yo, and an 18 month old. Lots of space and a great yard to play in. Awesome quiet neighborhood and very clean! Great time!!

Family Vacation

Our stay was great. House was very clean and house was centrally located. The house had almost everything we needed. Only recommendation, for the bunkbed room, it needed a bureau and a TV. And the grill didn't have grilling utensils supplied at the house. We also ran out of toilet paper which any other house we have ever stayed at has never happened. Other then that the house was amazing, clean, located in a great central location. We will definitely look to book again next year. We stripped the beds before we left and really kept the house clean as we stayed. We had a BLAST!!!

Comfortable home away from home.

Great property located close to family favorite Dennis beaches! Property was spotless and had beautiful outdoor area. Comfortable beds and plenty of storage for clothing in bedrooms. Central AC kept it cool and option for ceiling fans and standing fans if preferred needed. Kitchen was stocked with pans, knives, bowls and blender. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

This was a great place for our family vacation. The house was the perfect size for our family and the yard gave us plenty of room to play and sit outside for dinner and games along with the sitting area around the fire pit. Would recommend this house to my friends and family for our next visit. Thank you!
