This was a perfect house and location for a multi-generational family vacation! Hiking in the National Park was nearby, as were attractions such as Dollywood, Anakeesta, Dolly Parton's Stampede, and many other activities. It is listed as 5BR and 6BA, but it's actually 6BR and 5BA.We met Travis, the maintenance man, several times since we had a couple things (tub and toilet) that needed fixing. He was great! However, I had to call three days in a row for the work order to get to him. Apparently the answering service isn't great at contacting the people on site. However, once he was notified, it was fixed right away.

Great place for a family vacation

Nice property located near lots of attractions but far enough away for relaxing. Property is as described and well maintained. Had no issues during the stay. Did utilize the xplore program for access to amazing amenities.

Comfortable Vacation Home

The cabin had ample space for a multi-generational family. There were several spaces where people could gather (kitchen, sitting areas), and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. The cabin was conveniently located for excursions in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area.

Great family time

The house had plenty of bedrooms for the whole family. The home is in need of a little tlc (biggest issue was water heater for 2 of the bathrooms didn’t work - quick maintenance response but weren’t able to repair during our stay. Location is great!

Family gathering

Perfect bedroom/bathroom accomodations, especially the 2-twin beds room for the younger cousins. Small living room but nice sized open kitchen and dining area to gather and laugh. Rainy weekend worked in our favor since no yard to play in.

This house was the perfect size for what we needed. The management team was very quick and responsive when we had to troubleshoot the internet but other then that, Very Clean. Living room sofa needs to be replaced but overall Good stay.

Pigeon forge

The house was very clean and presentable. Felt welcomed. Did wish for more outside seating but not something that would stop me from returning g. One day did have to call 3 times for garbage pick up. All in all we had a great time and would return.

Awesome experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in Sevierville for a Wedding. The bridesmaids stayed in one of the large cabins in the resort, while the bride and groom stayed in a smaller one. The accommodations were great, proximity to each other was just right, and we just had a had a great all around experience. Eden Crest was incredibly helpful and friendly, and we found the price to be very competitive.

For large family needs!

The family needed all bedrooms 6 with plenty of room for all.., central to many activities.There were a few things I believe were not reported by folks that may have at first not been evident to the cleaning crew, as ithe refrigerator is turned off or open ;it truly took 2 days for our food to stay cold, the dishwasher leaked, the hot tub heating element was not heating the tub, till our last 2 nights as there was back and forth texts., received by different people..We will visit this area again, beautiful, and yes we wiu would consider Edencrest again..
